                <text>Abstract: The ability of a principal in leading a school is highly influential in increasing the motivation of teachers. The implementation of character education is a strategy to improve the quality of education. The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts made by the principal in the implementation of character education in state Senior High School 1 of Julok. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive method. The data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Subjects of this study were principal, vice principal, board of teachers and the committee at Senior High School 1 of Julok. The result showed that the principal has also prepared a program to implement character education. The implementation of character education improvement program requires each subject to make learning material according to the latest curriculum ang adjust textbooks of study field. The abstacles faced by the principal in implementing the character education were as follows: teachers still used the old teaching methods, tools and media, and the teacher did not dare to express desires and weaknesses in learning. On way performed by the principal of Senior High School 1 of Julok to overcome these obstacles is to call a meeting with the board of teachers, hat is monthly meeting, annual or emergency meeting if it is needed.Keywords: Principal strategic, and character educationAbstrak : Kemampuan kepala sekolah dalam memimpin sangat berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru. Implementasi pendidikan karakter merupakan suatu strategi untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dalam implemetasi pendidikan karakter pada Sekolah Menegah Atas (SMA) Negeri 1 Julok. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriktif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah Kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dewan guru dan Komite di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Negeri 1 Julok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepala sekolah telah menyususun program dalam mengimplementasi pendidikan karakter. Implementasi program peningkatan pendidikan karakter dengan cara mewajibkan setiap guru bidang studi untuk membuat perangkat pembelajaran sesuai dengan kurikulum yang terbaru, menyesuaikan perkembangan buku pengangan guru bidang studi. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh kepala sekolah dalam mengimplementasi pendidikan karakter, masih ada guru yang menggunakan gaya lama dalam mengajar, baik dalam penggunaan metode, alat dan media. Juga guru tidak berani mengemukakan keinginan serta kekurangannya dalam pembelajaran. Salah satu cara yang dilaksanakan oleh Kepala Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Julok dalam mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah dengan cara mengadakan rapat dengan dewan guru, baik itu rapat bulanan, tahunan atau pun rapat mendadak jika diperlukan.Kata Kunci : Strategi Kepala Sekolah, dan Pendidikan Karakter</text>

                <text>Abstract: Organizational climate and job satisfaction is one of the factors that affect the performance of the teacher. The level of teacher performance related to organizational climate and job satisfaction of teachers in performing their duties. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational climate on teacher performance, to determine the effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance and to determine the effect of organizational climate and job satisfaction on the performance of teachers. The method used in this study are correlational survey, while data collection used questionnaires to variable organizational climate, job satisfaction and performance of teachers in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Lhokseumawe. The sampling technique is stratified random sampling of 51 respondents. The results of this study it can be concluded that the organizational climate is directly significant effect on the level of teacher performance. The amount of direct influence of organizational climate on teacher performance is (0.7401&amp;gt; 0.2759) = 55%. Job satisfaction is directly significant effect on the level of teacher performance. The amount of job satisfaction directly influences the performance of teachers is (0.7192&amp;gt; 2.759) = 51.73%. Organizational climate and job satisfaction jointly direct and significant impact on the level of teacher performance. The magnitude of the effect of organizational climate and job satisfaction together with the teacher's performance in school is (0.7994&amp;gt; 0.2759) = 63.9% theoretical The model developed in this study turned out to have been tested empirically on a junior secondary school in Lhokseumawe at significant level, meaning an empirical model of organizational climate and job satisfaction can be received as a model teacher performance.Keywords: Organizational Climate, Job Satisfaction and Teacher Performance.Abstrak: Iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengruhi kinerja guru. Tinggi rendahnya kinerja guru berhubungan dengan iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja guru dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja guru, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei korelasional, sedangkan pengumpulan datanya dipergunakan kuisioner terhadap variabel iklim organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja guru di madrasah tsanawiyah se Kota Lhokseumawe. