Meat percent on treatment B 1.81% non significant (P>0.05) increase than treatment A, but C and D treatments 2.63% and 4.87% significantly increase than treatment A. Subcutan fat on C and D treatments 6.72% and 6.67% significant lower (P <0.05) than treatment A, and D treatment 4.91% significant lower than treatment B. The aim of this reseach was to describe the 2,4 D concentration in half strength MS medium on the nucellar callus formation of  Mangifera odorata. This reseach has been conducted from April to July 2005, and Completely Randomized Design was applied, with 6 treatments and 4 replications in which each replication consist of 3 samples.The treatments level: d1= 1 ppm, d2= 1,2 ppm, d3= 1,4 ppm, d4= 1,6 ppm, d5= 1,8 ppm, d6= 2 ppm. Salah satu persyaratan agregat yang digunakan harus bernilai abrasi lebih kecil dari 40%. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian terhadap pencampuran agregat kasar berbeda abrasi dengan quarry berbeda ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kekuatan material perkerasan jalan melalui upaya mengurangi nilai abrasi agregat kasar yang masih memenuhi persyaratan spesifikasi Bina Marga tahun 2010. Bahan agregat yang digunakan dalam campuran ini berasal dari dua lokasi quarry berbeda yaitu: dari Kabupaten Gayo Lues, dan dari Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Transportasi Jurusan Teknik Sipil Fakultas Teknik Universitas Syiah Kuala. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan abrasi material dari Cot Girek sebesar 22,897% dan nilai abrasi material dari Rikit Gaib sebesar 33,53%. Hasil pencampuran dari kedua material dengan variasi campuran (80% RG : 20% CG) abrasi 31,210%. Hubungan yang terlihat dari hasil pencampuran material menunjukkan bahwa semakin besar persentase campuran material agregat dari Cot Girek nilai abrasi semakin kecil dan penyerapan aspal semakin kecil. Nilai kadar aspal optimum (KAO) yang didapatkan dari hasil pencampuran material dengan variasi (100% RG : 0% CG) nilai KAO 6,475%, variasi (80% RG : 20% CG) nilai KAO 6,35%, dan variasi (0% RG : 100% CG) nilai KAO 5,65%,. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh 2014, meliputi; penggunaan sarung tangan, penggunaan gaun pelindung, penggunaan masker, dan penggunaan kacamata pelindung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif eksploratif. Desain penelitian adalah Time Series Study. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 16 responden dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 13 responden. Tempat penelitian di ruang isolasi penyakit paru. Alat ukur pada penelitian ini menggunakan lembaran observasi berupa chek list. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengobservasi 4 subvariabel dan terdiri dari 16 item observasi.Hasil penelitian; penggunaan sarung tangan kategori kurang baik (96%), penggunaan gaun pelindung kategori kurang baik (100%), penggunaan masker kategori kurang baik (96%), dan penggunaan kacamata pelindung kategori kurang baik (100%), penggunaan alat pelindung diri oleh perawat pelaksana di ruang isolasi penyakit paru RSUD dr. One of the model that can be used in learning, especially learning the human respiratory system are the model of scrap materials. The research was conducted in South Aceh regency Sawang MAN. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kualitatif dengan menggunakan data lapangan dan data kepustakaan. Data lapangan diperoleh dengan cara mewawancarai responden, sedangkan data kepustakaan diperoleh dengan mempelajari peraturan perundang-undangan, buku teks, surat kabar, tulisan ilmiah, dan literatur-literatur yang ada hubungannya dengan masalah yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dijelaskan bahwa penggunaan alat peraga kampanye pada pemilu legislatif tahun 2014 di Kabupaten Aceh Besar banyak yang melanggar Peraturan. Faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya pelanggaran adalah tidak adanya sanksi bagi yang melanggar, keinginan calon anggota legislatif untuk memperkenalkan diri secara mudah dan cepat, perbuatan dari tim sukses yang nakal, serta Satpol PP tidak melaksanakan tugasnya untuk melakukan penertiban secara berkelanjutan. Upaya yang dilakukan adalah mensosialisasikan peraturan yang telah dibuat dan menertibkan alat peraga kampanye yang melanggar.Disarankan agar Undang-Undang mengenai Penyelenggara Pemilihan Umum diubah, agar kewenangannya menjadi lebih luas, Jadi Komisi Pemilihan umum dapat menerapkan sanksi bagi yang melanggar. disarankan juga kepada peserta pemilihan umum legislatif agar mematuhi setiap peraturan yang telah dibuat, serta kepada pemerintah daerah agar mendukung kinerja dari penyelenggara pemilihan umum.
