Pada Posyandu digunakan KMS (Kartu Menuju Sehat) sebagai pencatatan rekam medik pasien. Permasalahan yang dihadapi pada pemakaian KMS saat ini adalah petugas kesehatan masih melakukan pencatatan secara manual yang dapat memperlambat pekerjaan. Untuk itu penelitian ini merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi KMS. Perancangan menggunakan metode Analisa Kebutuhan (User Centered Design) dan pengembangan dengan struktur model, view, controller (MVC). Pengujian terhadap sistem rekam medik dilakukan dengan 4 tahap yaitu unit testing, black box testing, white box testing, dan usability testing untuk melihat apakah aplikasi yang dirancang sudah sesuai dengan proses kegiatan posyandu atau tidak. Manajemen bandwidth dilakukan dengan cara mengimplementasikan salah satu metode pada router yang dijadikan sebagai penghubung dalam jaringan internet. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode simple queue dan metode queue tree, dimana kedua metode tersebut diimplementasikan pada dua buah router mikrotik sehingga dapat dilakukan perbandingan terhadap parameter-paramer Quality of Service (QoS) pada masing-masing router. Nilai dari parameter-parameter Quality of Service (QoS) didapatkan dengan melakukan unggah suatu data ke sebuah website kemudian dilakukan unduh data yang telah diunggah. Unggah dan unduh data pada tiap router dilakukan dalam waktu yang sama. This research was focused on the use of simple queue and queue tree method that was applied on two microtik. So that the comparison of the parameter Quality of Service (QoS) between the two routers can be evaluated. The value of Quality of Service (QoS) parameter is obtained by performing a data upload to a website then do a download data that has been uploaded. Upload and download data at each router is done in the same time. Rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana aktivitas guru dan siswa dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran, bagaimana keterampilan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran, apakah penerapan model pembelajaran plantet question dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan bagaimana respon siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran plantet question. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Penerapan model pembelajaran plantet question dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa; (2) Aktivitas guru dan siswa dalam penerapan model pembelajaran plantet question; (3) Keterampilan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran; dan (4) Respon siswa terhadap model pembelajaran plantet question. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X-4 SMA Negeri 11 Banda Aceh yang terdiri dari 27 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes hasil belajar (evaluasi) siswa, lembar pengamatan aktivitas guru dan siswa, lembar pengamatan keterampilan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran, dan angket respon siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran plantet question yang telah dilaksanakan. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa (1) Aktivitas guru dan siswa antara siklus I sampai siklus II terjadi peningkatan. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada siklus II dari aspek yang diamati semua aspek telah sesuai dengan ketentuan waktu ideal, (2) Keterampilan guru dalam penerapan model pembelajaran plantet question meningkat dari kategori sedang menjadi sangat baik, (3) Model pembelajaran plantet question dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari ketuntasan individual, mulai dari siklus I dari 27 siswa ada 10 siswa yang belum tuntas dan siklus II dari 27 siswa hanya 2 siswa yang belum tuntas dan ketuntasan klasikal siklus I 63% dan siklus II 93%, (4) Respon siswa terhadap model pembelajaran plantet question dapat dikatakan baik, siswa berpendapat bahwa dengan belajar melalui model pembelajaran plantet question dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi yang telah dipelajari. Perbedaan sistem pembelajaran kelas akselerasi dengan kelas reguler memicu tingkat kecemasan yang berbeda, sehingga diperlukan kajian tentang perbedaan tingkat kecemasan siswa akselerasi dengan siswa reguler. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat kecemasan siswa kelas akselerasi dengan siswa kelas regular di SMA Negeri Modal Bangsa Aceh. Penelitian ini bersifat analitik observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional yang dilakukan pada responden sebanyak 249 orang, responden ini dipilih sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Penelitian ini berlangsung dari bulan Juni 2014-Juni 2015. Perbedaan tingkat kecemasan antara siswa kelas akselersi dengan siswa kelas reguler di SMA Negeri Modal Bangsa Aceh diukur menggunakan kuesioner DASS-Anxienty dan dianalisis dengan uji Man-whitney ? = 0.05. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa siswa laki-laki cenderung lebih banyak yang mengalami tingkat kecemasan berat yaitu 17 orang (14,05%) dibandingkan dengan siswa perempuan yaitu sebanyak 14 orang (10,94%). Siswa kelas akselerasi cenderung lebih banyak yang mengalami tingkat kecemasan berat yaitu 29 orang (70,70%) dibandingkan dengan siswa kelas reguler yaitu 2 orang (1,00%) yang mengalami tingkat kecemasan berat. Terdapat adanya perbedaan tingkat kecemasan antara siswa kelas akselerasi dengan siswa kelas reguler dimana hasil analisis menunjukkan taraf signifikansi P = ,000 atau > ? = 0,05.Kata Kunci : Kecemasan, Kelas Akselerasi, Kelas RegulerABSTRACTAnxiety is a mental health disorder that often occurs in adolescence. The different learning systems between acceleration classes and regular classes result in different levels of anxiety, so that it is necessary to conduct a research that can examine the different anxiety level of the students of these two types of classes. This study was carried out in order to determine the differences of anxiety level between students in acceleration class and students in the regular class at SMA Modal Bangsa Aceh. This research is an observational analytic with cross sectional design. It was conducted on respondents as many as 249 students, the respondents were chosen in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. This study was started from June 2014 to June 2015. The difference in the anxiety level between accelerated students and regular students of SMA Modal Bangsa Aceh was measured using DASS questionnaire-anxiety and analyzed by Man-Whitney test ? = 0:05. The result of the study shows that male students tend to be more likely to have severe anxiety level that is 17 students (14.05%) compared with female students as many as 14 students (10.94%). Students in the acceleration classes have a tendency to suffer severe anxiety level that is 29 students (70.70%) compared to the regular class students where there are only 2 students (1.00%) who experienced severe anxiety level.
