Kecerdasan emosional ini sangat dibutuhkan oleh mahasiswa keperawatan, sebab mereka akan berhubungan dengan pasien, keluarga dan masyarakat yang mempunyai latar belakang budaya dan sifat yang berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan kecerdasan emosional mahasiswa keperawatan metode konvensional dan mahasiswa metode KBK di PSIK- FK Unsyiah. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah comparative study dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional Study. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk skala likert. Mahasiswa yang menjadi responden adalah mahasiswa angkatan 2009 (metode konvensional) dan mahasiswa angkatan 2010 (metode KBK). Analisis data menunjukkan nilai rata-rata kecerdasan emosional mahasiswa konvensional adalah 76,96 lebih rendah dibandingkan mahasiswa KBK sebesar 80,24. Hasil uji statistik yang digunakan dalam analisis bivariat adalah independent sample t-test pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α=0,05), didapatkan t hitung sebesar 3,146 dan p-value = ,002 (α = 0,05), dengan demikian t hitung (3,146) > t tabel (1,98) dan p-value < 0,05 sehingga hipotesa null (Ho) ditolak. Ini berarti terdapat perbedaan kecerdasan emosional mahasiswa konvensional dan KBK di PSIK-FK Unsyiah. The research population are 51 companies. Abnormal return is measured based on individual stock returns using market returns. Individual stock return is obtained from the daily closing price and market return is measured using the Composite Index of BEI. The results show that: (1)  the average abnormal stock return 10 days after the announcement of increasing cash dividends s is not higher than the average abnormal stock return 10 days before the announcement of increasing cash dividend  (0.00460 <0.00519), (2) the average abnormal stock return 10 days after the announcement of constant cash dividends is not higher than the average abnormal stock return 10 days before the announcement of constant cash dividend (0.00098 <0.01617), (3) the average abnormal stock return 10 days after the announcement of decreasing cash dividend is not lower than the average abnormal stock return 10 days before the announcement of decreasing cash dividend (0.00151> 0.00026). The conclusion of this research is that the announcement of cash dividend does not give abnormal return to investors. This research was conducted to estimate genetic correlation of growth traits on Aceh cattle including birth weight (BW), weaning weight (WW), yearling weight (YW), and Average Daily Gain (ADG). The research was done at Indrapuri Breeding and Forage Centre (IBFC) of Aceh cattle from March 2013 to April 2013. The materials of this research consist of growth records from 2010 to 2012. The genetic correlation was analyzed by variance and covariance. The results indicated that the lowest standard error (SE) value of heritability showed on birth weight 0.15+0.13. Most of genetic correlation value on growth traits was positive and high categorized (> 0.50). The lowest SE value showed on correlation between birth weight and pre-weaning ADG (0.55+0.54), birth weight and post-weaning ADG (0,63+0,62), pre-weaning ADG and post-weaning ADG (0.71+0.33), pos-weaning ADG and weight/age or W/A (0.72+0.33) then final weight and W/A (0.94+0.69). It could be concluded that most of genetic correlation value on Aceh cattle growth traits were positive and high therefore the selection based on growth traits can be done for increasing performance in Aceh cattle. This research aimed to detect the total number of Campylobacter sp. on poultry carcass after decontamination by acetic acid, citric acid and combination of both. This research was conducted in the Laboratory of Veterinary Public Health Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh. The research was factorial completely randomized designed. Samples of poultry carcass were obtained from the Lamnyong market, Banda Aceh. Sixty poultry carcasses were divided into three groups of treatment and one group without treatment. Observation of each treatment was five time replicated at 0, 2, 4, 6 and 8 hours after immersion for ± 30 seconds in each of the decontamination material. Observation of Campylobacter sp. was done by inoculating every sample on CM0739 selective Campylobacter Blood free selective agar base and CCDA Selective supplement SR0155E. Measurements of Total Plate Count (TPC) Campylobacter sp according to Standard Plate Count (SPC). Data was variance analyzed (ANOVA) using SPSS. The results of research showed that the growing colonies of Campylobacter sp. were indicated by white colony with surrounded by black zone. Immersion of poultry carcass with acetic acid, citric acid and combination of the both and the observation time had no influence (P>0,05) to ALT Campylobacter sp. The research was concluded that carcass to Campylobacter sp.
