The Si- Ge-H films ware grown on corning glass 7059 substrate using 10% dilutedGeH4 and SiH4 gas mixture, respectively. The GeH4 gas flow rate was varied from 2.5 to 12.5 sccm, while the flowrate of SiH was kept constant at 70 sccm. The results showed that the deposition rate of Si-Ge-H thin films wasincreases with the increasing of GeH4 gas flow rate. Beside, the Ge content in the film also increased, and the opticalband gap decreased. The dark conductivity of Si- Ge-H films was relatively constant, whereas the photo ’sconductivity decreased with increasing of Ge content.</text>

<text>An experiment had been carried out on formation of Bi-2212 crystals with the self-flux method. Flux was used and derived from CuO and CaCO3. The process of synthesis was equipped with the melting process at temperature 890 °C with time variation of melting 35 minutes and 40 minutes, followed by slow cooling at a rate of 1°C/hour for 70 hours. The results were obtained and characterized by XRD test. This research aimed to produce superconducting materials with self-flux method, calculate the percentage of the value of the volume fraction, the percentage of oriented phase and impurities. Samples generated from XRD measurements were made to match with the XRD Strobell’s pattern of the superconducting Bi-2212 standards. The results showed that the value of the volume fraction of 2212 phase and the phase of the highest oriented melting at 40 minutes were equal to 67.68% and 38.89%, while the smallest impurity phase of 32.32% were obtained at the same time melting.</text>

Both the ArcGIS Server Manager for .NET and ArcGIS Web Controls can be easily utilized for developing the ASP.NET based ESRI Web mapping application. In  this study we implemented both tools for developing the ASP.NET based ESRI Web mapping application for geospatial data generated dring rehabilitation and reconstruction process of post-tsunami 2004 disaster in Aceh province. Rehabilitation and reconstruction process has produced a tremendous amount of geospatial data. This method was chosen in this study because in the process of developing  a web mapping application, one can easily and quickly create Mapping Services of huge geospatial data and also develop Web mapping application without writing any code. However, when utilizing Visual Studio.NET 2008, one needs to have some coding ability.</text>

This study reports the use of membrane adsorbers for glycerol capturing and removing in crude biodiesel. The MMM are prepared by a wet phase inversion method. Magnesol were incorporated as active sites in the membrane. Matrix support of the membrane was prepared from chitosan. The optimum compositions of the adsorptive membranes were 3 % chitosan, 15% DMF and 60% loading adsorbent. The porosity of these membranes was 34 % and swelling degree was 52 %. The membrane clean water flux was 225 Lm-2h-1 at a trans-membrane pressure of 2.5 bar. The adsorptive membrane has been demonstrated to reduce the concentration of total glycerol in crude biodiesel. The amount of glycerol in biodiesel can be reduced 69.93 % in 60 minute which is agreed to value of SNI quality standards. The membrane adsorber can be regenerated and reused for biodiesel purification. The regenerated membrane can be reused with maintaining the high adsorption capacity. The methanol was better than ethanol to regenerate the magnesol membrane. The Magnesol membrane will be a new alternative method for biodiesel purification.Mixed matrixmembrane (MMM) adsorbers systems function as short and wide chromatographic columns in which the adsorptive packing consists of one or more micro-porous membranes. <text>The study is about a method for enhancing the assessment in e-learning. We study summative assessment that enables teachers or examiners to know if their students have reached an appropriate level of knowledge and formative assessment that enables a student to check how well they are performing in learning. This type of assessment takes the form of a more detailed feedback such as in what aspects a student posses strengths as well as where they have weaknesses. We implement a new approach for enhancing assessment in e-learning by building a system that utilizing a user model to capture user’s knowledge of a concept and to keep updating it in their user models. We implement the system by using the Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) that were combined with a standard of test called the Question Test of Interoperability (QTI). As the result, more positive and negative feedback can be offered to e-learning users.</text>

The optimum condition of adsortion showed that the concentration of activating agent (sulphuric acid) was 20%, activation temperature at 110 ºC and activation time was 30 minutes. At this optimum condition, methylene blue was absorbed by bentonite with 93.30% yield.</text>
