Terdapat beberapa kontroversial dari efek kopi yang dapat menyebabkan kerusakan pada hepar atau mencegah kerusakan hepar, dimana salah satu fungsi hepar adalah mendetoksifikasi atau menguraikan zat sisa tubuh dan hormon serta obat dan senyawa asing lain termasuk kopi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian kopi Arabika dan Luwak dengan dosis bertingkat terhadap gambaran histologi hepar. Rancangan Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental yaitu dengan menggunakan metode Post Test Design Only dan Factorial Design. Hewan coba yang digunakan 21 tikus Wistar jantan dibagi dalam 7 kelompok, yaitu 1 kelompok K (kontrol), 3 kelompok perlakuan Arabika ( PA1(0,36 ml), PA2(1,08 ml), dan PA3(2,16 ml)), dan 3 kelompok perlakuan Luwak ( PL1(0,36 ml), PL2(1,08 ml), dan PL3(2,16 ml)). Gambaran mikroskopis kongesti dan nekrosis jaringan pada hepar merupakan parameter yang dinilai dari penelitian ini. PA1 memiliki jumlah kerusakan berupa kongesti vaskular dan nekrosis sel hepatosit yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan PL1. PL2 memiliki jumlah kerusakan berupa kongesti vaskular yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan PA2, dan PA2 memiliki jumlah kerusakan berupa nekrosis sel hepatosit yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan PL2. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk melihat ada atau tidaknya penggunaan zat pewarna rhodamin B dalam biji delima pada minuman es campur di kota Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif, dengan jumlah sampel biji delima sebanyak 25 sampel yang diambil dari 6 kecamatan di Kota Banda Aceh dengan metode simple random sampling. Pengambilan sampel dari tiap kecamatan menggunakan metode probability proportionate to size (PPS). Berdasarkan hasil uji kualitatif terhadap sampel biji delima ditemukan bahwa seluruh sampel tidak ada yang mengandung rhodamin B (0%). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pendidikan dengan kepuasan pasien dalam pelayanan apotek di Puskesmas Jeulingke Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik observasional dengan desain cross sectional, yang dilakukan sejak 13 November sampai 29 November 2014 pada pasien yang melakukan pengambilan obat di Apotek Jeulingke Kota Banda Aceh dengan jumlah sampel 96 responden. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan 5 responden (5,2%) tidak puas terhadap pelayanan apotek, 36 responden (37,5%) puas terhadap pelayanan apotek dan 55 responden (57,3%) sangat puas terhadap pelayanan apotek. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji Spearman dengan signifikasi p-value=0,05 (?=0,05) pada CI 95%, sehingga hipotesis diterima dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,526. Hal ini menunjukkan kekuatan korelasi yang cukup berarti (sedang), sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan dengan kepuasan pasien dalam pelayanan apotek di Puskesmas Jeulingke kota Banda Aceh.Kata Kunci: Kepuasan, Pelayanan Apotek, Tingkat Pendidikan.Satisfaction is the evaluation which selected health services at least gives the results in accordance with the expectations of patient. Therefore, satisfaction becoming a benchmark in the health care system. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship level of education with patient satisfaction on the pharmacy service in Puskesmas Jeulingke Banda Aceh. This study used the analytical observational method with cross-sectional design which is conducted from 13 November to 20 November 2014 in patients taking the drug at Jeulingke pharmacy Banda Aceh with number of sample of 96 respondent. The results showed that 5 respondents (5,2%) are not satisfied with the pharmacy service, 36 respondents (37,5%) are satisfied with the pharmacy service, and 55 respondents (57,3%) are very satisfied with the pharmacy service. This study used a Spearman test with significance p-value=0,05 (?=0,05) at CI 95%, so the hypothesis is accepted with the correlation value of 0.526 .
