This research was carried out at Cot Cut Village, District of Kuta Baro, Aceh Besar, from September to December 2008. This research used a factorial randomized complete block design with two factors: biofertilizer (H) and manure (K).  Dosages of biofertilizer were H1= 2,8 L ha-1, H2= 3,5 L ha-1, H3= 4,2 L ha-1, and H4= 4,9 L ha-1. Dosages of manure fertilizer were K1= 2,8 ton ha-1,  K2= 5,6 ton ha-1 and K3= 8,4 ton ha-1.  The result showed that application of biofertilizer was more effective than that of manure fertilizer to percentage rates of the attacked plant. However, both biofertilizer and mature fertilizer exerted  significant effects to percentage of plant death, plant dwarf, number of larva and pupa, and dry seed weight per plant.  Application of biofertilizer at 4,9 L ha-1 and manure fertilizer at 8,4 ton ha-1 reduced  percentages of  plant death up to 86% and 83%, respectively. The result showed that provision of Trichoderma (T. harzianum and T. virens) conidia suspension using seed submersion technique did not affect seed germination of cacao, tomato, and soybean, but significantly affected cacao root extension. Provision of Trichoderma through seed submersion on sand box germination gave a positive response to tomato plant, tolerance to cacao plant, and a negative response to soybean plant.  The causing factors of difference responses varied including concentration, application techniques, and kinds of seed. Dari data 19 emiten property & real estate selama tahun 2010 sampai tahun 2012 yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara simultan profitabilitas dan firm size berpengaruh terhadap hutang mata uang lokal dan hutang mata uang asing. Secara parsial hanya firm size yang mempengaruhi hutang mata uang lokal dan hutang mata uang asing sedangkan profitabilitas tidak mempengaruhi hutang mata uang lokal dan hutang mata uang asing. Secara simultan profitabilitas, firm size, hutang mata uang lokal dan hutang mata uang asing mempengaruhi risiko perusahaan, sedangkan secara parsial tidak satupun mempengaruhi risiko perusahaan. Secara tidak langsung profitabilitas mempunyai pengaruh negatif terhadap risiko perusahaan melalui hutang mata uang lokal dan mempunyai pengaruh positif melalui hutang mata uang asing, sedangkan firm size mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap risiko perusahaan melalui hutang mata uang lokal dan mempunyai pengaruh negatif melalui hutang mata uang asing.Kata Kunci: Profitabilitas, Firm Size, Hutang Mata Uang Lokal, Hutang Mata Uang Asing, Risiko PerusahaanABSTRACTThis research aims to empirically examine the effect of firm size and profitability of the local currency debt and foreign currency debt and its impact on the risk of property & real estate company in Indonesia by using path analysis model . Data from 19 issuers property & real estate during 2010 to 2012 were examined in this study demonstrate that simultaneous profitability and firm size affect the local currency debt and foreign currency debt . For partially Firm size is affecting local currency debt and foreign currency debt while profitability is not affecting local currency debt and foreign currency debt . Simultaneously profitability, firm size, local currency debt and foreign currency debt affect corporate risk, however none of the partially affect the company's risk. Variables observed were shoot numbers, shoot height, and leaf numbers at 8 weeks after culturing. The results showed that there was interaction between IAA and BAP on leaf numbers of plantlet at 8 weeks after culturing, where the presence of IAA in the medium caused BAP to exert negative effect on lef formation. Prasarana ini dapat menimbulkan tarikan perjalanan pengunjung ke lokasi tersebut. Intensitas pengunjung di Terminal Batoh tergolong tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik pengunjung dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap jumlah tarikan pergerakan pengunjung ke Terminal Batoh Kota Banda Aceh. Pengambilan data tarikan dilakukan dengan teknik penyebaran kuesioner terhadap pengunjung dengan metode random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner diketahui bahwa mayoritas pengunjung berasal dari Kecamatan Syiah Kuala sebesar 21%, pengunjung berjenis kelamin laki-laki sebesar 68%, pengunjung berumur 20-25 tahun sebesar 47%, pengunjung bekerja sebagai pelajar/mahasiswa sebesar 53%, pengunjung dengan pendapatan > Rp 1.000.000,- sebesar 35%, pengunjung menggunakan moda sepeda motor sebesar 68%, pengunjung dengan tujuan ke Medan sebesar 63%, pengunjung dengan maksud untuk pulang kampung sebesar 46%. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian regresi dengan menggunakan software SPSS 17.0 diperoleh model terbaik Y = 0,355 + 0,206 X1 + 0,828 X3 + 0,445 X5 + 0,506 X12 + 0,224 X14, dengan nilai determinasi (R2) yang diperoleh yaitu 0,268 yakni tarikan pergerakan terjadi sebesar 26,8% ditentukan oleh variabel bebas (X1) pendapatan per bulan, (X3) pekerjaan sebagai wiraswasta, (X5) pekerjaan sebagai pelajar/mahasiswa, (X12) maksud keberangkatan untuk bisnis, dan (X14) maksud keberangkatan untuk pulang kampung.
