Namun hasil penelitian lainnya menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi karies gigi anak tetap tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu mengenai kesehatan gigi dengan status karies pada murid TK FKIP Universitas Syiah Kuala Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Subjek dalam peneltian ini adalah 70 pasangan ibu dan anak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara pada ibu dan pemeriksaan klinis terhadap karies gigi anak. Analisi data menggunakan chi square test, selain itu juga dilihat pengaruh dari variabel perancu seperti tingkat pendidikan ibu dan perilaku anak. Pada periode pertama hasil penelitian menunjukkan belanja daerah berpengaruh negatif signifikan dan pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ketimpangan regional. Selanjutnya pada periode kedua hasil penelitian menunjukkan belanja daerah berpengaruh positif signifikan dan pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh negatif signifikan secara teori namun tidak signifikan secara statistik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari bulan Mei 2014 hingga Juni 2015. Penelitian menggunakan metode Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). Penelitian dilakukan di 6 kecamatan di Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 52 jenis tumbuhan yang termasuk kedalam 23 suku yang digunakan sebagai rempah pada masakan di Aceh Besar. Terdapat delapan bagian/organ tumbuhan yang digunakan sebagai rempah yaitu daun, buah, biji, umbi, bunga, rimpang, kulit kayu, maupun batang. Terdapat lima cara penggunaan tumbuhan rempah dalam masakan yaitu ditumbuk, digiling, dirajang, dipakai utuh, dan diremas. Didapatkan 36 jenis masakan yang dimasak pada masyarakat Aceh Besar dengan jumlah jenis tumbuhan rempah yang digunakan berkisar antara 4-18 jenis tumbuhan.Kata kunci: Rempah, Aceh Besar, MasakanABSTRACTThis research goal was to get the numbers and types of plants that were used as the spice in cooking by the people of Aceh Besar. The research was conducted from May 2014 until June 2015. Research using Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method. This research was conducted in six districts in Aceh Besar. The result showed that 52 species of plants that belong to the 23 families that was used as the spice in cooking in Aceh Besar. There were eight organs in plants that were used as the spice namely leaves, fruits, seeds, bulbs, flowers, rhizomes, barks, or stems. There were five ways to use spice in cooking that were trheshed, milled, chopped, whole plant, and crushed. This research is conducted at Tunyang village of Timang Gajah subdistrict of Bener Meriah district, Aceh provice from march to July and the reasearch used randomized block design (RBD) factorial 12 treatment combine with 3 replications, so there are 36 experimental units. As factor was the experiment of green manure Thitonia by dose of 0 ton per hectare ( T0), 5 tonnes per hectare (T), 10 tonnes per hectare (T2) and 15 tonnes per hectare ( T3) while dose of inorganic fertilizer NPK were 400 kilogram per hectaer ( P1), 800 kilogram per hectaer (P2) and 1.200 kilogram per hectaer (P3) . Result of research shows green manure Thitonia affected significantly wet weight of wheat biomass , no real effected on height of wheat on age 15, 30, 45 days after planting , percentage of flowering age 43-50, 51-58 and 59-66 days after planting, length of panicle, number of grain per panicle, dry weight of biomass wheat, weight of grain wheat per hill, weight of grain per plot , wheat harvest per hectare and weight of grain wheat 1000. Thitonia green fertilizer is best found at 15 tonnes per hectare ( T3). Inorganic fertilizer NPK affected significantly on the weight of wet and dry wheat biomass, no real effected on height of wheat on age 15, 30 and 45 days after planting, the percentage of flowering age 43-50, 51-58 and 59-66 days after planting, length of panicle wheat, number of grains per panicle, weight of grain wheat per hill, weight of grain wheat per plot , wheat harvest per hectare and weight of grain wheat 1000 .
