Metode penelitian menggunakan cara pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggambarkan secara nyata pada saat penelitian dan menginterpretasikan objek sesuai dengan apa adanya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IS SMA Negeri 1 Banda Aceh dengan sampel penelitian yaitu sebanyak 31 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penelitian pustaka, penelitian dokumentasi, dan penelitian lapangan. Teknik pengolahan data dengan menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment dari Pearson. Nilai rata-rata gaya belajar yang diperoleh antara lain gaya belajar visual yaitu 1,09, rata-rata gaya belajar auditorial adalah 1,11 dan gaya belajar kinestetika adalah 1,05. Dan jumlah rata-rata keseluruhan gaya belajar siswa kelas XI IS SMAN 1 Banda Aceh adalah 3,25 dapat dikategorikan sedang sesuai dengan tabel kategori nilai rata-rata variabel dan aspeknya. Sedangkan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa yang diperoleh dari ujian semester pada mata pelajaran akuntansi adalah 90,16 termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian korelasi rxy = 0.98 yang menunjukkan bahwa derajat hubungan antara variabel bebas (gaya belajar siswa) dengan variabel terikat (hasil belajar Akuntansi) sebesar r2 = 96%. Artinya hasil siswa sangat erat hubungannya dengan gaya belajar siswa. Hubungan antara variabel terikat dengan variabel bebas dapat dijelaskan bahwa indikator yang diteliti mempunyai hubungan yang kuat. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara gaya belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Akuntansi kelas XI IS SMA Negeri 1 Banda Aceh dapat diterima karena diperoleh t hitung sebesar 26,38 sedangkan t tabel sebesar (dk=31-2=29) 2,04 dengan taraf signifikan 5% maka dapat diketahui t hitung lebih besar dari pada t tabel. Hal tersebut dapatdisebabkan karena kompetensi dan komunikasi interpersonal perawat masih rendah. Tujuanpenelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan kompetensi dan komunikasi interpersonal dengan kinerjaperawat di RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Kota Medan. Jenis penelitian adalah survei dengan desain penelitiancross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inapRSUD Dr. Pirngadi Kota Medan yang berjumlah 370 orang, dan dijadikan sampel sebanyak 79orang. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui wawancara langsung dengan menggunakan kuesioner.Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa padaumumnya (54,4%) perawat memiliki kompetensi baik, komunikasi interpersonal perawat tidak baik(53,2%), dan kinerja perawat adalah baik (58,2%). Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik chi-square,diperoleh bahwa kompetensi perawat (p-value=0.023) dan komunikasi interpersonal (pvalue=0.003) memiliki hubungan secara signifikan dengan kinerja perawat di RSUD Dr. PirngadiKota Medan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik hubungan kompetensi dankomunikasi interpersonal perawat maka kinerja perawat di RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Kota Medan jugasemakin baik. Disarankan bagi manajemen RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Kota Medan agar mengembangkankompetensi perawat melalui pelatihan-pelatihan. Many techniques for determining the level of rabies antibodies have been described, and all of the methods used rabies viruses as antigen. Indeed attenuated viruses can revert to a more virulent form, and inactivated virus may produce serious side effects. Anti-idiotype Ab can induce protective immune response against rabies virus, its means that anti-idiotype Ab can be used as surrogate antigen in serological test.The aim of this study is to prepare the anti-idiotype antibody (anti-idiotype Ab) as diagnostic kit in rabies serological test. Polyclonal anti-idiotype Ab were prepared in laying chickens and purified using affinity chromatography column for IgY. Rabbit anti dog immunoglobuline were prepared used New Zeeland White strain, and dog anti rabies serum were prepared from rabies immunized dog. For the preparation of the kit, it takes a few stages, i.e. the making of stocks A, stocks B and prototype diagnostic kit. Stocks A is a mixture of S. aureus Cowan I intact in solution of Tris Buffer HCl with rabbit anti dog serum in various comparisons (v/v). Stocks B is a mixture of rabies anti-idiotype Ab with rabies antibody (IgG anti rabies) are harvested from dog.Comparison of the obtained between whole S. aureus Cowan I and rabbit serum anti dog is 4~6:2~4. Optimization of stocks A and B based on the principle as follows: a merger of stocks A and B must not cause coagglutination. Formulation of aqueous stocks A and B will be a candidate when the diagnostic kits on the positive control produces coagglutination and negative controls do not produce coagglutination. However, such vaccines are not without problems and can have detrimental effects. Indeed attenuated vaccines can revert to a more virulent form, and inactivated vaccines may produce serious side effects. These facts, have led to the creation of a new generation of vaccines: recombinant-DNA vaccines, synthetic peptide vaccines, and anti-idiotypic vaccines. The aim of this study is to study the result of anti-idiotypic immunization methods in dogs detected by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-idiotype antibodies against rabies (Ab2) were isolated from chicken blood, separated by means of ammonium sulfate precipitation, then dialyzed using PBS pH 8.0 for 24 hours at 2 – 8 oC and purified using affinity chromatography column. Three groups of dogs were immunized, group I was immunized intramuscularly (i.m) with purified IgY, group II was immunizded oraly (p.o) with purified IgY and group III was immunized intramuscularly (i.m) with rabies viral vaccines.  The antibody response (Ab3) was detected using Agar Gel Precipitation Test (AGPT). The efficacy of Ab3 was detected using ELISA. By ELISA, the result of immunization indicated that the level of Ab3 titers of anti-idiotypic vaccine immunized dogs intramuscularly are more than 0.5 IU/ml (protective according to WHO standard), and significantly higher than oraly immunization, but it significantly lower than Ab3 titers of rabies viral vaccine immunized dogs.
