Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource Eni Gustina Description An account of the resource Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh ekstrak kulit manggis (Garcinia mangostana L.) pada beberapa tingkatan dosis terhadap perubahan histopatologi aorta tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) strain Wistar yang diberi pakan hiperkolestrolemik. Penelitian ini menggunakan 15 ekor tikus jantan dengan berat badan 210 gram yang secara klinis sehat. Tikus dibagi atas 5 kelompok perlakuan dengan 3 kali ulangan. Kontrol negatif (KN) adalah kelompok yang diberikan pakan standar. Kontrol positif (KP) adalah kelompok yang diberikan pakan hiperkolesterolemik. Kelompok perlakuan K1, K2, K3 yaitu kelompok tikus yang diberi pakan hiperkolesterolemik dan ekstrak kulit manggis dosis 200 mg, 400 mg, dan 600 mg/kgBB selama 60 hari. Setelah perlakuan berakhir tikus dinekropsi, organ aorta diambil untuk dibuat preparat histologi, dan diwarnai dengan metode haematoksilin eosin. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan pada KN gambaran histologis aorta normal, pada KP terbentuknya plak aterosklerosis tahap awal, pada K1 dan K2 masih terdapat plak ateroskerosis dan mulai terjadi perbaikan gambaran histologis, pada K3 terjadi perbaikan struktur mikroskopis aorta. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa, ekstrak kulit manggis dapat memperbaiki gambaran plak aterosklerosis tahap awal. Pemberian ekstrak kulit manggis dengan dosis 600 mg/kgBB memiliki efektivitas yang lebih baik dari pada dosis 200 dan 400 mg/kgBB. Berdasarkan hasil Riset Kesehatan Dasar (RISKESDAS) tahun 2013, penyakit paru-paru yang menular seperti ISPA dan TB paru menempati urutan pertama dan kedua sebagai penyakit menular di Indonesia sedangkan untuk penyakit paru yang tidak menular seperti PPOK dan Asma bronkial juga menempati urutan pertama dan kedua sebagai penyakit tidak menular. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui gambaran penyakit Paru di Poli Paru BLUD RSUDZA Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah motode deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional survey. Penelitian ini dilakukan di poli Paru RSUDZA dengan mengambil data sekunder dari rekam medik pada tanggal 1 maret-14 maret 2015. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah jumlah penyakit yang paling banyak di poli paru adalah PPOK sebanyak 139 pasien (43.30%), Asma Bronkial 88 pasien (27.41%), Bronkitis 59 pasien (18.38%), Pneumonia 18 pasien (5.6%) dan TB Paru 17 pasien (5.29%). Berdasarkan Usia pasien yang paling banyak adalah Dewasa 126 pasien (39.25%). berdasarkan umur didapatkan bahwa pasien yang paling banyak datang ke poli paru adalah pasien dewasa sebanyak 126 pasien (39.25%). Berdasarkan jenis kelamin didapatkan bahwa pasien yang datang ke poli paru adalah laki-laki sebanyak 190 pasien (59.19%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Distribusi pasien yang datang ke poli paru berdasarkan diagnosa dan dikaitkan dengan umur, jenis kelamin dan pekerjaan adalah pasien dengan diagnose PPOK yang berusia Dewasa, berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan bekerja secara swasta. Based on the results of the Basic Health Research (RISKESDAS) in 2013, a lung disease such as respiratory and infectious pulmonary TB ranks first and second as infectious diseases in Indonesia, while for non-infectious lung diseases such as COPD and bronchial asthma also ranks first and second as the disease is not contagious. The purpose of this study was to determine the picture in Poly Lung Lung disease BLUD RSUDZA Banda Aceh. The method used is descriptive method possible with cross sectional survey. This research was conducted in poly Lung RSUDZA by taking secondary data from medical records on 1 March-14 March 2015. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan pasien patah tulang di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel yang diambil adalah pasien patah tulang yang datang berobat InstalasiGawat Darurat RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh, Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling dan didapatkan sampel sebanyak 41 orang. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah univariat. Hasil uji didapatkan tingkat pengetahuan pada responden yang berobat di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh adalah yang berprofesi sebagai pedagang sebanyak 22 orang (61,%), yang berprofesi sebagai petani sebanyak 9 orang (22%), dan yang berprofesi sebagai pegawai negri sipil sebanyak 7 orang (17%). Kelompok usia yang didapatkan pada pasien sebagian besar adalah kelompok usia dewasa awal (18-40 tahun) sebanyak 26 orang(63,4%). Bagi pasien patah tulang agar dapat memperoleh informasi tentang pentingnya pengetahuan atau pemahaman dan dapat meminimalisir terjadinya komplikasi lebih lanjut yang berkaitan dengan patah tulang agar dapat mempercepat proses penyembuhan. Sebagai gambaran suatu analisis butir soal penulis melaksanakan penelitian di SMPN 1 Banda Aceh tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas tes dari soal ujian semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 siswa kelas IX SMPN 1 Banda Aceh. Subjek penelitian meliputi adalah lembar jawaban siswa dan lembar soal ujian. Sedangkan sampelnya diambil secara acak yaitu berjumlah 28 lembar jawaban siswa. Metode yang digunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik dokumentasi dan pengolahan data dengan cara menganalisis hasil jawaban siswa untuk menentukan kualitas tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan tingkat validitas butir soal tergolong rendah di mana terdapat 13,33% (4 butir soal) yang tergolong kategori sangat rendah, 36,67% (11 butir soal) yang tergolong kategori rendah, dan terdapat sebanyak 26.67% (8 butir soal) yang tidak valid. Selain itu, soal tersebut juga belum memiliki reliabilitas yang tinggi di mana r_11=0,61. Untuk tingkat kesukaran tergolong mudah di mana terdapat 56,67% (17 butir soal). Sedangkan untuk daya beda tergolong jelek di mana terdapat 60% (18 butir soal) dan 6,67% (2 butir soal) yang tergolong kategori sangat jelek (daya beda negatif). Kemudian untuk pengecoh tidak berfungsi dengan baik di mana hanya terdapat 16,67% (5 butir soal) yang semua fungsi pengecoh berfungsi. Ditinjau dari segi validitas isinya, soal ujian semester ganjil sudah valid karena adanya kesesuaian antara isi soal dengan kurikulum. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas tes ujian semester ganjil buatan guru matematika di SMPN 1 Banda Aceh Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014 masih kurang baik.
