Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Syiah Kuala, Banda Aceh, pelaksanaan penelitian berlangsung dari bulan Mei sampai dengan Agustus 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial 3 x 4 dengan tiga ulangan. Faktor-faktor yang diteltiti adalah dosis kompos kirinyuh yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu 10, 20 dan 30 ton/ha dan dosis pupuk NPK yang terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu 300, 400, 500 dan 600 kg/ha. Peubah yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman pada umur 15, 30 dan 45 Hari Setelah Tanam (HST), jumlah umbi per rumpun, bobot basah umbi per rumpun, bobot kering umbi per rumpun dan potensi hasil (ton/ha) pada umur 60 HST. Pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah terbaik dijumpai pada perlakuan pemberian pupuk kompos kirinyuh dengan dosis 10 ton/ha dan pupuk NPK dengan dosis 300 kg/ha. Terdapat interaksi yang nyata antara perlakuan pupuk kompos kirinyuh dan pupuk NPK terhadap potensi hasil (ton/ha) tanaman bawang merah.Kata Kunci : bawang merah, kompos kirinyuh, pupuk NPK, bedeng. Salah satu kendala produksi pala adalah serangan penyakit akar yang disebabkan oleh cendawan Rigidoporus microporus. Akibat serangan tersebut selama satu sampai dua minggu daun tanaman pala layu mendadak, tanaman tumbuh meranggas, daun berwarna kekuningan, kemudian tanaman mati, pangkal batang berwarna coklat kehitaman, jika dibongkar bagian akar akan terlihat miselia berwarna putih dan dalam waktu relatif singkat telah mengubah sebagian hamparan pala rakyat menjadi ranting kering. Salah satu upaya pengendalian yang ramah lingkungan dan berkelanjutan yaitu dengan memanfaatkan agens hayati cendawan endofit. Salah satu limbah pertanian yaitu cangkang pala. Pemberian cendawan endofit pada limbah cangkang pala diharapkan mampu berfungsi sebagai agen hayati dalam pengendalian penyakit pada pala. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pupuk organik limbah cangkang pala yang diperkaya cendawan endofit terhadap serangan penyakit pada tanaman pala. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian endofit 1 dan endofit 2 dapat menekan perkembangan patogen dalam menyerang bibit pala, kemampuan endofit menekan patogen sebesar 88,46%. Introduksi varietas unggul berumur genjah ke pusat produksi padi di berbagai wilayah menyebabkan erosi genetik. Upaya untuk memperbaiki performansi dan kualitas padi yang sudah ada saat ini dapat dilakukan dengan perkawinan silang antara varietas padi lokal Aceh dengan varietas padi introduksi yang mempunyai gen potensial. Gen potensial yang terdapat pada varietas introduksi tersebut yaitu gen ketahanan terhadap penyakit hawar daun yang disebabkan oleh Xanthomonas oryzae yang terdapat pada galur IR BB 27. Disamping ini terdapat juga gen ketahanan terhadap genangan yang terdapat pada varietas Swarna ataupun gen sd-1 untuk sifat batang rendah dari tanaman padi sehingga tanaman tidak rebah. Gen ini terdapat pada varietas Yinzhan sedangkan varietas lokal membawa keunggulan dari rasa yang pulen dan tekstur nasi yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengamati performansi F1 dan F1R dari hasil persilangan padi asal Aceh dan padi Introduksi untuk mendapatkan varietas-varietas unggul baru yang tidak mudah rebah, tahan genangan dan tahan hawar daun bakteri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa varietas Tinggong/Yinzhan memiliki potensi hasil yang tinggi dan tahan terhadap cekaman lingkungan yang juga merupakan turunan paling unggul dari turunan lainnya sehingga dapat dikembangkan menjadi varietas unggul baru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepribadian dengan stres kerja pada perawat Ruang Rawat Intensif Rumah Sakit Umum dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional, pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik total sampling (99 responden). Hasil Penelitian diperoleh 60,6% perawat mengalami stres kerja ringan, 11,1 % mengalami stres kerja sedang dan 2,0% mengalami stres kerja berat. Perawat yang memiliki kepribadian A sebesar 46,5% dan kepribadian B sebesar 53,5%. Perawat yang memiliki kepribadian A mengalami stres kerja ringan (69,6%) dan perawat yang memiliki kepribadian B mengalami stres kerja ringan (52,8%). Hasil uji statistik Mann Whitney terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kepribadian dengan stres kerja pada perawat Ruang Rawat Intensif Rumah Sakit Umum dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh dengan p value 0,001. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepribadian dengan stres kerja pada perawat Ruang Rawat Intensif Rumah Sakit Umum dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh.Kata Kunci : Stres kerja, kepribadian, perawat, Ruang Rawat Intensif.ABSTRACTThe prevalence of work stress on nurses in Indonesia in 2006 amounted to 50.9% and in Aceh prevalence of occupational stress in nurses Intensive Care Unit in 2013 amounted to 47.8%. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between personality with work stress on nurses Space Intensive Care Unit General Hospital dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Type analytic observational study with cross sectional design, sampling is done with total sampling technique (99 respondents). Results obtained 60.6% of nurses experiencing mild work stress, 11.1% had moderate work stress and 2.0% experienced severe work stress. Nurse who has type A personality is 46.5% and 53.5% is type B personality. Nurse who has type A personality experiencing mild work stress (69,6%) and nurse who has type B personality experiencing mild work stres (52,8%). Mann Whitney test results are statistically significant relationship between personality with work stress on nurses Intensive Care Unit General Hospital dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh with a p value of 0.001.
