The results showed that the supplementation of Heit-CHrose to the diet of dairy cows gave significant effect (P <0.01) on blood glucose and recovery of body weight, but had no effect (P> 0.05) on hemoglobin, blood urea nitrogen (BUN), total protein and blood cholesterol and metabolic enzyme (alkali phospatase). The role of peat on degraded land becomes extremely important and valuable, for being the last carbon stocks because of the loss of vegetation due to deforestation and forest fires. This research was conducted in peatlands that have been used for oil palm agro-ecosystem, Ogan Komering Ilir District,  South Sumatra. The purpose of the study was to estimate carbon stocks in peatlands. The results showed that the peat depth ranged from 200 to 850 cm, the bulk density between 0.211 to 0.347 g cm-3 and the organic C content of approximately 56.30 -58.31%. The prediction of carbon stock ranged from 1.675,361 ton C ha-1 to 9.055,922 ton C ha-1. PJB disebabkan oleh faktor genetik dan faktor lingkungan yang mempengaruhinya, yaitu usia ibu hamil, hubungan kekerabatan, ibu dengan infeksi rubella dan cytomegalovirus, ibu dengan diabetes, ibu yang mengkonsumsi obat-obatan seperti antihipertensi dan antikonvulsan serta ibu yang mengkonsumsi alkohol dan merokok. Kelainan kongenital terlihat lebih banyak terjadi pada bayi yang lahir dari ibu muda (< 20 tahun) dan terjadi peningkatan risiko pada bayi yang lahir dari ibu dengan usia yang lebih tua (> 35 tahun). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara usia ibu dan faktor lingkungan saat hamil dengan kejadian PJB di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin (RSUDZA) Banda Aceh Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional yang dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2012- Desember 2012. Sampel diambil dengan consecutive sampling dengan responden sebanyak 45 orang. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah usia dan faktor lingkungan. Berdasarkan uji analisis Fisher Exact test, (p= 0,174) tidak terdapat hubungan antara usia ibu saat hamil dengan kejadian PJB di Rumah Sakit Umum dr.Zainoel Abidin, Banda Aceh. Selanjutnya,didapatkan p= 0.674 pada uji Fisher Exact test, ini menyatakan bahwa pada tingkat kemaknaan 95% dengan ?=0,05, tidak ada hubungan antara faktor lingkungan dengan kejadian PJB di RSUDZA. Institutional ownership has no significant effect of CSR disclosure. The audit committee had no significant impact of CSR disclosure. The size of the board of commissioners have a significant effect on the disclosure of CSR with a significance level of 0,000. The composition of the board of commissioners have a significant effect on the disclosure of CSR with a significance level of 0.044. Test results with the same independent variables showed a significant effect partially because not all significant variables, only variables and managerial ownership, the audit committee, board size and composition of the board of commissioners who have a significant effect on the disclosure of CSR, while institutional ownership has no effect on the level of CSR disclosure significance 0.252. Sapi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dua puluh ekor sapi perah peranakan Friesian Holstein, berumur 3-8 tahun sudah pernah beranak minimal satu kali, mempunyai siklus reproduksi normal, dan kondisi tubuh sehat.
