Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource Syarifah Rifka Description An account of the resource ABSTRACTThis research aims to find out that influence of fundamental factors such as EPS on stock prices, PER on stock prices, and the systematic risk to the stock price on companies incorporated in JII and listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2014 year. To measure the stock price, this study uses several ratios that are in fundamental analysis such as EPS and PER, and included systematic risk as the level of sensitivity stock on market. The research type used in this study is hypothesis testing, by using purposive sampling method and in which there are 19 target of sampling which become the investigated object.The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the annually financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, published by the reference center of the capital markets contained in the Indonesia Stock Exchange, daily closing stock price of the company, and the index Jakarta Islamic Index for the period 2012-2014. The multiple linear regression analysis model is used to test the hypothesis.The results showed that (1) there is a significant effect on EPS, PER, and the systematic risk to the stock price on companies incorporated in JII and listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2014 year. (2) EPS has a significant effect on stock prices. (3) PER have a significant effect on stock prices. (4) Systematic risk has a significant negative impact on stock prices .Keywords: EPS, PER, the systematic risk, and stock price?ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor fundamental yaitu EPS terhadap harga saham, PER terhadap harga saham, dan risiko sistematik terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan yang tergabung di JII dan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2012-2014. Untuk mengukur harga saham, penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa rasio yang ada didalam analisis fundamental berupa EPS dan PER, serta dimasukkan risiko sistematis sebagai tingkat sensitivitas saham terhadap pasar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengujian hipotesis, dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan dimana ada 19 target sampel yang menjadi objek diselidiki.Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan berakhir per 31 Desember yang dipublikasikan oleh pusat referensi pasar modal yang terdapat di Bursa Efek Indonesia, harga saham penutupan harian perusahaan, dan indeks Jakarta Islamic Index untuk periode 2012-2014. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh yang signifikan pada EPS, PER, dan risiko sistematik terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan yang tergabung di JII dan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2012-2014. (2) EPS memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham. (3) PER memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham.