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah stratifietrandom sampling terhadap 51 responden. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa iklim organisasi secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tinggi rendahnya kinerja guru. Besarnya pengaruh iklim organisasi secara langsung terhadap kinerja guru adalah (0,7401 &amp;gt; 0,2759) = 55 %.Kepuasan kerja secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tinggi rendahnya kinerja guru. Besarnya pengaruh kepuasan kerja secara langsung terhadap kinerja guru adalah (0,7192 &amp;gt; 2,759) = 51,73%.Iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap tinggi rendahnya kinerja guru. Besarnya pengaruh iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru di sekolah adalah (0,7994 &amp;gt; 0,2759) = 63,9%.Model teoritik yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini ternyata telah teruji secara empiris pada Madrasah Tsanawiyah di Kota Lhokseumawe pada taraf signifikan, berarti model empiris iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja dapat terima sebagai model kinerja guru.Kata Kunci:Iklim Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Guru</text>

                <text>Abstract: Coaching of teachers is one form of business to enhance the professional competence of teachers in achieving quality learning period on SMP Negeri 2 Sigli. This study aims to determine teacher training in: (1) the process of preparing the learning program are: curriculum, syllabus, lesson plans, annual program, the semester program, and details of the effective week. (2) fostering the implementation of learning, namely: the initial activity to open the lesson, explaining the materials, instructional media, learning methods, learning resources, and KKM. (3) fostering enhancement of professional competence of teachers are: supervision, refresher courses, seminars, and MGMP. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach, this research sites in SMP Negeri 2 Sigli. Data collection techniques in the study carried out directly by the researcher through interviews, observation, and study documentation. The subject of this research is the principal, vice principal areas of the curriculum, and teacher SMP Negeri 2 Sigli. The results obtained are: (1) principals in the process of preparing teachers to foster learning programs such as the RPP, the annual program, the semester program, and details of the effective week. (2) fostering the principal teachers in the implementation of the learning done by describing the materials, instructional media, learning methods, learning resources. (3) school head teachers to foster improvement of professional competence by way of supervision, Panataran, seminars and enable MGMP as well as providing facilities and infrastructure.Key words: development of professional competence ofteachers</text>

                <text>Abstrak. Hasil belajar pedidikan jasmani pada siswa MTsN kuta baro sangat kurang hal ini ada hubungannya dengan kecerdasan kinestetik, kecerdasan interpersonal dan intrapersonal, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat ada tidaknya hubungan antara kecerdasan kinestetik, interpersonal dan intrapersonal dengan hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani, serta hubungan bersama-sama ketiga kecerdasan tersebut dengan hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani di MTsN kuta baro aceh besar, teknik pengambilan sampel mengunakan random sampling dengan cara dengan cara mengundi semua populasi dengan penomoran, sampel yang di ambil adalah 15% dari jumlah populasi yang ada, adapun populasi dalam penilitian ini berjumlah 175 sedangkan sampel berjumlah 25 orang, jenis penelitian ini menggunakan korelasionel yaitu mencari hubungan antar variabel, adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan checklis yang dimodivikasi untuk melihat variabel yang diteliti, sementara teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu mengunakan rumus korelasi dari jhonson dan rumus korelasi ganda tiga variabel dan dibantu dengan spss 16,0 for windo, dari hasil penelitian yang telah dikumpulkan maka dapat disimpukan bahwa, kecerdasan kinestetik memiliki hubungan dengan hasil belajar, selanjutnya kecerdasan interpersonal juga memiliki hubungan dengan hasil belajar siswa dan kecerdasan intrapersonal juga memiliki hubungan dengan hasil belajar siswa sedangkan kecerdasan kinestetik, interpersonal dan intrapersonal secera bersama-sama dipastikan memiliki hubungan dengan hasil belajar siswa MTsN kuta baro oleh karena itu hanya empat hipotesi Ha: yang penulis ajukan dapat diterima.Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Kinestetik, Interpersonal, Intrapersonal dan Hasil Belajar</text>

