Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian dan Pengembangan, dan desain penelitian adalah One Group Pre-Test and Post-Test Design. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas X peminatan MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Peusangan, dan kelompok sampel ditentukan dengan teknik random. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data penilaian modul oleh ahli materi, ahli media, guru dan respon siswa terhadap modul, data minat belajar siswa sebelum dan setelah pembelajaran dengan modul, data observasi kegiatan pembelajaran siswa dan informasi dari guru tentang pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan modul. Efektivitas modul ditentukan dengan melalui uji statistik t berkorelasi terhadap gain rata-rata minat belajar siswa sebelum dan setelah pembelajaran dengan modul. Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara minat belajar sebelum dan setelah. Analisis terhadap keunggulan dan kelemahan modul diperoleh bahwa modul dapat menciptakan pembelajaran aktif untuk siswa dengan pendekatan ilmiah, tetapi peran serta guru dan kelengkapan fasilitas menentukan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development/R&D) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE yang memiliki lima tahap, yakni (1) Analisis (Analysis), (2) Perancangan (Design), (3) Pengembangan (Development), (4) Implementasi (Implementation), dan (5) Evaluasi (Evaluation). Pengembangan modul dibantu oleh dosen ahli sampai modul valid dan siap diujicobakan. Uji coba dilakukan di SMA N 4 Banda Aceh, SMA N 5 Banda Aceh, dan SMA N 11 Banda Aceh dengan melibatkan 10 orang guru kimia serta 1 orang guru kimia Instruktur Nasional Kurikulum 2013 dan 19 orang siswa yang memberikan tanggapan terhadap modul yang dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian ahli untuk kualitas modul senyawa hidrokarbon menunjukkan rata-rata skor total 86,4% dengan kategori baik sekali. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan 83.3% guru dan 85.6% siswa memberikan respon positif terhadap modul. Karena materi yang tersajikan lengkap, jelas, dan menarik serta mempermudah dalam belajar senyawa hidrokarbon. Serta angket kesadaran lingkungan siswa kelas XI IA 3 menunjukkan peningkatan dari 61.7% menjadi 84.3%. Karena siswa yang telah membaca modul sudah mulai tumbuh kesadarannya untuk menjaga lingkungan. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan dalam penelitian ini  adalah: Untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan multimedia interaktif dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis mahasiswa kelas X MAN Bireuen pada konsep Hukum Newton. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengikuti rancangan ekperimen semu one group design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Semester I Prodi pendidikan fisika Universitas Almuslim yang berjumlah 40 orang. Instrumen pengumpul data berupa tes pilihan ganda yang diberikan melalui uji pre-test dan post-test. Hasil penelitian setelah dianalisis  dengan menggunakan statistik uji-t dengan kriteria pengujian terima Ha jika thitung> t(1-α)(dk) dan tolak H0 jika t mempunyai harga-harga lain menunjukkan keterampilan berpikir kritis mahasiswa sebesar 86,95%. Perhitungan rata-rata indeks gain termasuk kategori tinggi yaitu 0,76. Hal ini berarti terjadi peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis mahasiswa semester I prodi pendidikan fisika  materi hukum Newton melalui penggunaan Multimedia Interaktif. This research objective was to figure out employee development program, employee development process, and obstacles faced in employee development. This research used qualitative approach and descriptive approach. Data collection technique used was observation, interview, and documentation study. Subject of the researchwere rector, vice rector for general and finance affairs, head of general and finance administration bureau, head of personnel division, staff of personnel division, Dean, vice dean II, head of faculty administrative office, and administration staff. The result showed that: 1) employee development program was good and service procurement training, laboratory training,computer training, financial training, archive management training, and leadership training. Malikussaleh University of Lhokseumawe also gave study permit to take undergraduate and post graduate program for the employees who wanted to improve their competence. There was also a training program that is a follow-up of the ministry of national education. 2) The employeedevelopment process was through education and training, that is granting permit to the employees to take undergraduate and post graduate program, computer training, was good and service procurement training, financial training, archive management training, and leadership training, laboratory training, and also prajabatan training (a training for civil servant candidates before appointed as permanent employee). The promotion was based on the length of service, rank, and the performance of employee. Job rotation was not performed in order to make the employees become more professional in their own field and the discipline should be improved. 3) The obstacles faced in improving the competence of the employee were internal and external factor. Mathematics is a lesson that is taught from primary education to higher education. However, the implementation of learning, especially SMP were encountered obstacles, one of which is the lack of representative learning device. This study was a response to the need for a valid learning tool, especially book teacher and student book. This research development, namely the development of learning tools based on open-ended approach to improve the ability to think creatively mathematical school students with materials Statistics. Software development models used in this study was a modification of the steps Plomp model, namely (1) preliminary investigation phase (phase preliminary investigation), (2) design phase (phase design), (3) realization/construction phase (phase realization/construction), and (4) test, evaluation, and revision phase (phase test, evaluation and revision. The device consists of learning learning implementation plan (RPP), teacher guide, student books, student worksheet and the test of learning outcomes. Methode of data collection was done through the validation sheet, test, and questionnaire of students’ responses. Results of the validation sheet was obtained that the RPP had an average value of 4.05 with valid criteria, teacher guide had an average value of 3.94 with valid criteria, students’ books had an average value of 3.9 with valid criteria, student worksheet had an average value of 3.83 with valid criteria, and test results of learning had an average value of 4.15 with very valid criteria.
