Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui informasi sebaran dan luasan hutan mangrove di Kecamatan Leupung, Kabupaten Aceh Besar dengan menggunakan data citra Landsat 8. Teknik penginderaan jauh yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi mangrove pada penelitian ini menggunakan komposit citra pada RGB 564. Pemisahan objek mangrove dan objek selain mangrove menggunakan metode klasifikasi tak terbimbing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebaran hutan mangrove di Kecamatan Leupung, Aceh Besar terdapat di 6 Gampong, yaitu di Gampong Deah Mamplam, Gampong Meunasah Masjid, Gampong Meunasah Bak U, Gampong Lamseunia, Gampong Pulot dan Gampong Layeun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan Syiah Kuala Stroke Scale dengan Siriraj Stroke Score dalam penentuan diagnosis stroke. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian uji diagnostik dengan rancangan potong lintang. Responden adalah 49 penderita stroke yang dirawat di Ruang Rawat Saraf RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh yang diperiksa menggunakan CT-Scan kepala, Syiah Kuala Stroke Scale, dan Siriraj Stroke Score. Analisa validitas (sensitivitas, spesifisitas, nilai duga positif, dan nilai duga negatif) dan perbandingan menggunakan Kappa Statistik. Hasilnya Syiah Kuala Stroke Scale memiliki nilai sensitivitas 0,758 (75,8%), spesifisitas 0,875 (87,5%), nilai duga positif 0,956 (95,6%) dan nilai duga negatif 0,5 (50%) sedangkan Siriraj Stroke Score memiliki nilai sensitivitas 1 (100%), spesifisitas 0,4 (40%), nilai duga positif 0,842 (84,2%), dan nilai duga negatif 1 (100%). Kekuatan kesepakatan Kappa antara Syiah Kuala Stroke Scale dengan Siriraj Stroke Score adalah baik (k=0,672). Brain CT-Scan is a gold standart of stroke diagnosis. This study aimed to compare Syiah Kuala Stroke Scale with Siriraj Stroke Score in order to differentiating diagnosis of stroke. This was a diagnostic study with cross sectional method. 49 stroke patient in the Neurology ward Zainoel Abidin General Hospital Banda Aceh as respondents were evaluated with brain CT-Scan, Syiah Kuala Stroke Scale and Siriraj Stroke Score. Validity (sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value) and comparability (Kappa Statistic) of Syiah Kuala Stroke Scale and Siriraj Stroke Score were tested. The result showed sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value for Syiah Kuala Stroke Scale were 0,758 (75,8%); 0,875 (87,5%); 0,956 (95,6%); 0,5 (50%) and 1 (100%); 0,4 (40%); 0,842 (84,2%), 1 (100%) for Siriraj Stroke Score. Using the Kappa Statistic, the overall comparability between Syiah Kuala Stroke Scale and Siriraj Stroke Score was good (k=0,672). Penelitian dalam bentuk demo plot dengan rancangan acak lengkap terdiri atas 2 sistem peternakan yakni Sistem Tiga Strata (STS) dan Sistem Tradisional (NTS) dengan 5 ulangan. Sistem Tiga Strata adalah tata cara penanaman dan pemangkasan rumput dan legum (sebagai stratum 1), semak (sebagai stratum 2), dan pohon (sebagai stratum 3), sehingga pakan hijauan tersedia sepanjang tahun untuk sapi yang selalu dikandangkan. Sistem tradisional (NTS) adalah pengembalaan sapi waktu siang hari dan pengandangan waktu malam hari dengan pemberian pakan hijauan yang dipotong dari tegalan. Estrus pascapartus dan interval beranak pada sapi STS lebih pendek dibandingkan NTS. The result showed that heating caused a decrease of DPPH scavenging activity of lauric acid but did not affected on ABTS scavenging activity of both lauric acid and virgin coconut oil. However, ABTS scavenging activity of p-hydroxycinnamic acid and the paste extract in both lauric acid and virgin coconut oil systems increased after thermal processing. In the system of lauric acid, peroxide value (PV) of almost mixtures was increased (p<0.05) by heating. Thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) of the mixtures were not significantly different (p<0.05) after thermal processing while p-anisidine value (AV) of only lauric acid-gallic was enhanced after heating. The results showed that PV of virgin coconut oil added with all tested antioxidant was not changed after heating. TBARS of virgin coconut oil added with antioxidant samples seemed to slightly increase after heating.
