Kecerdasan emosi merupakan faktor terpenting dalam proses pengembangan kematangan sosial dan pembentukan anak di masa mendatang, keluarga merupakan fungsi terpenting dalam membantu pembentukan kecerdasan emosi anak. Orang tua khususnya ibu merupakan pengawas serta pendidik yang memegang peranan penting dalam memengaruhi proses perkembangan anak, kelekatan seorang anak dengan ibu sangat mempengaruhi anak tersebut berkembang, dalam hal ini dijelaskan bahwa hubungan komunikasi yang baik antara anak dan ibu akan membantu anak tumbuh secara baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan kecerdasan emosi pada anak dengan ibu bekerja dan tidak bekerja. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 140 orang, terdiri dari 70 anak dengan ibu bekerja dan 70 anak dengan ibu tidak bekerja dengan usia 10 hingga 11 tahun dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki sebanyak 77 anak dan perempuan 63 anak. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan Skala kecerdasan emosi yang disusun berdasarkan pada teori yang dikemukakan oleh Goleman (2000). Hasil analisis data menggunakan teknik Mann- Whitney test yang menunjukkan signifikansi komparasi sebesar 0,696 (p > 0,05). Penelitian dilaksanakan di rumah kasa Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Syiah Kuala, Banda Aceh dari bulan Agustus sampai November 2014.Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial 4 x 3 dengan 3 ulangan. Penelitian ini terdiri atas 2 faktor. Faktor pertama yaitu dosis Jamur Mikoriza Arbuskula yang terdiri atas kontrol (0 g/polibag), 5 g/polibag, 15 g/polibag dan 20 g/polibag. Faktor kedua yaitu dosis pupuk Rock fosfat yang terdiri atas 3 g/polibag, 6 g/polibag dan 9 g/polibag. Parameter yang diteliti yaitu tinggi bibit (cm), diameter pangkal batang (mm), jumlah daun (helai), luas daun (cm2), berat berangkasan basah (gram), berat berangkasan kering (gram), dan persentase akar yang terinfeksi mikoriza (%). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dosis mikoriza Arbuskula berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap diameter pangkal batang umur 60 HST dan akar yang terinfeksi mikoriza umur 30, 60 dan 90 HST, berpengaruh nyata terhadap luas daun 60 HST dan berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 30, 60, dan 90 HST, diameter pangkal batang umur 30 dan 90 HST, jumlah daun umur 30, 60 dan 90 HST, luas daun umur 30 dan 90 HST, berat berangkasan basah umur 30, 60 dan 90 HST, dan berat berangkasan kering umur 30, 60 dan 90 HST. Dosis 20 g/polibag menghasilkan diameter pangkal batang, luas daun dan jumlah akar yang terinfeksi tanaman kakao terbaik jika dibandingkan dosis lainnya. The results of thisresearch mejelaskan that the plan to move the capital of Aceh Besar Regency ofJantho to kuta Malaka due to several factors: first, the position of Jantho is notstrategic. Beberapa sumber bahan baku biodiesel adalah kelapa sawit,bunga matahari (Helianthus annuus), dan biji jarak (Jatropha curcas L.). Jarak pagar dapat menjadi salahsatu pilihan terbaik sebagai sumber biodiesel karena tanaman ini terutama memberikan nilai ekonomis,bijinya menghasilkan kandungan minyak yang tinggi sebagai bahan baku pembuatan biodiesel. Padapenelitian ini produksi biodiesel dari biji jarak pagar dilakukan dengan proses reaktif-ekstraksimenggunakan kavitasi hidrodinamik. Proses reaktif-ekstraksi adalah teknologi baru yang dapatmenghemat biaya peralatan dan biaya proses untuk produksi biodiesel. Rancangan penelitian yangdigunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial yang terdiri atas 2 (dua) faktor.Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi NaOH (K) yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu K1= 0,5 gram, K2 = 0,75gram dan K3 = 1 gram. Faktor kedua adalah waktu reaksi (W) yang terdiri dari 3 taraf W 1 = 30 menit,W 2 = 60 menit, dan W 3 = 90 menit. Setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 2 kali sehingga diperoleh 18satuan percobaan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa yield biodiesel lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan beratminyak biji jarak. Hal ini dikarenakan masih adanya asam lemak bebas yang membentuk reaksipenyabunan. Nilai yield biodiesel (78,75%), bilangan asam (0,54 mg KOH/g), densitas (0,79 g/ml), danviskositas (2,8 mm 2 /s). berdasarkan hasil analisis GC-MS diperoleh bahwa senyawa yang terdapat didalam minyak biji jarak yaitu senyawa biodiesel, yakni metil ester asam lemak. Problems occurred when the results of the legislative elections held on 9 April 2014, the party did not gain any seats Hanura in DPRK Bireuen Regency.The purpose of this study was to describe the factors that cause the party gained noseats in the Hanura DPRK Bireuen Regency legislative elections in 2014, and what political strategy applied by the party so that it doesn't get Hanura seats in DPRK Bireuenthey.The data required in the writing of this thesis obtained through qualitative research obtained through research and field libraries. Research libraries are done by reading textbooks and readings related to this research, and the research field is obtained through interviews with some of the informants related to this research.The results of this research indicate that, factors cause the party gained no seats in the Hanura DPRK Bireuen they caused due to the dominance of the party still in Aceh, less famous parliamentary candidates who carried the bad figure, Wiranto for the community of lay, the lack of public confidence with respect to the lack of funds and Hanura witnesses. Hasilpenelitian ini menjelaskan ada beberapa faktor-faktor penyebab Partai Hanuratidak memperoleh kursi di DPRK Bireuen yaitu pertama, masih adanya dominasidari Partai Aceh. Kedua, kurang terkenalnya caleg yang diusung. Ketiga, buruknya sosok Wiranto bagi masyarakat awam. Keempat, kurangnyakepercayaan masyarakat terhadap Partai Hanura. Kelima, kurangnya dana saksi. Pada saat sebelum berlangsungnya pemilu legislatif, Partai Hanura menggunakanstrategi politik dengan melakukan blusukan, kaderisasi, dan menggunakan atributkampanye. Disarankan kepada pihak pengurus Partai Hanura Bireuen seharusnyalebih fokus memprioritaskan dan memperhatikan kondisi apa yang dibutuhkanoleh partai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai status keberadaan bakteri enterik patogen pada orangutan sumatera di Kebun Binatang Kinantan Bukittinggi, Sumatera Barat. Sampel feses dikumpulkan dari dua orangutan sumatera yang berada di kebun binatang tersebut. Bakteri enterik patogen diperoleh melalui isolasi dan identifikasi dengan uji biokimia. Bakteri enterik patogen yang diperoleh yaitu, pada sampel orangutan sumatera pertama (OU1) ditemukan Enterobacter aerogenes dan Alcaligenes sp., sedangkan pada orangutan sumatera kedua (OU2) ditemukan Shigella sp. The aim of this study was to obtain information about enteropathogenic bacteria status in sumatran orangutan at Kinantan Zoo Bukittinggi, Sumatera Barat. Faecal samples were collected from two sumatran orangutans that raised at the zoo. Bacteria was performed by isolation and identification method.
