Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan menerapkan metode harga proses dengan menggunakan konsep biaya penuh dalam menghitung harga pokok produksi. Unsur-unsur biaya produksi terdiri dari biaya bahan (biaya bahan baku dan bahan penolong), biaya tenaga kerja, biaya overhead pabrik yang dibagi menjadi dua yaitu biaya overhead pabrik variabel dan biaya overhead tetap. Perhitungan harga pokok produksi dilakukan setiap akhir periode. Pada akhir periode perusahaan menyusun laporan produksi. Namun perusahaan hanya membuat laporan biaya produksi secara keseluruhan tanpa melalui perdepartemen. Setelah dilakukan perbandingan antara hasil penelitian dan landasan teoritis dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Fai & Sya dalam menerapkan perhitungan harga pokok produksi secara umum serta dalam pengklasifikasian unsur-unsur biaya produksinya masih belum sesuai dengan teori yang berlaku. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri data primer dan data sekunder baik yang bersifat kualitatif maupun kuantitatif yang berhubungan dengan persediaan bahan baku di Pante Pirak Bakery.Pada penelitian ini metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Economic Order Quantity, yaitu sebuah metode yang digunakan untuk mengetahui jumlah dan pesanan ekonomis, di mana hasilnya dibandingkan dengan metode persediaan yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode EOQ (economic order quantity) pada Pante Pirak Bakery lebih efisien dibandingkan metode pengendalian persediaan bahan baku perusahaan. Di mana perusahaan dapat menghemat biaya sebesar Rp 15.735.701 per tahun secara keseluruhan, penerapan metode ini memang menekankan betapa pentingnya perencanaan persediaan bahan baku untuk perusahaan dalam melakukan proses produksi. The purpose of the research is to give evidence about how is the people’s behavior towards the wild life conservation area of Sibelia Mountain, the. The population of the research was all of patriarchs in three villages: Sawadai village, Tuokona and Gandasuli village. Furthermore, 46-47 people are chosen randomly from each village to get 140 patriarchs of total sample. Questionnaire instrument was used to collect the data. Questionnaire instrument and closed response interview guideline were used to collect the data of people’s behavior toward the wild life area conservation. Prior to distribute the instrument to the respondents, a test is carried out to the people who live in east Halmahera wild life area excluding from the research sample to get its validity and reliability. The result of analysis on people’s behavior in three different villages living in wild life area shows that they still have a low level of land utilization (about 20% - 25%). This result indicates that respondents who answered the questions of utilize of the conservation area tend to be in small number. This result also shows that the people of the three villages are having a tendency to do activities that caused environmental damage (contra conservation). The analysis result on people’s behavior in maintaining wild life conservation area of Sibela Mountain is also at a low level. From the three villages, the percentages are 8% - 13%. It indicates that people’s behavior tendency of maintaining or preserve the conserved area is at a very low level. Banjir juga mengangkut material halus berupa lanau atau lempung serta material kasar berupa pasir, kerikil, kerakal, bongkah batu dan batang-batang kayu pepohonan yang tumbang dan ikut terbawa arus. Material tebing sungai yang longsor dan jatuh dialur sungai dalam jumlah yang besar dapat menyebabkan terbentuknya bendungan alam. Pada tanggal 2 Januari 2013 terjadi bencana banjir bandang di DAS Krueng Teungku di Desa Beureuneut Kecamatan Seulimeum Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis perilaku banjir bandang akibat keruntuhan bendungan alam dengan mensimulasi permodelan keruntuhan dari pendekatan observasi lapangan, data sekunder, studi literatur, dan asumsi. Metodologi penelitian meliputi analisis hidrologi yaitu menentukan curah hujan harian, menganalisis debit puncak banjir diperoleh dari hujan jam-jaman. Besarnya debit dan waktu tercapainya puncak debit unit hidrograf digunakan metode Hidrograf Satuan Sintetik SCS (Soil Conservation Service) dengan debit 2 Januari 2013 sebesar 335,73 m3/dt. Analisis hidraulika dilakukan terhadap geometrik sungai, bendungan alam dengan pendekatan topografi dan mengestimasi koefisien kekasaran manning. Simulasi permodelan banjir bandang akibat keruntuhan bendungan alam ini di analisis dengan software HEC-RAS yang diakibatkan oleh overtopping dan piping. Analisis keruntuhan bendungan akibat overtopping dan piping menghasilkan validasi bahwa kejadian bencana di Krueng Teungku diakibatkan keruntuhan bendungan alam akibat piping. Moreover, soft materials such as silt and clay or hard materials like sand, gravel, stone, wood log are transported along the river stream. Furthermore, an earth dam can be constructed while a huge amount of these kind of materials are trapped along the river bed. On 2nd January 2013, flash flood disaster was happened in Krueng Teungku River Beureuneut Village, Seulimeum of Aceh Besar District. The main objectives of this research are to analyze flash flood characteristic due to earth dam failure with failure modeling simulation of site observation approach, secondary data, study literature and some assumptions. The research methodologies including hydrology analysis which are an estimation of daily rainfall, and peak flood debit analysis from hour rain data. Soil conservation service (SCS) was used to determine the debit and time of peak hydrograph unit debit. The debit value of 2nd January 2013 was 335,73 m3/s. Moreover, hydraulic analysis was used for river geometries, topography approach earth dam, and Manning coefficient estimation. HEC-RAS software was employed for flash flood earth dam failure modeling of overtopping and piping failure. The analyses result shows that piping failure occurred at that failure time. BCS yang digunakan lolossaringan # 19,9 mm dan tertahan disaringan # 4,76 mm. BCS ini didatangkan dariCot Girek Aceh Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan tulangan ulir baik untuktulangan utama maupun untuk tulangan sengkang, dengan variasi jarak sengkang;20 cm, 25 cm dan tanpa sengkang. Mutu leleh baja yang digunakan 415,3 MPauntuk tulangan utama dan 359,5 MPa untuk tulangan sengkangnya.
