Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelompokkan berbagai jenis pisang (Musa spp.) yang terdapat di Kabupaten Aceh Besar berdasarkan karakter morfologi vegetatif dari berbagai plasma nutfah pisang. Pengamatan meliputi karakter kuantitatif dan karakter kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aksesi pisang dapat dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok berdasarkan tinggi batang semu. Kelompok pertama, kategori batang semu pendek, terdapat  4 aksesi, selanjutnya kategori batang semu sedang, terdapat 9 aksesi dan terakhir kategori batang semu tinggi, terdapat 7 aksesi. This study aims to grouping the diversity of banana (Musa spp.) from Aceh Besar District based on vegetative morphological characters of banana germplasm. Observations included quantitative and qualitative characters. Grouping based on pseudostem height were divided into three groups. The first group, short pseudostem, is 4 accessions. Akreditasi program studi sarjana merupakan salah satu bentuk penilaian yang dilakukan oleh BAN-PT, untuk menentukan status dan peringkat kelayakan mutu pendidikan terhadap bidang akademik sesuai dengan standar mutu yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengelompokan akreditasi berdasarkan elemen penilaian standar akreditasi menggunakan analisis komponen utama, serta membuat model analisis diskriminan dalam pencapaian nilai standar akreditasi program studi sarjana Universitas Syiah Kuala (Unsyiah). Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data standar akreditasi program studi sarjana yang diperoleh dari borang akreditasi Universitas Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh, dimana setiap standar akreditasi terdiri atas beberapa elemen penilaian yang dijadikan sebagai variabel bebas. Hasil penelitian dari 41 program studi sarjana menggunakan analisis komponen utama dari skor komponen utama pertama, diperoleh program studi sarjana Unsyiah yang termasuk dalam kelompok program studi dengan standar akreditasi tinggi adalah Pendidikan Dokter Hewan dan Ilmu Hukum. Kemudian terdapat 32 program studi yang termasuk ke dalam kelompok program studi dengan standar akreditasi sedang. The literacy rate, enrollment rate of primary and secondary schools were utilised to measure the development of education sector as the dependent variable, while public spending on the education sector and per-capita income were used as the independent variables.  This study covers 23 districts/cities in Aceh province over a period of years 2008-2012. Based on the Random Effect Model of panel data analysis, the study documented that the government spending on eduaction and percapita income positively and significantly impacted the literacy rate. However, the government spending on the education sector did not significantly influence the enrollment rate of primary school, junior high school, and senior high school. Although the percapita income have no significant impact to the primary school enrollment rate and junior high school, but it has an effect on the enrollment rate of senior high school. Packaging Using Plastic Material and Glass Jar in Room Temperature Storage Abstract. The aim of this study was to determine the best type of packaging to maintain the quality of wet “kolang-kaling”(Arenga pinnata L.) sweets during storage at the room temperature. The effects of the type of packaging (polypropylene plastic (PP), polypropylene plastic cup (PP),and  glass jar (jam jar)), and storage duration (0, 5, 10, and 15 days) on the quality of the wet “kolang-kaling” sweets were investigated.The results showed that the best quality of the wet “kolang-kaling” sweets based on the organoleptic and chemical analysis obtained from the  wet “kolang-kaling” sweets were packed by using glass jars, and storage of 5 days at room temperature with the following characteristics: water content of 35,75%, sugar content of 50,56 mg/L, total acid content of 0,16%, pH value of 4,40, the total microbial of 0,34 CFU/ml. Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi,, yaitu dalam hal terdakwa meninggal dunia sebelum putusan dijatuhkan dan terdapat bukti yang cukup kuat bahwa yang bersangkutan telah melakukan tindak pidana korupsi, maka hakim atas tuntutan penuntut umum menetapkan perampasan barang-barang yang telah disita, selanjutnya Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2010 tentang Pencegahan dan Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang, tetapi juga menggunakan instrumen- instrumen internasional seperti United Nations Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC) 2003 yang diratifikasi dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2006. Namun, hal ini belum terlaksana dengan maksimal. Penulisan skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pelaksanaan proses pengembaliana aset hasil tindak pidana korupsi dan hal-hal yang harus disiapkan oleh pemerintah dan aparat penegak hukum agar pengembalian aset hasil tindak pidana korupsi dapat berjalan dengan baik.Untuk memperoleh data, dalam penulisan ini dilakukan penelitian kepustakaan dengan cara memperlajari undang-undang, buku-buku, makalah, dan literatur-literatur yang ada kaitannya dengan judul tulisan ini.Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa proses pelaksanaan pengembalian hasil tindak pidana korupsi diawali dengan pelacakan aset baik yang ada di dalam negeri maupun luar negeri. Kemudian tahap pembekuan aset yang dilakukan agar aset tidak berpindah untuk kemudian dilaksanannya tahap perampasan aset. Dalam tahap yang ketiga yaitu penyitaan aset yang merupakan kelanjutan dari tahap pembekuan dan perampasan aset sebelum dilakukan penyitaan untuk selanjutnya dapat dilakukan penyerahan aset dari negara penerima kepada negara korban. Perintah penyitaan ini dikeluarkan oleh pengadilan atau badan yang berwenang dari negara penerima setelah ada putusan pengadilan yang menjatuhkan pidana pada pelaku tindak pidana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengembangan media audiovisual MTA dalam menjembatani jarak antara museum, pengetahuan dan masyarakat berbasis framework Knowledge Management (KM). Media audiovisual MTA dikembangkan dengan metode Research and Development dan model SECI framework KM. Media audiovisual MTA berdurasi 14,45 menit, disimpan dalam bentuk DVD dan telah melalui