Organ pankreas berasal dari satu ekor biawak air jantan dan satu ekor biawak air betina dewasa. Biawak air dieuthanasi dengan menggunakan kloroform lalu dibedah pada bagian abdomen, organ pankreas diambil dan dicuci dengan larutan NaCl fisiologis 0,9%. Pengamatan morfologi dan pengukuran panjang serta berat, dilakukan sebelum pankreas difiksasi. Setelah itu, pankreas dimasukkan ke dalam larutan fiksasi paraformaldehid 4% selama 7 hari. Selanjutnya, dilakukan pembuatan preparat histologi untuk diwarnai dengan pewarnaan hematoksilin-eosin (HE) dan pewarnaan imunohistokimia. Hasil pengamatan makroanatomi, pankreas biawak air memiliki dua lobus yaitu lobus dorsal (splenic lobe) dan lobus ventral (duodenal lobe). Hasil pengamatan struktur histologi diketahui pada kedua lobus pankreas ditemukan sel-sel asinar, alat penyalur/duktus, dan buluh darah. Sedangkan struktur yang meyerupai pulau Langerhans hanya ditemukan pada lobus ventral. Hasil pewarnaan imunohistokimia memperlihatkan bahwa sel-sel ? dan ? pada kedua lobus pankreas memiliki morfologi dan distribusi yang sama. Sel glukagon imunoreaktif (ir-glukagon) yang diduga sel ? dan sel insulin imunoreaktif (ir-insulin) yang diduga sel ? mempunyai bentuk polimorfik, bulat, oval, segitiga, dan seperti titik. Kedua sel tersebut tidak terlokalisasi di dalam pulau Langerhans, tetapi menyebar diantara sel-sel asinar pankreas. Jumlah sel ? lebih banyak dibandingkan sel ?. Penelitian ini menggunakan 15 ekor tikus putih jantan dengan berat badan 220 mg. Tikus dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok perlakuan dengan 3 kali ulangan. Kelompok kontrol negatif (KN) diberikan pakan standar (T79-4), Kelompok kontrol positif (KP), (K1), (K2), dan (K3) diberikan pakan hiperkolesterolemia, Kelompok 1 (K1) diberikan perlakuan ekstrak buah terong belanda dengan dosis 100 mg/kg BB, Kelompok 2 (K2) diberikan perlakuan ekstrak kulit manggis dengan dosis 400 mg/kg BB, kelompok 3 (K3) diberikan perlakuan ekstrak kombinasi buah terong belanda 100 mg/kg BB dan kulit manggis 400 mg/kg BB. Hari ke 60 organ aorta dikoleksi untuk dibuat preparat histologi. Hasil pengamatan mikroskopis KN menunjukkan struktur histologi aorta, KP adanya plak aterosklerosis. Pada K1 dan K2 masih terdapat plak aterosklerosis dan mulai ada perbaikan struktur aorta. Pada K3 mampu mencegah plak aterosklerosis secara signifikan. Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling diperoleh 18 sampel dengan menggunakan alat regresi Tobit. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa largest shareholder dan second largest shareholder mempunyai pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap dividen payout ratio dan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel kendali juga memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap dividen payout ratio. The population in this study is a company in the sector and Chemical Industry Association listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009-2013. Based on purposive sampling method, 18 samples obtained by using Tobit regression. The results of this study indicate that the second Largest shareholder and the shareholder has a positive effect and no significant effect on the dividend payout ratio and firm size as control variables also have a significant positive effect on the dividend payout ratio. By using census method and balanced panel data, there are 76 firm observations fulfilling the population criteria. To analyzing the data of this study uses standardized multiple regression models. The sample selection is done by applying simple random sampling method. Data are proceed by using unbalanced panel data. Total samples of 2010 are 82 companies, of 2011 are 86 companies, and of 2012 are 86 companies. To annalyzed the data this study uses multiple linear regression.The results show that (1) the simultaneous growth opportunities, net working capital, and financial leverage have effect on cash holdings.
