Deteksi scene change yang terjadi pada video banyak diperlukan untuk pengolahan data lebih lanjut karena sangat berperan penting dalam sejumlah aplikasi video, salah satunya dengan menggunakan metode pengaplikasian entropy. Metode ini mendeteksi adanya perubahan scene pada video dengan menghitung nilai entropy dan joint entropy dari setiap frame untuk mendapatkan nilai mutual information diantara frames video. Pada tugas akhir ini video diektraksi kedalam bentuk gambar berformat JPEG 2000 dan ditransformasikan ke domain wavelet diskrit untuk pengambilan nilai subband LL2. Nilai subband LL2 digunakan pada pengaplikasian entropy untuk menghitung nilai mutual information dari frame video. Perubahan scene video akan dilihat dari hasil perubahan nilai mutual information dari setiap frame video. Hasil dari pengujian, pada saat frame masih didalam satu scene, nilai mutual information diantara frames tersebut sama-sama tinggi dan pada saat frames terjadi perubahan scene, nilai mutual information diantara frame tersebut menurun. Perubahan scene dari pengujian ini didapat dibawah 0,5. Ini menunjukkan tingkat presisi penggunaan entropy dalam mendeteksi scene change video pada motion JPEG 2000 sangat baik sesuai dengan konsep teori informasi. Scene change detection that occurs in the video are needed for further data processing as very important role in a number of video applications, one of them by using the method of application of entropy. This method used for detects a change in a video scene by computing the entropy value and the joint entropy of each frame to obtain the value of mutual information between frames of video. In this thesis the video extracted in the form of JPEG2000 and transformed into discrete wavelet domain to capture the value of subband LL2. Subband LL2 values used in the application of entropy to calculate the value of mutual information of the video frame. Scene change video will be seen from the results of changes in the value of mutual information of each frame of the video scene. The results of the testing, at frame is still in the scene, the value of mutual information between the frames are equally high and the time frames the scene changes, The value of mutual information between frames is decreased. The measured variables were absolute growth rate, specific growth, daily growth, survival rate, feeding efficiency, feeding conversion and protein retention. The completely randomized design (CRD) with 6 treatments of papain: 0; 17,5; 20; 22,5; 25 and 27,5 mg/kg at 3 replications. The result of ANOVA showed that the difference dose of papain in feed the significant effect on absolute growth rate, specific growth, daily growth, survival rate, feeding efficiency, feeding conversion and protein retention. The result of Duncan test showed that the values of absolute growth rate, specific growth, daily growth at treatments of papain dose of 27,5 mg/kg in feed was significant different from papain dose of 0; 17,5; 20; 22,5 and 25 mg/kg papain in feed. But, the values of survival rate, feeding efficiency, feeding conversion and protein retention at treatments of papain dose 27,5 mg/kg was not significant different from papain dose of 25 mg/kg. Dari hasil simulasi, ditemui bahwa huruf Arab biner yang diwakili oleh 5 moment adalah 30 %, dan huruf Arab thinning pada moment 3 sebesar 40 %, untuk huruf Latin biner karakter yang diwakili oleh moment 3 dan moment 5 adalah 30,76 % sedangkan huruf Latin thinning karakter yang banyak diwakili terdapat pada moment 3 sebesar 65,38 %. Formant adalah puncak spektral bunyi yang secara menyeluruh dipengaruhi oleh vocal tract. Oleh karena itu, frekuensi formant yang dihasilkan oleh setiap penutur berbeda satu dengan yang lainnya karena setiap orang memiliki organ resonansi yang berbeda. Penulis menganalisis penggunaan formant pada sistem identifikasi suara manusia. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menginput data suara dari sepuluh orang dengan tiga kali perulangan. Database suara bersifat text-dependent. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengukur dan membandingkan kinerja sistem identifikasi penutur dengan dua proses berbeda. Percobaan dilakukan di dalam pot (polibag) dengan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) faktorial 4 x 3 dalam 3 ulangan. Ada dua faktor yang diteliti yaitu faktor dosis pemberian pupuk Guano dengan empat taraf, yaitu : 0 kg, 0,5 kg, 1,0 kg, dan 1,5 kg/polibag dan faktor dosis pemberian pupuk NPK yang terdiri atas tiga taraf, yaitu : 0, 15, dan 30 g/polibag. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tanah subsoil dapat digunakan untuk media pembibitan dengan aplikasi pupuk Guano dan pupuk NPK. Dosis pupuk Guano dan pupuk NPK mempengaruhi beberapa sifat kimia tanah yaitu peningkatan pH tanah, C dan N total dan P tersedia, dan Kapasitas Tukar Kation (KTK) serta berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan bibit kelapa sawit umur 16 hari setelah tanam. This research was aimed at studying the effects of organic Guano and inorganic NPK fertilizer on oil palm seedling growth on sub soil growing media. The experiment was conducted in a pot, arranged in a randomized complete block design (RCBD), factorial 4x3  with 3 replicates. There were two factors examined, 1) guano dose  consisting of four levels, namely: 0 kg, 0.5 kg, 1.0 kg and 1.5 kg/polybags and 2) inorganic fertilizers NPK consisting of three levels, namely: 0, 15, and 30 g/polybags. The results showed that subsoil can be used for growing media with applications of fertilizer Guano and inorganic NPK fertilizer. Guano and NPK fertilizer affected several soil chemical properties, i.e. increase in soil pH, available total C and N and P, and cation exchange capacity (CEC) and affected growth of oil palm seedling at age 16 weeks after planting.