                <text>Abstract: To improve the professionalism of teachers, implementation of teaching supervision by the principal is indispensable as an indicator of the success of learning implementation in school and teachers’ tasks. A principal absolutely must have a competence as a supervisor because through supervision activities problems faced by teachers in the implementation of learning and development of professionalism can be identified, so that a solution can be found through routine coaching by the principal. The purpose of this study was to determine the teaching supervision program in an effort to improve the performance and professionalism of teachers at SMAN 1 Peukan Bada Senior High School in Aceh Besar Regency. This study used a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were: observation, interview and documentation study. The subjects of the study were principal and teachers of SMAN 1 Peukan Bada. The results of the study showed that: (1) The principal has the ability as a supervisor in the implementation of teacher professional development program in SMAN 1 Peukan Bada, (2) The principal used individual supervision technique as the strategy to improve the professionalism of teachers through classroom visit activity, classroom observation, peer supervision, informal supervision and group technique, (3) The supervision carried by the principal provided a positive impact in improving the professionalism of teachers, with the growing understanding of the teachers on how to become good educators, (4) The obstacle in the implementation of program supervision was the limited time, resulting in uneven supervision activities for any teacher, so that the efforts to improve teachers' competence was not optimal. Keywords: The Competence, Principal, Professionalism, Teacher  Abstrak: Dalam meningkatkatkan profesionalisme guru, pelaksanaan supervisi pengajaran oleh kepala sekolah sangat diperlukan sebagai indikator keberhasilan pelaksanaan pembelajaran disekolah dan tugas-tugas guru. Kompetensi kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor mutlak harus dimiliki oleh seorang kepala sekolah karena melalui kegiatan supervisi ditemukan masalah-masalah yang dihadapi oleh guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan pengembangan profesionalismenya, sehingga dapat ditemukan solusi dengan dilakukan pembinaan secara rutin oleh kepala sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui program supervisi pengajaran dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja dan profesionalisme guru pada SMA Negeri I Peukan Bada Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah: observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru SMA Negeri I Peukan Bada Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh data dan informasi : (1) Kepala sekolah memeiliki kemampuan sebagai supervisor dalam pelaksanaan program pembinaan profesionalisme guru SMA Negeri I Peukan Bada Kabupaten Aceh Besar, (2) strategi supervisi yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam rangka meningkatkan profesionalisme guru adalah: teknik supervisi perseorangan dengan kegiatan kunjungan kelas, observasi kelas, supervisi sebaya, supervisi informal dan teknik kelompok, (3) supervisi yang dilaksanakanan kepala sekolah memberi dampak positif dalam peningkatan profesionalisme guru, dengan meningkatnya pemahaman guru bagaimana menjadi pendidik yang baik, (4) keterbatasan waktu menjadi kendala dalam pelaksanaan program supervisi, mengakibatkan tidak meratanya kegiatan supervisi untuk setiap guru sehingga upaya peningkatan kompetensi guru belum maksimal. Kata kunci: Kompetensi, Kepala Sekolah, Profesional, Guru</text>

                <text>Abstract: Lecturer has a crucial position in the process of education, lack of lecturers’ performance in carrying out the assignment will result in the quality of graduates, and the development of lecturer performance to increase the high-quality graduates is absolute to be prioritized. This study aims to find out program, the implementation and the supporting of developing lecturer performance, in “Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi”. This study used descriptive qualitative research methods. Subject of the study is Dean, Assistant Dean and chairman of department. The technique of data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The study result: (a). Sector of education and teaching further education maintain lecturer rank, revise syllabus, cooperate with other universities, and doing monthly discussion, (b). Sector of research conducted lecturer training and scientific writing competition, (c). Sector of Community Service: founding model village, religious speaker, khatib of Friday prayers, supervisor of community service activity. The implementation of the lecturer development program of the Ushuluddin Faculty in the case of education and teaching run asprogrammed, as well as the research. While in the case of community service institutionally is not maximal yet, even that individually lecturer at the Ushuluddin Faculty performs community service. The factors developing lecturer performance both master and bachelor and office infrastructure, facilitation, classroom and Ushuluddin Faculty also have its own publishing house, they are: Publishing and two scientific journals; Substantia and Al-Mu'asirah, in which it support the lecturers in developing the performance.Keywords : Development of lecturers’ performance</text>

