Faktor motivasi yang bersikap positif terhadap situasi kerjanya akan menunjukkan motivasi kerja tinggi dan sebaliknya motivasi yang bersifat negatif akan menunjukkan motivasi kerja rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui motivasi perawat pelaksana ditinjau dari teori x dan teori y di ruang rawat inap BLUD RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh tahun 2013. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif eksploratif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 155 perawat, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 67 perawat. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan memberikan kuesioner tentang motivasi sebanyak 22 item pernyataan dalam bentuk skala likert. Metode analisis data yaitu dengan menggunakan analisa univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi perawat pelaksana ditinjau dari teori x berada pada kategori tinggi yaitu sebanyak 13 responden (19,4%), motivasi perawat pelaksana ditinjau dari teori y berada pada kategori tinggi yaitu sebanyak 51 responden (76,1%), dan motivasi perawat pelaksana ditinjau dari teori x dan y di ruang rawat inap BLUD RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh tahun 2013 adalah teori y sebanyak 51 responden (76,1%). Primary and secondary data were used for this stud. Forty- five respondents from each category; producer-marketers and sole markers were selected both purposively and randomly from the population across the major markets and production areas in Umuahia North and Umuahia South Local Government Areas of the state. The result of the study showed that the business was profitable though with high marketing margin .In terms of economic efficiency, the marketing was efficient. The significant variables influencing the income of the producer-marketers were marketing experience, purchase cost, feed cost, and other variables such as electricity, depreciation and rent. For the sole marketers, the significant variables influencing their income were marketing experience, ages, experience, feed cost and level of formal education. It is recommended that Government should put into consideration the significant variables in policy formulations and provide conducive environment for the private sector to invest in this business in order to address the meat demand of the citizenry. The oysters (Ostreidae) isone of economically important bivalves for urban community in Kuala Gigieng, Aceh Besar District. Presently, the quality and quantity of oyster is decreased over the years by intensive exploitation and water pollution. Therefore, theobjective of the present study was to analyze population structure and habitat condition of oystersin estuary area of Kuala Gigieng, Aceh Besar District, Aceh Province. The sampling was conducted at three locations during August to September 2013. The sampling locations were determined based on anthropogenic activities. A total of two genus of oysters were recorded during the study i.e Crossastrea with four species (C. gigas, C. iridescens, C. angulata, C. virginica) and and Ostrea edulis with one species (O. edulis). The highest density (>39 ind m-2)of oysters were found at undisturbed and less pressure environment. The distribution pattern of Ostreidae in the Kuala Gigieng water was clustered where frequency of occurrence wasin small class size of 24 mm to 37.20 mm with optimum harvested of 32.27 mm. The growth of the oysters was relatively slow as shown by the maximum length (Lmaks) that can only reach 37.91-72.81 mm within 0 to 3.42 years. Generally, oysters population structure and habitat conditions in Kuala Gigieng Water was declined over the yeras. Tiram daging (Ostreidae) merupakan salah satu kerang yang memiliki  nilai ekonomi penting bagi masyarakat Kuala Gigieng. Namun, kualitas dan kuantitas tiram menurun akibat eksploitasi dan pencemaran perairan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis struktur populasi dan kondisi habitat tiram di perairan estuaria Kuala Gigieng Kabupaten Aceh Besar, Provinsi Aceh. Sampling dilakukan pada tiga lokasi selama bulan Agustus hingga September 2013.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua genus tiram di perairan Kuala Gigieng yaitu Crassostrea dan Ostrea dengan total 5 spesies (C. gigas, C. iridescens, C. angulata, C. virginica and O. edulis). Kepadatan tertinggi berada pada lokasi yang tekanan penangkapan dan lingkungannya yang rendah. Pola penyebaran tiram daging di Kuala Gigieng cenderung mengelompok. Frekuensi ukuran selang kelas tiram terbanyak yang ditemukan yaitu 24-37,20 mm dengan ukuran layak tangkap yaitu 32,27 mm. Pertumbuhan tiram daging di Kuala Gigieng tergolong lambat, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan panjang maksimal (Lmaks) yang mampu dicapai kerang ini hanya 37,91-72,81 mm dalam waktu 0-3,42 tahun. secara keseluruhan, struktur populasi tiram daging dan kondisi habitat di Kuala Gigieng mulai menurun. Pengoleksian urin terhadap 4 ekor orangutan sumatera di dalam kandang yang dilakukan pada pagi hari yaitu saat orangutan bangun tidur atau sebelum pemberian pakan orangutan. Pengulangan uji dilakukan 3 kali selama 10 hari pada bulan Januari 2015. Setelah pengoleksian urin kemudian dilakukan pemeriksaan dengan cara mencelupkan stripstest pada 5-10 ml urin selama 30 detik. Sehingga besarnya sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 67 orang petani. Hasil penelitian Minat petani menghasilkan variasi biji kakao basah termasuk dalam katagori rendah. Minat petani menghasilkan variasi biji kering tanpa fermentasi termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Minat petani menghasilkan variasi biji kakao kering fermentasi termasuk dalam kategori rendah. Objects in this study is a variation of the cocoa farmers who produce cocoa beans , sampling method using cluster sampling method , the number of selected populations in Pidie Jaya district is 671 farmers with sampling of 10 percent . So that the sample size in this study were 67 farmers . The results of the research interests of farmers produce variations of wet cocoa beans are included in the low category . Interests farmers produced without fermentation variation of dry beans in the high category . Interests farmers produce fermented dry cocoa beans variation included in the low category . The factors that have a real relationship with a variety of products of interest yield of wet cocoa beans , is land area ( X4 ) , number of dependents ( X5 ) , and needs ( X6 ) . The factors that have a real relationship with a variety of products of interest yield of dry beans are fermented without experience ( X3 ) , and access to information ( X8 ) . Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah petani kakao yang menghasilkan variasi biji kakao, Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan metode cluster sampling, jumlah populasi yang terpilih di Kabupaten Pidie Jaya adalah 671 orang petani dengan pengambilan sampel sebasar 10 persen. Sehingga besarnya sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 67 orang petani. Hasil penelitian Minat petani menghasilkan variasi biji kakao basah termasuk dalam katagori rendah. Minat petani menghasilkan variasi biji kering tanpa fermentasi termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Minat petani menghasilkan variasi biji kakao kering fermentasi termasuk dalam kategori rendah. Faktor-faktor yang memiliki hubungan nyata dengan minat menghasilkan variasi produk biji kakao basah, adalah luas lahan (X4), Jumlah tanggungan (X5), dan kebutuhan (X6). Faktor-faktor yang memiliki hubungan nyata dengan minat menghasilkan variasi produk biji kakao kering tanpa fermentasi adalah pengalaman (X3), dan akses informasi (X8). Faktor-faktor yang memiliki hubungan nyata dengan minat menghasilkan variasi produk biji kakao kering fermentasi, adalah pengalaman (X3), kebutuhan (X6), peluang pasar (X7), dan akses informasi (X8).
