Dengan mengangkat masalah bagaimana perkembangan Pabrik Gula Cot Girek pada tahun 1970-1986 dan bagaimana kehidupan sosial ekonomi buruh Pabrik Gula Cot Girek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan Pabrik Gula Cot Girek dan kehidupan sosial ekonomi buruh pabrik Gula Cot Girek. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode sejarah kritis (Historis). Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber penelitian ini diperoleh dari arsip Pabrik Gula Cot Girek serta hasil wawancara dengan para buruh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwan peerkembangan Pabrik Gula Cot Girek mengalami perkembangan pada tahun 1973 dengan penanaman tebu seluas 600 ha, namun pada tahun 1975 mengalami peningkatan lebih tingga mencapai 906,6 ha. Namun pada tahun 1976 Pabrik Gula Cot Girek mendatangkan transmigrasi dari Jawa dengan mengeluarkan dana sebesar 1 Miliar dengan kedatangan transmigrasi dari Jawa sangat mempengaruhi kerugian yang sangat besar bagi perusahaan tersebut sehingga Pabrik Gula Cot Girek mengalami hutang yang sangat besar sehingga pabrik tersebut bangkrut. Buruh yang berkerja di Pabrik Gula Cot Girek mereka mendapatkan upah hanya 1.200/hari jika dalam perbulan mereka mendapatkan 37.200. Namun setiap tahunnya mereka mengalami peningkatan upah sebesar 1000,namun pada tahun 1980 para buruh tidak mendapatkan upah lagi. Dengan upah yang mereka dapat parah buruh mampu membeli barang sekunder seperti Radio, Tape Recorder, Jam tanggan dan Lampu petromeak. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada Maret-April 2014 di empat Tempat Pendaratan Ikan (TPI), yaitu TPI padang Seurahet, TPI LabuhanHaji, TPI Idi Rayeuk dan PPS Lampulo. Sebanyak 1cm2jaringan sirip dikumpulkandari individu hiu kemudian diawetkan dengan 96% etanol, dilanjutkan proses ekstraksi kemudian diikuti proses amplifikasi dan sequensing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 7 spesies hiu berhasil diamplifikasi dari 67 sampel yang dikoleksi dengan lokus Cytochrome Oxidase Subunit I (COI) dan panjang DNA 600-654 bp. 7 spesies hiu tersebut terdiri dari: Carcharinus sorrah, Carcharinus albimarginatus, Carcharinus amblyrinchos, Carcharinus falciformis, Triaenodon obesus, Sphyrna lewini dan Centrophorus granulosus. Analisis maximum likelihoodmenunjukkan 67 sampel tersebut membentuk pohon filogenetik yang membagi 8 kelompok percabangan termasuk outgroup. Metode Oceans dikenal dengan cara yaitu membenamkan gas CO2 kedalam permukaan laut. Metode biosphere yaitu dikenal dengan metode menggunakan alam dan tumbuhan, yakni dengan memperbanyak pepohonan di lingkungan tempat tinggal sehingga akan terciptanya kualitas udara di lingkungan sekitar menjadi meningkat. Dengan metode tersebut dibuat rancangan alat penelitian yaitu ruang 1 dan ruang 2 dengan dimensi 50 cm x 50 cm x 100 cm dengan terisolasi. Pada ruang 1 diisi dengan emisi gas kendaraan selama 60 menit dan selanjutnya diukur dengan alat ukur gas analizer guna untuk mengetahui komposisi emisi gas buang kendaraan. Emisi gas kendaraan dari ruang 1 dialirkan ke ruang 2 dengan menggunakan 1 unit blower melalui 3 buah selang flexible. Di ruang 2 emisi gas kendaraan bereaksi dengan karbon aktif dan pohon yang berfungsi menyerap gas CO2 dari emisi gas kendaraan, kemudian selama 60 menit sekali selama 5 jam data diambil dan di observasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan ,penyerapan emisi gas CO2 dengan metode dan teknologi biosphere sangat berpengaruh secara signifikan yang dibuktikan dari grafik penyerapan emisi gas CO2 dan pelepasan O2 ke lingkungan. Variasi pohon-pohon sangat berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan penyerapan emisi gas CO2 dan pelepasan O2 ke lingkungan, Efek penambahan zat aditif karbon aktif juga sangat berpengaruh terhadap penambahan proses penyerapan emisi gas CO2 dan pelepasan O2 ke lingkungan dengan total penyerapan CO2 sebesar 60% dan pelepasan O2 sebesar 5,8%. Pohon yang mampu menyerap emisi gas CO2 terbanyak dalam kurun waktu yang cepat dan melepaskan O2 terbanyak yaitu pohon Trambesi dengan total penyerapan sebesar 80% CO2 dan pelepasan O2 sebesar 7,2% dengan waktu 300 menit dengan daya serap 3,33 ppm. m2/ menit. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan gaya komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja. Variabel gaya kepemimpinan, gaya komunikasi, dan kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap loyalitas pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Aceh. Secara parsial hanya gaya komunikasi dan kepuasan kerja yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pegawai, sedangkan gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pegawai. Berdasarkan analisis jalur, gaya kepemimpinan dapat mempengaruhi loyalitas pegawai secara tidak langsung melalui peran atau dukungan kepuasan kerja. Demikian juga variabel gaya komunikasi dapat mempengaruhi loyalitas pegawai secara tidak langsung melalui peran kepuasan kerja. Ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pegawai dapat dilakukan dengan peningkatan gaya kepemimpinan dan gaya komunikasi secara bersama maupun melalui kepuasan kerja.