ujicoba lapangan utama melibatkan 38 responden dari berbagai kalangan menunjukkan bahwa 100% responden setuju jika media audiovisual MTA mengandung unsur pembelajaran akan bencana gempabumi dan tsunami, merangsang masyarakat untuk mengunjungi MTA, menarik, positif serta mampu merangsang lahirnya ide bagi audience. Pengembangan merupakan usaha sadar, terusmenerusdan sungguh-sungguh memperbaiki kelemahan-kelemahan dengan mencaribekal berbagai pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman sehingga nantinyamampu melakukan pekerjaan tertentu yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya, pada masasekarang dan yang akan datang untuk kemajuan pribadi, organisasi, bangsa dannegara. Pelaksanaan program pengembangan dikatakan berhasil apabila terjadi prosestranspormasi dalam diri peserta, dengan terbentuknya dua hal yaitu: a) peningkatankemampuan dalam melaksanakan tugas, b) perubahan perilaku yang tercermin padasikap, disiplin dan etos kerja. Tujuan akhir dari pengembangan adalah meningkatkanproduktivitas, loyalitas, kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja yang baik dari setiappegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif,bertujuan untuk mengetahui program pengembangan staf administrasi, pelaksanaanprogram pengembangan staf administrasi, dan tindak lanjut hasil pengembangan stafadministrasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dandokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah Kepala, Kasubbag Tatausaha dan stafadministrasi pada Balai Bahasa Banda Aceh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan programpengembangan staf administrasi berupa pemberian izin melanjutkan pendidikan kejenjang yang lebih tinggi kepada semua staf administrasi, mengikut sertakan stafadministrasi untuk mengikuti pendidikan dan pelatihan, meningkatkan kinerja efektifdan efesien serta pelaksanaan seminar dan lokakarya tentang pengembangan stafadministrasi. Dalam pelaksanaan program pengembangan staf dengan izin belajar,tidak ada bimbingan ataupun arahan dari pimpinan sebelum melanjutkan pendidikan,tindak lanjut hasil pengembangan, para staf masih menduduki tempat semula tidakada promosi atau jabatan tertentu setelah selesai mengikuti program pengembangan.Kegiatan pengembangan sumber daya manusia kepada staf administrasi yangdilakukan kepala Balai Bahasa Banda Aceh sudah menuju kearah yang lebih baik,walaupun masih ada kekurangan dalam pelaksanaannya, maka kedepan perlu selaludilakukan perbaikan secara terus-menerus menuju kesempurnaan agar nantinya tujuanorganisasi dapat tercapai. Kata Kunci : Pengembangan Staf dan Transformasi.ABSTRACTSubhan Development is an effort increasing technical, theoretical, conceptual technigue and staffs morality approppriate with the working need or positions through aneducacition and training. Development is a conscious, continous and serious effort inirepairing the weaknesses by searching the provision of knowledge, skills, andexperience so that inthe future the staffs are able to do a certain task in better waythan in previous time, in present and future for the personal, organisational nation andcountry improvement. The implementation of the development program can be saidto successsful if there is transpormasi at the participants, by formaing two things: a) arise of skill in doing the taks, b) behavior change reflected in behaviour, discipline,and work ethic. Final objective of development is to increase better productivity,loyalty, working satisfation and working motivation at of the staffs. This reserch useda qualitative approach with a descriptive method, which aimed to find out thedevelopment program of administrative staff, the implementation of administrativestaff development program, and further actions of administrative staff developmentresult. Data collection tehnigue was carried out through observation, interview, anddocumentation. The reserch subjects were the head of office, the head of subsectionadministration and administrative staff at the Language Center of Banda Aceh. Theresearch results showed that program of administrative staff development wasconducted through giving a permission for all administrative staff in continuingeducation at the higher level, asking the administrative staffs for participating ineducation and training, increasing the effective and efficient performance and seminarand workshop implementation about the development of administrative staff. In theimplementation of the staff development program through a program of permission tostudy, there was no a supervision or guidance from the leader before continuingeducation, further actions of the development result, the staffs were still placed atsimilar positions without certain promotion or position after participating thedevelopment program. The activity of human resource development counducted bythe head of the Language Center of Banda Aceh to the administrative staffs has beenheaded to the better direction although there are still weaknesses in its implementation, threfore, in the future, the program needs to be always conductedcontinously for its completeness so that the organisation?s objective can be achieved. The development of food industry in Indonesia has increased the demand and domestic consumption of pectin. Cocoa skin is potentially used to produce pectin as the raw material of industry. This study aimed to determine the effect of treatments on raw material, the medium and pH extraction to the characteristics of the pectin produced from cocoa skin, and to analyse the economic feasibility of pectin production from cocoa skin. Production was started with pectin extraction using citric acid solvent  to some variables : 1) type of raw material (fresh and dried), 2) extraction time (60 and 90 minutes), and 3) pH of the extraction (2.5 and 3.5), then was continued by clotting with 95% ethanol, washing and drying of pectin. Economic analysis was done through analysis of break-even point (BEP) and the return cost ratio (RCR) to determine the level of benefits and feasibility of cocoa skin utilization. The results showed that the research treatments produced 5.6% - 6.7% pectin from initial weight of cocoa skin used, and the moisture content was 8.7% - 9.58%. Total revenue of the business is IDR 1.340.000/ month with a total production cost of IDR 1.000.300/ month.
