The low production of latex due to the low quality of tapping because the application system of exploitation that does not comply with the clones. Rubber has two groups of clones is a quick starter and a slow starter.This study aims to determine thesystem of exploitation that can increase the production of slow starter clone IRR 42, but still maintain the plant physiological stability. The objective of this research was to evaluate the effect of protein concentrate substitution using processed feather meal in growing layer-ration. Chicken feather meal was processed by physico-chemical techniques viz.soaking in 0.5% (b/v) NaOH and Na2S at 60°C and continued by fermentation using Bacillus sp. MTS. The method was experimental method with a Completely Randomized Design with five treatments that replicated for four times. The treatments tested was level of concentrate substitution i.e. 0, 4, 8, 12 and 16%. Protein concentrate substitution had no significantly effect (P > 0.05) on growth, feed consumption and convertion of growing layer. Dari hasil pengolahan data dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Hasil pembelajaran siswa pada pelajaran IPS SMP Negeri 4 Kejuruan Muda melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match sudah mencapai ketuntasan secara klasikal,Aktivitas guru dan siswa telah mencerminkan pelaksanaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match.Hal ini dapat dilihat dari semakin meningkatnya ketuntasan belajar siswa. Yaitu meningkat dari siklus I, siklus II dan siklus III, yaitu pada siklus I ada 15 siswa yang tuntas dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 53,57%, pada siklus II ada 24 siswa yang tuntas dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 75,00%, dan pada siklus III ada 28 siswa yang tuntas dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 87,50%. Perancangan ini bertujuan untuk menguatkan sinyal suara. Rangkaian ini terdiri dari komponen-komponen elektronika, seperti resistor, kapasitor, transistor, baterai, speaker, potensiometer, headset dan IC sebagai penguat suara. Dari pengujian diperoleh bahwa alat ini menghasilkan penguatan mulai dari frekuensi 10 Hz. Pada frekuensi 10 Hz sampai 50 Hz penguatan sinyal menunjukkan peningkatan dari 1,4 V sampai 4,2 V. Pada frekuensi di atas 50 Hz, penguatan sinyal terlihat konstan, yaitu sebesar 4,2 V.
