<text>This paper discusses about connectivity algorithm in simple graphs. The algorithm has three stages, namely, adjacent vertices search, adjacent vertices investigation and component investigation. The aim of connectivity algorithm is to check whether a graph is connected or disconnected with the scope set. There are three sets which are used in this algorithm, namely, vertex, edge and adjacent vertices sets. The simple graph is connected if the graph has only one component or if the number of adjacent vertices elements is equal to the number of vertices. Otherwise, if the simple graph has more than one component or if the number of adjacent vertices elements is not equal to the number of vertices then the algorithm will conclude that the graph is disconnected.</text>

<text>The effect of Ge content on the optical and electrical properties of a-SiGe:H thin films deposited by HWC-PECVD had been investigated. The a-SiGe:H films ware grown on corning glass 7059 substrate using 10% diluted mixture of GeH4 and SiH4 gases, respectively. The GeH4 gas flow rate was varied from 2.5 – 12.5 sccm, while the flow rate of SiH4 was kept constant at 70 sccm. The results showed that the deposition rate of a-SiGe:H thin films increased by increasing of GeH4 gas flow rate. In addition, the Ge content in the film increased and the optical band gap decreased. The dark conductivity of a-SiGe:H films were relatively constant, whereas the photo conductivity decreased with increasing of Ge content.</text>

This research employed a complete randomized design with unidirectional pattern by using white rats (Rattus norvegicus) divided into five groups. Negative control group was fed with standard diet, while positive control groups were fed with high cholesterol (hypercholesterolemia) diet, group K were fedwith tomato extract at a dose of 10, 20, and 40 mg/kg together with high cholesterol diet. The result of this researchshowed that high cholesterol diet fed decreased simultaneously with tomato extract at a dose of 10, 20, and 40 mg /kg of rats after 60 days of treatment. Tomato extract was able prevent the formation of plaque in the coronary arteries of rats fed with hypercholesterolemia diet. Effective dose oftomatoextractused in this study was 20-40mg/kg.</text>

Extraction with n-Hexane of the flowers yielded 2,08% of extract, while leaves and stems yielded 3,21% and 2,19% of n-hexane extracts, respectively. The extracts showed different activity against both bioindicators. The leaves extracts showed the strongest activity indicated by wider diameters of inhibition zone, 19,7 mm against E. coli and 13,3 mm against S. aureus at 10% of the extracts’ concentration. At the same concentration (10%), the steam and flower extracts showed less inhibitory activities with  11,3 mm and 8,3 mm against E. coli, and 12,0 mm and 11,0 mm against S. aureus. At the lowest concentration of the extracts, the leaves extracts showed the strongest activity against E. coli (14,3 mm) while the steam extracts showed highest inhibitory activity against S. aureus ( 7,7 mm). Based on antimicrobial assay, it was suggested that the leaves extracts demonstrated strongest activity than other extracts. It was assumed that leaves extracts contained more secondary metabolite than flowers and steams, and the leaves have phenol compounds which are not present in other extracts.</text>

<text>Identification is a basic activity and one of primary objective on systematic. For plant biodiversity studies,it was the first steps that researcher performed before studying any topics in the research area. Unfortunately, species identification is usually a time consuming activity. One of the main objectives of this study was to obtain a set of leaf morphology characters that were useful and efficient enough for species identification, especially on the tree habits group in order to reduce time consuming for the identification species. All of the leaf morphology characters were selected by correlation coefficient and separation coefficient values. Besides of that, the stability, simplicity and validity of the characters were also part of concern. The characters that had high value of separation coefficient and low value of correlation coefficient would be added one by one as in their rank, until the value of the combination separation coefficient was equal to 1 (100%). The result of this study suggested that 30 from 92 characters of leaf morphology were recommended as a set of characters that useful and efficient enough for species identification.</text>

Basal area (BA) and tree density were surveyed using variable-area transect method. Tree sapling species was surveyed using standard plots combined with circular elementary subplots laid along 60 m transect line. The result shown that BA and tree density of rubber agroforest system were lower significantly with forest at the diameter class > 30 cm, but at the diameter class < 30 cm there were not differ significantly. PCA analysis shown there was a positive correlation between BA non rubber tree with the species diversity and richness indices of tree sapling in rubber agroforest system and there was no correlation between density of non rubber tree and the indices. However, in the forest, BA and tree density were have a negative correlation with the species diversity and richness indices of tree sapling.</text>

The objective of this experiment is to study the quality of sterilization of etawa’s goat milk at different temperature (110oC and 120oC) and different time (3 second and 6 second). The quality of sterilization of etawa’s goat milk was evaluated by measuring crude protein, crude fat, pH value and amount of microorganism. The study used a factorial completely randomizes design. The result showed that the different temperature and time of sterilized goat milk have not significant (P>0,05) on crude protein, crude fat, pH value and amount of microorganism. The result also showed that no interaction between temperature and time. The conclusion of the research indicated that all the experiment have the same quality.</text>

All of cows in allocated into two groups at random each 10 heads. The first group come from farmer of co-operation member of Ciamis was used as control without innovated by reproduction technology, that mean the cow was naturally of oestrous and inseminated with frozen semen not a result of separation sex. The second group come from farmer group “lumba-lumba” innovated with oestrous synchronization which was injected prosolvin of 7.5 mg per headl by intramuscular (i.m.) and super ovulated with injected fertagyl of 150 mg per tail by i.m., and then it oestrous was inseminated with frozen semen result of sex separation. Research result indicates that technically there were difference of performance reproduce in cow which is innovated by reproduction technology than control. It concluded that the improvement of reproduction efficiency in cow after innovated by technology of reproduction in term of type of birth in twin and increasing of male sex up to 12 percent. It is in line with the economic estimation of cow which is technological application of reproduction improves generating revenue up to 22.35 percent per month.</text>

Research was carried out to study the effect of antimicrobial activity of yeast found in dadih. Yeasts chosen were isolated from dadih (traditionally buffalo milk fermentation). The objective is to know the ability of yeast to inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria in milk. They were Candida curiosa, Brettanomyces custersii, and Kluyveromices lactis. Kluy. lactis has strong antimicrobial on Bacillus subtilis with zone of inhibition ± 5mm, C. curiosa on E.coli (5mm) and C. curiosa and Brett. custersii also have strong antimicrobial on S. aureus consecutively 5,75 and 7 mm. As a conclusion the result showed that all of three yeasts selected have capability to stop the growth of pathogenic bacteria of buffalo milk origin in five days.</text>
