This system uses Light Dependent Sensor (LDR) that can detect the vehicles when there is no light stimulus. Light Dependent Sensor is used as a switch in the circuit. When the light on the sensor is blocked, it provides a response to microcontroller to turn on and turn off the timer, and to run the counter. Theoretically, the condition of traffic flow, such as traffic jams, can be indicated on the vehicle speed and density. The speed and density data were processed by microcontroller using C programming for RISC AVR (Alf and Vegard’s RISC) processor. Timing data obtained from the timer and counter were computed by applying arithmetic process to describe the traffic condition. Kinematics theory was applied to find the speedy by multiplying the distance between the sensors which was determined when the vehicles passing the sensors. This system is able to detect congestion at a road if the speed is lower and the density is higher than the setup values. Stator part of the motor has a pair of salient pole per phase and rotor part has 8 teeth. Stator windings are wound around stator salient poles, while rotor part has no windings. Simulation process is started by the work to derive rotor motion equation based on stepper motor construction data using energy in coupling field method, then the equation is simulated using MATLAB/Simulink program. Robust fingerprint image matching under a variety of different image capture conditions is difficult to achieve, because of changes in finger pressure, variation of the angle, etc. Fingerprint matching is very important for the development of fingerprint system recognition that is sensitive to finger pressure. This paper proposes a fingerprint matching algorithm that enables the so-called fingerprint template (extracted specific part (region of interest (ROI)) of a person’s fingerprints to be matched to the different fingerprint of the same person or different people taken on different time, angle and a different finger pressure using normalized cross-correlation (NCC). Pada penelitian ini akan dibuat alat ukur kadar air dalam biji kakao dengan metode penusukan wadah atau karung yang berisi biji kakao dengan garpu untuk mengukur resistansinya. Garpu merupakan sensor resistif yang nilainya berubah bergantung dari kadar air biji kakao. Dengan rangkaian inverting amplifier perubahan resistans diubah menjadi tegangan.Tegangan output inverting amplifier dibaca oleh ADC mikrokontroler Atmega-8, yang kemudian diolah dan ditampilkan pada LCD.
