Biomass of agricultural residues are highly potential as ruminant feedstuff. However, it is characterized by high content of indigestible fiber and low nutritive value, due to the strong hydrogen bonds in the lignocelluloses. Biological treatment by using microbes seems to be an alternative, because of the capability, with no pollution problem. An experiment has been conducted to seek for the fungi and yeast which capable to improve the quality of rice straw, rice bran and cassava waste. The trial was done by the technique of in sacco and in vitro, in a completely randomized block design. The variables measure were : dry matter and protein digestibility, protein solubility and nutrient composition of the fermentation product. Based on the all variables measure, the current study concluded that the microbes chosen were : monoculture of T. viride for rice straw, monoculture of A. niger for rice bran and biculture of A luchuensis and S. cereviseae for cassava waste. Penelitianini merupakan suatu studi kuasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Pre-test post-test control group design. Subjek populasi adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMANegeri 2 Sigli dengan mengambil sampel dua kelas (kelas eksperimen dan kelaskontrol) melalui teknik random sampling dari tujuh kelas paralelmyang tersedia.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen yaitu tes. Tes meliputites pemahaman matematis , skala disposisi, dan bahan ajar berupa LKK pemahamanmatematis. Untuk melihat adanya perbedaan pemahaman matematis siswa antarakelompok strategi MHM dengan kelompok konvensional digunakan uji-t pada tarafsignifikansi 0,05 setelah prasyarat pengujian terpenuhi. Dari data dan hasil ujistatistik kemudian dianalisis dengan bantuan SPSS 17 for Windows dan MicrosoftExcel 2007 untuk menginterpretasikan pemhaman matematis siswa serta disposisimatematis siswa terhadap pembelajaran dengan strategi MHM. Berdasarkan hasilpenelitian, diketahui bahwa 1) Pemahaman matematis siswa yang memperolehpembelajaran dengan menggunakan strategi MHM lebih baik daripada siswa yangmemperleh pembelajaran konvensional; 2) Disposisi matematis siswa yangmemperoleh pembelajaran dengan menggunakan strategi MHM lebih baik daripadasiswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran konvensional; 3) Terdapat korelasi antarapemahaman matematis siswa dan disposisi matematis siswa tentang matematika.Penggunaan strategi MHM dalam pembelajaran terbukti dapat mempengaruhipemahaman matematis dan disposisi matematis siswa menjadi lebih baik, secarakualitas terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara siswa yang pembelajarannyamenggunakan strategi MHM dan yang menggunakan pendekatan konvensional.Kata Kunci: Pemahaman matematis, disposisi matematis, strategi MHM. Nutrient composition of organic fertilizer is also varied from one to another. The cultivar of Kipas Putih and Anjasmara were studied. The growth and yield of soybean were significantly affected by cultivar and organic fertilizer,  composted from manure and green manure using EM-4.  The growth and yield of Kipas Putih were significantly better than those of Anjasmara.  Fertilization with 12.5 ton/ha of organic matter also increased growth and yield of soybean.
