Jenis penelitian ini dengan menggunakan desain pengembangan ADDIE, yaitu (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, dan (5) Evaluation dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Uji coba media mind mapping dilakukan di 3 SMA di Banda Aceh yaitu SMAN 3, SMAN 5, dan SMAN 6 yang dilaksanakan pada siswa kelas XI sebanyak 10 orang pada masing-masing sekolah dan 2 guru kimia pada tiap sekolah. Hasil penelitian uji kelayakan media mind mapping yang diuji oleh 2 dosen Progam Studi Pendidikan Kimia FKIP Unsyiah menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan media mind mapping mendapatkan rata-rata kelayakan yaitu 92,0% dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa media sangat layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Uji coba pada siswa terhadap pengembangan media mind mapping menunjukkan respon positif sangat baik dengan perolehan persentase respon siswa sebesar 82,1% dan respon positif guru sebesar 83,0%. Dari hasil yang didapat, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media mind mapping layak digunakan dan dapat diimplementasikan dalam proses pembelajaran dengan materi hukum-hukum dasar kimia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Mengembangkan media poster pada pembelajaran kimia materi teori asam basa, 2) Mengetahui respon siswa dan guru terhadap media poster, 3) Melihat aktivitas siswa terhadap media poster teori asam basa pada pembelajaran kimia. Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas XI IA1 SMAN 4 Banda Aceh yang berjumlah 20 orang dengan jumlah siswa laki-laki 10 orang dan perempuan 10 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar penilaian kelayakan media, lembar angket siswa dan angket guru serta lembar observasi aktivitas siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media poster yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan dengan rerata skor 86,25%, respon guru memperoleh skor 82,1% dan dikategorikan sangat baik, respon siswa baik terhadap media poster dengan rerata skor 69,85% serta aktivitas siswa memperoleh skor 89,17% dikategorikan sangat baik selama proses uji coba pembelajaran media poster. Hasil angket respon siswa terhadap motivasi memperoleh rerata skor 71,08% dengan kriteria baik. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran poster layak untuk digunakan pada proses pembelajaran materi teori asam basa berdasarkan hasil penilaian kelayakan media, respon siswa dan guru yang diberikan dan observasi aktivitas siswa serta motivasi siswa terhadap media poster. Saran bagi guru agar dapat menggunakan media pembelajaran untuk materi teori asam basa dan bagi peneliti selanjutnya agar dapat melanjutkan penelitian ini pada proses pembelajaran untuk melihat hasil belajar siswa. The characterization result of membrane indicates that the membrane have 42.84% of porosity, 74.95% of swelling degree and 258.4 L/m2h water flux. Samples of crude biodiesel contains glycerol amounted to 0.61%-b. The membrane adsorption test value of glycerol in biodiesel is 63.93%, glycerol that contained in biodiesel has been adsorbed for 60 minutes by the membrane and glycerol remaining is 0.23%-b. The results indicated that the glycerol content meets quality standards. Regeneration of membrane by methanol can reduce the value of glycerol until 54.09% and by ethanol is 18.03%. These results indicated that methanol solvent is better than ethanol solvent in regenerating membrane. The adsorption membrane that has been regenerated can be reused to reduce the value of glycerol in biodiesel.Key words: biodiesel, chitosan, purolit, membrane, adsorption, glycerol.
