The objective of study to find out of compressive strength value of composite ceramic based on clay-iron sand-rice husk ash by variation of rice husk ash grain size, and find out of the porosity effect concerning compressive strength composite ceramic clay- iron sand-rice husk ash. The sample was made about 50 mm x 50 mm x 50 mm, with the composition of clay, sand iron, rice husk ash are (75%:25%:5%) and the compressive strength was done by ASTM C-67 standard. From this research was known that the lowest porosity value was showed by ceramic sample which using rice husk ash 70 mesh grain size as 37,47 %, while the biggest porosity was showed by ceramic sample which using rice husk ash 100 mesh grain size as 45,2 %. The highest compressive strength was showed by ceramic composite sample clay-iron sand-rice husk ash which using 70 mesh grain size as 11,85 MPa, while the lowest compressive strength was showed by 140 mesh grain size as 6,02 MPa. The dissent of compressive strength was resulted when rice husk ash milling, then it was increased concentration of SiO2 in the sample, so the compressive strength was decreased. Dari populasi 305 perusahaan non keuangan yang terdaftar di BEI, diambil 180 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria sampel dengan jumlah observasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 540 perusahaan selama 3 tahun yaitu tahun 2010, 2011, dan 2012. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan non keuangan yang telah diaudit dan terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2010-2012. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hipotesis. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Stasiun Penelitian Pertanian (University Farm) Substasiun Hortikultura Organik Darussalam Banda Aceh, berlangsung dari bulan April sampai dengan Juni 2013.Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pada faktorial 3 x 4 dengan 3 ulangan. Ada 2 faktor yang diteliti yaitu: factor umur bibit yang terdiri atas 3 taraf yaitu: 15hari setelah semai (HSS), 22 hari setelah semai (HSS) dan 29 hari setelah semai (HSS), serta faktor dosis pupuk Petroganik yang terdiri atas 4 taraf yaitu: tanpa pupuk Petroganik, 2 ton ha-1, 4 ton ha-1dan 6 ton ha-1. Bahan yang digunakan adalah benih kubis bunga varietas White shot, tanah yang digunakan untuk persemaian sebanyak 4 kg dan tanah yang digunakan untuk media tanam sebanyak 72 media sebanyak10 kg/tanaman dengan total 720 kg, pupuk Petroganik, pupuk NPK, polybag, karung goni, dan pestisida. Alat yang digunakan adalah jangka sorong, timbangan analitik, timbangan duduk, ayakan, gembor dan alat tulis. Pengamatan dilakukan terhada pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kubis bunga, yang terdiri dari tinggi tanaman umur 10, 20 dan 30 HST, Diameter pangkal batang umur 10, 20 dan 30 HST, jumlah daun umur 10, 20 dan 30 HST, diameter bunga dan berat bunga.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan umur bibit berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap diameter pangkal batang umur 10 HST, jumlah daun umur 10 dan 30 HST serta berpengaruh nyata terhadap berat bunga tanaman kubis bunga, serta berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 10, 20 dan 30 HST, diameter pangkal batang umur 20 dan 30 HSTserta diameter bunga tanaman kubis bunga. Pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kubis bunga cenderung lebih baik dijumpai pada perlakuan umur bibit 29 HSS. Dosis pupuk Petroganik berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun umur 10 HST namun tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 10, 20 dan 30 HST, diameter pangkal batang umur 10, 20 dan 30 HST, jumlah daun umur 20 dan 30 HST, diameter bunga serta berat bunga tanaman kubis bunga. Pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kubis bunga cenderung dijumpai pada perlakuan dosis pupuk 4 ton/ha. Terdapat interaksi yang sangat nyata antara umur bibit dengan dosis pupuk terhadap jumlah daun umur 10 dan 30 HST. Pertumbuhan vegetatif terbaik antara umur bibit dengan dosis pupuk Petroganik didapatkan pada umur bibit 29 HSS dengan dosis pupuk 4 ton/ha. One limited information concerning the cacao cultivation technique is seedling ages and urea dosages when transplanting. The purposes of this research were to find out the effect of seedling ages, urea dosages, and interaction between them on cacao seedling growth at nursery. Research was conducted at Experimental Station of Agriculture Faculty, University of Syiah Kuala. Units of treatment were arranged according to Factorial Randomized Complete Block Design with 4 replicates, followed by Honestly Significant Different Test at the level of 5%. Seeds were extracted from 1/3 of cacao mature fruits at the center of the pod and germinated in germination box filled with sand and covered by wet towel. Growing medium used was top soil:manure:sand=2:1:1 (by volume). Variables observed were seedling height, stem diameter, leaf number and area, primary root length, and wet and dry mass of seedling at 45, 60 75 and 90 days after transplanting. Results showed that there were significant  interactions between treatments on all variables observed. The best combination was age of 10 days of seedling and dosage of 2 g urea per polybag.
