IC AD9851 is an analog waveform generator to implements the DDS method, , which generates a frequency that can be changed according to the needs of its users.  To generate a digital signal using a PIC 18F4550 microcontroller microcontroller because it has a feature full-speed USB 2.0 to interface with the computer via USB without the need for special drivers to do the communication . Setting the output frequency can be done via the keypad or buttons programmed via computer . But, the disadvantage is prone to degradation due to environmental factors such as ultraviolet radiation, temperature, humidity or rain, and pollution, especially if located in the tropical areas. To overcome these disadvantages, silane materials was added to epoxy resin. This study uses an epoxy resin polymer material made of diglycidyl ether of bisphenol-A (DGEBA) and metaphenylene diamine (MPDA) and silane. Ratio of epoxy resin and silane were 60% and 40% respectively. Dimensions of the test material were 120 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm. The Inclined-Plane Tracking (IPT) method according to standard IEC 587:1984 was used. The NH4Cl and Gresik Industrial and Parangtritis beach contaminants were used in this research to compare it others. The results showed that the test sample with a contact angle 86.18Omore resistant to leakage current and insulation failure, it was indicated by the timing of the discharge in 17.001 s and insulation failure in 17.812 s. When a sample tests more hydrophobic then the leakage current and insulation failure longer to occurs. This equipment functions as a medium size rechargeable battery that is needed to move culinary merchants and coastal fishermen living in area which is not supplied by electrical networks. The equipment consists of solar module mounted onto portable mechanical construction, a 12-V 7.5-Ah lead acid battery and charge controller. Solar module charges the battery through charge controller and then the battery can be discharged to power on electric lamps for lightening culinary wagon or fisherman’s boat at night. Charge controller charges the battery with float charging which is implemented by maintaining 13.5 Volt between battery terminals and limiting the charging current to 1.5 Amperes. Charge controller circuit is based on adjustable linear voltage regulator LM338. The battery is of sealed lead acid type. This type of battery is maintenance free and more hygiene than other types of lead acid battery. In the operation, the heat exchanger requires maintenance, especially when the minor unit is shut down or stop and routine reparation. Maintenance is done by replacing the tubesheet that commonly referred to as bundle retube where there are pipe fritter to be cleaned, which are cutted at the time of maintenance. This maintenance is typically done in manual approach, which is not efficient in terms of time. For a more efficient maintanence, this paper proposes a prototype design to discard these pipes fritter by utilizing image processing method for detecting the edge of the circle and the position of the pipe fritter. Based on the experiments, it has been obtained that the test circle radius that can be captured is at 4 to 10 pixels. The longest time for positioning was 2.41 minutes and the whole process of disposal of this pipeline reaches 47.92 %. However, these aids only served as incubator and sometimes cannot optimize the fermentation process due to the increasing humidity in a closed box. Nevertheless, adding holes to the box will not lead to a better result since unwanted bacterias come into the box. Therefore, a fermentation optimizer aids has been realized with two separate functions, namely fermentation incubator and post-fermentation dryer. This kit works in the temperature ranging from 35 degree C – 120 degree C, and equipped with two exhaust fans to minimize the humidity in both fermentation and dryermodes. The SHT11 was utilized to measure the temperature and relative humidity. A ceramic heater was used to warm up the air inside the box as desired by users. As the user interface, keypad and character LCD were used. ArduinoMega2560 serves as the main controller of the whole system.
