Amplify-Quantize and Forward (AQF) merupakan salah satu jenis metode relay yang mana sinyal yang diterima oleh relay dari sumber akan kuantisasi dan kuatkan sebelum diteruskan ke tujuan. Analisis pada tugas akhir dilakukan dengan simulasi menggunakan software simulasi MATLAB. Penelitian tugas akhir ini melakukan analisis pengaruh penambahan jumlah relay dan jenis modulasi terhadap outage probability dan throughput pada jaringan relay nirkabel dengan metode AQF. Selain itu juga dilakukan analisis perbandingan outage probability dan throughput antara jaringan relay dengan metode AQF, QF, dan jaringan direct. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa semakin banyak jumlah relay yang digunakan maka outage probability akan semakin kecil dan throughput semakin besar. Jaringan relay metode AQF yang menggunakan modulasi BPSK memiliki outage probability dan throughput lebih kecil dari pada modulasi QPSK. Jaringan relay nirkabel metode AQF memiliki outage probability yang lebih kecil dan throughput yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan jaringan relay metode QF dan jaringan direct. Namun pada saat pengisian KRS online disetiap awal semester sering terjadi permasalahan yaitu lambatnya akses ke sistem aplikasi tersebut, sehingga proses akademik menjadi terganggu. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini akan meninjau aplikasi KRS online yaitu sistem database sebagai tempat penyimpanan data dan mengidentifikasi apakah sistem database tersebut telah memenuhi prinsip desain database yang baik atau belum. Pada penelitian ini akan menganalisa sistem database yang telah ada dengan meninjau struktur tabel yang digunakan apakah telah dinormalisasikan, jika belum maka akan dilakukan proses normalisasi pada desain database di aplikasi KRS online. Untuk mengenerete Pengujian desain database setelah dilakukan normalisasi menggunakan fitur forward engineering, hal ini dilakukan untuk memastikan desain database tidak ada kesalahan, dan desain tersebut dapat diimplementasikan. Setelah dilakukan pengujian desain maka dilanjutkan dengan pengujian query. Dari hasil pengujian query yang telah dilakukan sebanyak 30 kali maka didapat rata-rata untuk database yang belum dilakukan normalisasi menghasilkan waktu eksekusi query 267.26 ms, sedangkan pada database tang sudah dinormalisasi menghasilkan waktu eksekusi query 155,50 ms. Br) have been conducted in Experimental Station, Agriculture Faculty, Syiah Kuala University, Darussalam Banda Aceh. The treatments were arranged in a Completely Randomized Design (CDR) with two factors. The first factor was dosages of herbicide which were 0; 0,1; 0,2; 0,3; and 0,4 kg active ingredient (a.i.) ha-1. The second factor was ages of  C. gigantea R. Br which were 30 days, 45 days and 60 days after planting. The result showed that dosage of 0,3 kg i.a. ha-1 significantly increased the percentage of C. gigantea R. Br and decreased the dry weight shoot and root of C. gigantea R. Br. The youngest stage of C. gigantea R. Br was more effective to be controlled, and had a lower dry weight shoot and root than the oldest one. The paraquat herbicides applied with dosages of 0,3 kg a.i. ha-1 on 30 days after planting increased the percentage of C. gigantea R. Br, and  reduced shoot and root dry weight of C. gigantea R. Br. The research was conducted in Weeds Laboratory  and Screen House Agriculture Faculty, University of Syiah Kuala, Darussalam, Banda Aceh from December 2010 to February 2011. The experiment was arranged in a completely randomized design (CRD) with 6 treatments and 4 replicates.  Results showed that inhibition occurred at concentrations of 100 gL-1 at 10 HST on plant height, leaf number and dry weight of mustard plant. The method included sample extraction, fractionation, and toxicity examination of leaf extract L. camara and its active fractions against P. xylostella larvae.  The extracts were applied by residue method.  Fractionation of active compounds from extract n-hexane was conducted by a vacuum liquid chromatography by using a stationary phase of silicate gel GF254­ and mobile phase of n-hexane, etil acetate, and methanol which produced five  fractions, that is fractions A, B, C, D, and E.  Leaf extract of  L. camara and its fractions possessed an insecticidal activity  causing mortality to P. xylostella larvae. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengetahuan masyarakat Kecamatan Teupah Barat tentang kesiapsiagaan tsunami. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif eksploratif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 3519 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah proporsional random sampling pada 97 responden yang berada di Kecamatan Teupah Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara terpimpin menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk skala dichotomous yang terdiri dari 48 item pernyataan. Data di analisa secara deskriptif dengan menentukan persentase berdasarkan katagori baik dan kurang. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh pengetahuan dasar tsunami berada pada katagori baik yaitu 59 orang (60,8%), tanggapan dasar tsunami berada pada katagori baik yaitu 69 orang (71,1%), kesiapan kedaruratan dasar berada pada katagori baik yaitu 55 orang (56,7%), sistem peringatan tsunami berada pada katagori baik yaitu 52 orang (53,6%), serta sumber informasi untuk peringatan tsunami berada pada katagori baik yaitu 53 orang (54,6%). Secara umum, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan kesiapsiagaan tsunami masyarakat Kecamatan Teupah Barat Kabupaten Simeulue berada pada katagori baik yaitu sebanyak 58 orang (59,8%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, diharapkan kepada lembaga terkait agar dapat memberikan penyuluhan tentang pengetahuan kesiapsiagaan tsunami dan mengubah persepsi yang keliru tentang tanda-tanda akan terjadinya tsunami sehingga masyarakat lebih siaga dalam menghadapi bencana tsunami.
