LA Garden adalah salah satu perusahaan yang melakukan pengolahan limbah menjadi suatu produk yang bernilai ekonomi dimana perusahaan ini mengolah limbah berupa sekam padi, kotoran ternak dan sabut kelapa menjadi media tanam.Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui berapa besar pendapatan usaha yang diperoleh perusahaan ini dari penjualan media tanam hasil olahan limbah setiap bulannya serta untuk mengetahui berapa besar nilai tambah yang diperoleh dari hasil pengolahan limbah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan usaha pengolahan limbah berupa sekam padi, pupuk kandang dan sabut kelapa menjadi media tanam yaitu sebesar Rp.19.881.666,-. Nilai R/C rasio menunjukkan angka lebih besar dari 1 yaitu sebesar 2,85 dimana untuk setiap biaya yang dikeluarkan pengusaha sebesar Rp.1,- maka pengusaha tersebut akan memperoleh penerimaan sebesar Rp.2.85. Nilai tambah yang diperoleh dari pengolahan menjadi media tanam di CV. LA Garden adalah sebesar Rp.841,5,- dengan rasio 84,15 persen. Ada beberapa jenis penyakit prostat yaitu Benign Prostate Hyperplasia, Karsinoma Prostat, dan Prostatitis. Karsinoma prostat dapat diklasifikasi berdasarkan histopatologi selnya yaitu Adenocarcinoma Prostate, Transisional Cell Carcinoma, dan Carcinoma Neuroendokrin. Adenocarcinoma Prostate di kelompokkan lagi berdasarkan Grade sistem Gleson. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prevalensi dan distribusi frekuensi penyakit prostat berdasarkan gambaran histopatologi pada RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif secara cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh pada bagian instalasi Patologi Anatomi, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara total sampling, mulai Januari 2009 sampai dengan Desember 2011, dan didapatkan 153 kasus penyakit prostat. Berdasarkan jenis penyakitnya didapatkan Benign Prostate Hyperplasia 66,66%, Benign Prostate Hyperplasia dengan Prostatitis 30,06%, carcinoma prostate 3,26%, dan carcinoma prostate dengan Prostatitis 0%. Klasifikasi histopatologi karsinoma prostate yang terbanyak setiap tahun yaitu 100% Adenocarcinoma Prostate sedangkan untuk jenis Transisional Cell Carcinoma dan Carcinoma Neuroendokrin 0%, Grade Gleson untuk Adenocarcinoma prostate Grade 1+1 (40%), 2+2 (20%), dan 3+4 (40%). Benign Prostat Hyperplasi merupakan penyakit yang paling sering terjadi setiap tahunnya, pada tahun 2009 (75,1%), tahun 2010 (81,70%), dan tahun 2011 (51,63%). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan teknik Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy komersial dalam menganalisa unsur garam yang terdiri dari Mg, Na, Ca, Cl dan K pada tanah yang terkena dampak tsunami. Perangkat teknik LIBS terdiri dari sebuah laser neodium yttrium alumunium garnet (Nd-YAG) untuk membangkitkan plasma dari sampel tanah tsunami, sebuah spektrograf dan Intensified Charge Coupled Device (ICCD) untuk mendeteksi emisi plasma. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource Irfa Rizky Fajarni Description An account of the resource Telah dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) untuk mendeteksi perlapisan sedimen bawah permukaan area persawahan di Desa Lamgeu Eu, Aceh Besar. Area persawahan ini memiliki bentuk yang cukup unik, yang melengkung berbentuk seperti tapal kuda, yang didalam ilmu geologi disebut sebagai oxbow lake. Pengukuran di daerah penelitian dilakukan dengan membuat lintasan yang memotong area persawahan secara radial, yakni sebanyak 6 lintasan. Kemudian alat GPR ditarik di sepanjang lintasan untuk mendapatkan gambaran reflektor dari gelombang yang di pancarkan. Pada penelitian ini digunakan antena berfrekuensi 80 MHz, yang memiliki kedalaman penetrasi 8-10 meter. Hasil pengolahan data interpretasi dan reflektor dari gelombang radar menunjukkan bahwa pada kedalaman dangkal dijumpai pola lapisan sedimen yaitu pada kedalam 1-5 meter. Pola lapisan yang didapat mirip dengan pola lapisan sedimen sungai. Oleh karena itu diduga di area persawahan tersebut merupakan bekas sungai mati (oxbow lake). A study using Ground Penetrating Radar method to determine sedimentary bedding, located at paddy fields in Lamgeu Eu village, Aceh Besar has been done. This paddy fields have a auniqe curve shape like a horseshoe, which called oxbow lake in geology. This study using only an antenna with frequency 80 MHz, that can penetrate until 8-10 meters. The measuremen were made in 6 lines wich cross the horseshoe shape of the paddy field radially. The result show that reflectors of radar wave at swallow depth indicate that the pattern of sedimentary bedding at the depth 1-5 meters. The pattern of layers similar to that of stream sediment layers patten. This indicate that the paddy fields was a meander scars (oxbow lake) during quarter holosene.
