Secara umum bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh kombinasi proses adsorpsi dan ultrafltrasi terhadap efisiensi penyisihan logam besi dalam sampel air baku. Pada proses adsorpsi menggunakan zeolit alam Banda Aceh dengan variasi ukuran partikel -40/+20, -60/+40, -80/+60 dan -100/+80 mesh. Konsentrasi larutan umpan adalah 1,25 mg/l dianggap mendekati kadar logam besi sesungguhnya. Proses ultrafiltrasi dilakukan dengan empat jenis membrane hollow fiber yakni PES-AOT, PES-PVP, PES 10.000 dan PES 30.000. Analisis kadar logam besi dilakukan menggunakan spektrofotometer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan adsorpsi maksimum diperoleh pada penyerapan dengan zeolit alam berukuran -100/+80 mesh dengan efisiensi pemisahan 58,50%. Koefisien rejeksi tertinggi dimiliki membran PES 10.000 yakni 50,93%. Gabungan proses pemisahan secara adsorpsi dan membran PES 10.000 adalah kombinasi terbaik yang dapat menyisihkan logam besi sebesar 79,63%.Kata kunci: Zeolit alam, adsorpsi, ultrafiltrasi dan koefisien rejeksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendegradasi limbah zat warna (Methlyene blue) dalam air dengan mengunakan Mitode fotokatalisis,katalis dikarateristik dengan mengunakan X-Ray Defractofometer (XRD), dan Scaning Electron Microscopy (SEM).Hasil dari pada analisa (SEM) terlihat struktur dan bentuk dari partikel, dan hasil dari spectrum (XRD) menunjukan derajat kristalisasi yang tinggi.Persentase degradasi Methlyene blue semakin meningkat dengan bertambahnya nilai pH. Analisa sampel larutan Methlyene blue dilakukan dengan Spectrofotometer untuk mengetahui penurunan Methyleneblue secara fotokatalisis.Persen degradasi terbesar terlihat pada pH 9, mencapai angka 87 %. Semakin lama waktu radiasi maka persen degradasi Methlyene blue semakin meningkat. Hal ini disebabkan radikal hidroksil yang dihasilkan semakin banyak. Demikian juga Penambahan H2O2 dan NaOH dalam larutan Methlyene blue menghasilkan peningkatan degradasi yang signifikan mencapai 88%.Kata kunci : Methylen blue, La-doped NaTaO3, Fotokatalisis.ixABSTRACTPhoto catalyst La-dope NaTaO3, has been synthetized using sol method and gel on the temperature of 800oC. The purpose of this study is to break down the dye effluent (methylene blue) in the water by using photo catalyst method, where catalyst is characterized by using X-ray Defractofometer (XRD), and scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The results were taken from the analyzed data by using SEM shown that the structure and the form of the particles, and the XRD results were also in the high crystallization. The percentage of methylene blue degradation was getting higher as the increasing of pH Value. The analyzed sample of Methylene blue was executed by using spectrophotometer in order to know the reduction of Methylene blue analytically. The biggest analysis percentage on the pH of 9, was getting 87 in percentage. The Longer radiation time used the higher Methylene blue obtained. It was because of the radical hydroxyl was obtained higher, and also the addition of H2O2 and NaOH in Methylene Blue resulted the increment of significant degradation until 88%.Key words: Methylene Blue, La doped NaTaO3, photo catalyst. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kualitas hidup penderita penyakit ginjal tahap akhir yang mejalani terapi hemodialisa di Badan Layanan Umum Daerah RSUD Dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan desain cross sectional study. Sampel penelitian adalah pasien GGK yang menjalani terapi hemodialisa sebanyak  52 orang. Data dikumpulkan pada tanggal 19-24 September  2013 dengan cara wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Tahapan Pengolahan data yaitu; editing, coding, transfering dan tabulating. Penyalahgunaan narkoba di dunia terus meningkat setiap tahun. Di Indonesia, penyalahgunaan narkoba menjadi fenomena sosial yang terus berkelanjutan dan Aceh merupakan provinsi dengan jumlah penyalahgunaan tertinggi keempat pada tahun 2012. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penyalahgunaan narkoba dapat terjadi di Banda Aceh, untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor sosial yang menjadi penyebab penyalahgunaan narkoba di Banda Aceh dan bagaimana hubungan analitikalnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di panti rehabilitasi narkoba Rumoh Geutanyoe Banda Aceh, dengan jumlah subyek penelitian sebanyak 10 orang. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara di analisa dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif yaitu dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Secara umum responden sudah mengetahui tentang narkoba namun tidak memahami dampaknya bagi kehidupan. Faktor individu yang menjadi penyebab dalam penelitian ini adalah rasa ingin tahu dan mencoba-coba. Faktor keluarga yang menjadi penyebab adalah hubungan keluarga yang harmonis disertai dengan anggota kelurga lain yang menjadi pecandu, keluarga harmonis namun individu menarik diri dari keluarga dan hubungan keluarga yang tidak harmonis. Faktor lingkungan yang medukung tersedianya sarana dan prasana menjadi penyebab terbesar dari penyalahgunaan narkoba. Adapun masalah penelitian ini, bagaimana persepsi siswa SMA terhadap narkobat, faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan siswa menyalahgunakan narkoba, dan upaya apa saja yang dilakukan bagi siswa yang telah menyalahgunakan narkoba. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian dekriptif kualitatif yang mengkaji sejauh mana persepsi siswa terhadap narkoba, faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan siswa menggunakan narkoba dan bagaimana cara mengobati siswa yang telah menjadi pecandu narkoba. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA yang mengetahui tentang narkoba sebanyak 20 siswa dari tiga (3) sekolah SMA yang ada di Kota Banda Aceh serta anak SMA yang berada pada pusat rehabilitasi narkoba di Kota Banda Aceh. Sampel diambil dengan tehnik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tehnik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan metode naratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengetahuan (persepsi) siswa mengenai narkoba cukup baik walaupun belum mencapai hasil yang optimal, dengan demikian diharapkan pemerintah dapat mensosialisasikan tentang bahaya narkoba di sekolah-sekolah melalui tambahan pelajaran, seminar dan penyuluhan-penyuluhan agar siswa mengetahui dampak penyalahgunaan narkoba. Dengan mengetahui narkoba dan dampak bahaya dari penggunaan narkoba serta untuk mengatasi pengaruh buruk narkoba, siswa menggunakan waktu luang untuk melakukan berbagai kegiatan seperti ekstrakulikuler, membantu orang tua dan mengikuti kegiatan-kegiatan relegi di sekolah. Sehubungan dengan masih banyaknya siswa yang belum mengetahui dampak buruk dari narkoba, diharapkan pemerintah dapat mensosialisasikan tentang bahaya narkoba di sekolah-sekolah melalui tambahan pelajaran, seminar dan penyuluhan-penyuluhan agar siswa mengetahui dampak penyalahgunaan narkoba.