                <text>Abstract: This study aims to determine work program head of the madrasa in creating education programs, implementation strategies of school-based management, and constraints faced head of the madrasa in implementing school-based management. This study used a qualitative approach. Data were collected by interview, observation, and study documentation. The procedure of data analysis is data reduction, data display, and verification. While the subject of research is the principal, vice-principals, and teachers. The results showed that: (1) The work program headmaster in educational activities functioned properly, only in the aspect of education personnel management, financial management, and financing role has not run optimally; (2) the implementation of school-based management strategies through: (a) stages of socialization, (b) the formulation of the vision, mission and goals of the school, (c) involve a number of educational resources for the achievement of prorgam school, (d) conduct a SWOT analysis of the educational program that have been implemented, (e) preparation of work plans and quality improvement programs, and (f) the implementation and evaluation of programs; and (3) Constraints faced headmaster in implementing school-based management, among others, school autonomy and management of the budget has not been implemented in a transparent and accountable.Keywords: School Based Management, and Quality of Education.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program kerja kepala madrasah dalam mewujudkan program pendidikan, strategi penerapan manajemen berbasis sekolah, dan kendala yang dihadapi kepala madrasah dalam menerapkan manajemen berbasis sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Prosedur analisis data adalah reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi. Sedangkan subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Program kerja kepala madrasah dalam kegiatan pendidikan difungsikan dengan baik dan benar, hanya saja dalam aspek manajemen tenaga kependidikan, manajemen keuangan, dan pembiayaan perannya belum dijalankan secara optimal; (2) Strategi penerapan manajemen berbasis sekolah dilakukan melalui: (a) tahapan sosialisasi, (b) perumusan visi, misi dan tujuan sekolah, (c) melibatkan sejumlah sumber daya pendidikan untuk ketercapaian prorgam sekolah, (d) melakukan analisis SWOT terhadap program pendidikan yang sudah dilaksanakan, (e) penyusunan rencana dan program kerja peningkatan mutu, dan (f) pelaksanaan program dan evaluasi; dan (3) Kendala yang dihadapi kepala madrasah dalam menerapkan manajemen berbasis sekolah antara lain kemandirian sekolah dan manajemen pengelolaan anggaran belum dilaksanakan secara transparan dan akuntabel.Kata kunci: Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah, dan Mutu Pendidikan.</text>

                <text>Abstract: The aim of the study was to find out the formulation for implementation and evaluation of strategy which were done by the headmaster in order to increase teachers’ performances at SDN 2 Pagar Air Aceh Besar. The study was a descriptive qualitative study.  The data were collected through observation, interview, and documents. The subjects of the study were the headmaster and the teachers.The results of the study showed that (1) the headmaster has formulated several ways to increase teachers’ performances : conducting academic supervision activities,assigning teachers to seminars and workshops,  assigning teachers to join to KKG and MGMP activities  at gugus (group of schools in a district). (2) The academic supervision was conducted through direct supervision in the classroom and provided help when needed. Next, the headmaster motivated and obligated teachers to  join to KKG and MGMP activities. (3)The evaluation of strategies was done by conducting a meeting with teachers and stakeholders  at the end of semester.Keywords:  Strategy, principal, competences, teachers Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui upaya perumusan, pelaksanaan serta evaluasi strategi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru pada SD Negeri 2 Pagar Air Kecamatan Ingin Jaya Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perumusan  strategi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan guru melalui: perencanaan program supervisi akademik, perencanaan program pengiriman guru pada pelatihan dan worshop  dan perencanaan strategi agar guru-guru dapat aktif pada kegiatan KKG  dan MGMP di tingkat gugus.      (2) Pelaksanaan strategi supervisi akademik oleh kepala sekolah dengan cara masuk ke dalam kelas dan memberi bantuan kepada guru yang menhadapi kendala. Mengirimkan guru dalam berbagai pelatihan dan workshop  dengan cara guru digilir. Mengaktifkan guru pada kegiatan KKG dan MGMP  di tingkat gugus dengan cara memotivasi dan mewajibkan guru untuk mengikutinya. (3) Evaluasi strategi oleh kepala sekolah yakni dengan mengadakan rapat evaluasi setiap akhir semester bersama guru dan stakeholder lainnya.Kata Kunci: Strategi, Kepala Sekolah, Kinerja, Guru</text>

                <text>Abstract: The application of the student to the institution management is one of the necessity to improve the quality of education. Lack of school facilities and infrastructure become a major obstacle in the effective management of student affairs. This study aims to determine the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of student management program. