Metode analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji statistik yaitu secara parsial (uji-t) dan secara simultan (uji F) dengan tingkat signifikansi(?) sebesar 5%. Diet penurunan berat badanseharusnya dilakukan dengan cara yang sehat dengan tetap memperhatikan asupangizi yang seimbang, terutama bagi remaja yang masih dalam masa pertumbuhan danperkembangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan persepsi negatif diri,peer group, dan media massa terhadap perilaku diet penurunan berat badan padaremaja putri di SMA Kota Banda Aceh. Metode yang digunakan adalah analitikobservasional dengan desain cross sectional study. Penelitian dilakukan dari bulanAgustus hingga September 2013. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswi SMAKota Banda Aceh. Sampel berjumlah 360 orang, diambil secara multistagepropotional random sampling dengan memenuhi syarat inklusi. Analisis datamenggunakan uji chi-square dan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanterdapat 126 siswi (35%) yang melakukan diet penurunan berat badan dan 234 siswi(65%) yang tidak melakukan diet penurunan berat badan. Analisis data dengan ujichi-square menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05) pada variabel persepsinegatif diri, peer group 0,000 (p < 0,05) dan media massa 0,004 (p < 0,05).Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa persepsi negatif diri, peer group,dan media massa berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perilaku diet penurunanberat badan pada remaja putri di SMA Kota Banda Aceh. Sedangkan berdasarkananalisis multivariat dengan regresi logistik, variabel yang paling berpengaruh adalahpersepsi negatif diri. The data were gathered by conducting field survey, that is, by distributing questionnaires. The samples were taken by using purposive sampling technique. The data were primary data, obtained from giving 40 questionnaires to 20 public accountant offices in Medan. There were 34 obtained questionnaires which were processed. The data were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis with an SPSS 19 software program. The result of the research showed that, simultaneously (F test), the three independent variables (perception on profession, ethical awareness, and auditor’s independency) had significant influence on the commitment of public accountant’s profession. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor pusat Pemerintahan Kabupaten Bireuen, Cot Gapu, Bireuen. Objek penelitian berkaitan dengan personality, budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, OCB, serta kinerja pegawai di Setdakab Bireuen dan yang menjadi sampel penelitian sebanyak 121 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel personality, budaya organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap OCB maupun terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara parsial personality, budaya organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial juga menunjukkan adanya pengaruh budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, tetapi personality tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini juga menjelaskan bahwa OCB memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan mengunakan analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh hasil koefisien R2 pada variabel OCB sebesar 56,6% yang berarti perubahan OCB pegawai di Setdakab Bireuen disebabkan oleh perubahan personality, budaya organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi. Sedangkan sisanya 43,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diikutsertakan dalam penelitian ini. Dan hasil koefisien R2 pada variabel kinerja pegawai sebesar 31,5% yang berarti perubahan kinerja pegawai pada Setdakab Bireuen disebabkan oleh perubahan personality, budaya organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi.