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative approach. Techniques of data collection : observation, interview and documentation. Subjects were principals, teachers and students MTsN Cot Gue. The results showed that : student management plan prepared by the principal with the deputy head of the student and deputy head of the curriculum includes courses Admission, the capacity of new students, and new student selection process, analyze subjects, draw up an annual program, the semester program, syllabus and Learning Program Plan. All the planning is composed arranged and documented. Implementation tailored to the student management plan that is prepared, either in relation to new admissions and student activities. Supervision of student management based on the management system, which is seeking any activities that have been planned, implemented and good supervision. Principals and teachers to supervise the implementation of student management. Both principals and teachers implement the roles and responsibilities based on the duties and functions for the management of student success. Activities and aspects of the management of student assessment based on the plans drawn up. The evaluation is done to see success and improve the activities that have been implemented.Keywords: Student Management, Islamic State Junior High SchoolAbstrak: Penerapan manajemen kesiswaan pada lembaga pendidikan merupakan salah satu keharusan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Kurangnya sarana dan prasarana sekolah menjadi kendala yang utama dalam mengefektifkan manajemen kesiswaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, dan evaluasi program manajemen kesiswaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data: observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa MTsN Cot Gue. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: perencanaan manajemen kesiswaan disusun oleh kepala sekolah bersama wakil kepala bidang kesiswaan meliputi program Penerimaan Siswa Baru, daya tampung siswa baru, dan proses seleksi siswa baru. Semua perencanaan tersusun disusun dan terdokumentasi. Pelaksanaan manajemen kesiswaan disesuaikan dengan perencanaan yang disusun, baik menyangkut dengan penerimaan siswa baru maupun kegiatan-kegiatan kesiswaan. Pengawasan manajemen kesiswaan berpedoman pada sistem manajemen, yaitu mengupayakan setiap kegiatan yang telah direncanakan, dilaksanakan dan pengawasan dengan baik. Kepala sekolah dan guru melakukan pengawasan terhadap penerapan manajemen kesiswaan. Baik kepala sekolah maupun guru melaksanakan peran dan tanggungjawabnya berdasarkan tugas pokok dan fungsinya untuk keberhasilan manajemen kesiswaan. Kegiatan dan aspek penilaian manajemen kesiswaan berpedoman pada rencana yang disusun.                 <text>Abstract: This study aims to determine the understanding, implementation, and constraints faced by the teacher of Vocational High School State 1 Lhokseumawe in the implementation of the educational unit level curriculum. To achieve these objectives, this study uses descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The procedure of data analysis is data reduction, data display, and verification. While the subject of research is the principal, vice principal areas of curriculum and instruction, and teacher. The results showed that:(1) Teacher’s understanding of the educational unit level curriculum has been positive and keep up with the needs of learners with attention to the weaknesses of the development of science, technology, and art as a whole and sustainable; (2) Implementation of educational unit level curriculum is done by adjusting the curriculum with lesson plans grains so that the delivery of teaching materials has alignment with the time and abilities of students; and (3) Constraints teachers in the implementation of educational unit level curriculum, among others: (a) lack of educational facilities and infrastructure that support the application for the establishment of educational unit level curriculum perfectly, (b) lack of awareness of the teacher in preparing learning materials before the learning takes place, (c) the lack of allocation of time in learning process, and (d) the lack of teacher supervision in controlling the achievement of student learning outcomes in the classroom and in the school environment development.Keywords: Professionalism, Teacher, and Educational Unit Level Curriculum.Abstrak: Peneli­tian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman, implementasi, dan kendala yang dihadapi guru SMK Negeri 1 Lhokseumawe dalam implementasi KTSP. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Prosedur analisis data adalah reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi. Sedangkan subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum dan pengajaran, dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pemahaman guru terhadap KTSP sudah positif dan mengikuti perkembangan serta kebutuhan peserta didik dengan memperhatikan sisi kelemahan terhadap perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, dan seni secara menyeluruh dan berkesinambungan; (2) Implementasi KTSP dilakukan dengan menyesuaikan butir kurikulum dengan rencana pengajaran sehingga penyampaian materi ajar memiliki keselarasan dengan waktu dan kemampuan siswa; dan (3) Kendala guru dalam implementasi KTSP antara lain: (a) kurangnya sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang mendukung untuk terwujudnya penerapan KTSP dengan sempurna, (b) kurangnya kesadaran guru dalam mempersiapkan materi pembelajaran sebelum pembelajaran berlangsung, (c) kurangnya pengalokasian waktu dalam proses pembelajaran, dan (d) kurangnya pengawasan guru dalam mengontrol hasil pencapaian prestasi belajar siswa di kelas dan perkembangannya di lingkungan sekolah.Kata kunci : Profesionalisme, Guru, dan KTSP</text>
