When the intensity of sun light increases, the interrupt pin will activate the system, otherwise the system is in a state of sleep-mode. The electrical energy consumption of the data logger is continuously observed and recorded on an external memory (SD card) in real-time as so the 24 hours energy consumption can be known and the long-term-used energy can be predicted. Based on the results of measurements and calculations it is known that it takes energy of 8.23 Wh to turn the data logger for 24hours. Hybrid Optimization Model for Electric Renewables (HOMER) serves to design a micropower systems and to facilitate the comparison between some of power generation technologies. Researcher models the power system based on the physical behavior and overall cost, which are the total cost of installation and operation of the system during operation of the system. HOMER allows researcher to compare various forms of system designs technically and economically. This research was conducted in the village of Lombongo, District Suwawa, in Bone-Bolango Gorontalo. Some of the modeling results showed that the combination of micro-hydro and solar power have the most favorable economic value if operated over 25 years with a Net Present Cost (NPC) is US$ -369,087.00 and a Level Cost of Energy (LCOE) of -0.106 US$/kWh below the level energy costs of PLN at 0.116 US$/kWh in whch made this hybrid plant is very competitive. The hybrid plant has micro-hydro generating capacity of 58,9 kW with annual production of 657,384 kW, while solar power plant with a production capacity of 15,7 kW per year 20.091 kW. One solution for the recovery is by implementing a mobile Base Transceiver Station (BTS), which can be installed easily. In this work, an analysis of Arrow type Combat mobile BTS is conducted in the area of Terbanggi Agung, Central Lampung. The performance measurement and data analysis are performed on the three sectors of the cell coverage. The Received Total Wideband Power (RTWP), Call Completion Success Rate-Packet Switched (CCSR-PS) and Call Completion Success RateCircuit Switched (CCSR-CS) are taken at regular intervals (per hour for 24 hours), based on the standard Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU). The results showed that the average value of RTWP on each sector is 105 dB, while the value of CCSR-PS and CCSR-CS are above 95%. Moreover, the measured value of RTWP are less than the standard, which is assumed due to interference from neighbour BTS uplink frequency, despite the possibility of interference was small. The MU that has six degrees of freedom consists of three accelerometer sensors and three gyroscope sensors, each placed on three axes (x, y, and z) and orthogonal to each other. Vehicle monitoring systems that exist at present only provide information on the vehicle at two degrees of freedom (X and Y), so that the rotation of the vehicle is unknown. To be able to find the vehicle as a whole, namely the six degrees of freedom consisting of three position data and three rotation data, it would require an IMU with six degrees of freedom, namely by using the accelerometer and gyroscope sensor mounted on all three axes. In the research has been conducted design IMU sensors as the vehicle monitoring system with six degrees of freedom, so that can know the condition of the vehicle in six degrees of freedom, namely the position x, y, and z and rotation in three axes (roll, pitch, and yaw). IMU system uses an antenna transceiver for data transmission medium. We did the tests of IMU sensors in the initial output, motion response, and testing of navigation. Tests performed on laboratory scale to perform the calibration of the IMU sensor and then performed field tests using a motor vehicle. In laboratory-scale testing is not required transmitter and receiver antennas. Based on the results of the research shown the measurements of the attitude angle 90o with the axis of the rotary axis x, axis y, z axis with 7 variations of the test result in an average MSE of 2.277o x-axis, y axis of 2.519o, z-axis of 3.334o respectively and the measurement to the distance of 30 cm for 7 variations f testing resulted in an average MSE of 2.659 cm for the x-axis, 3.995 cm for the y-axis, and 2.142 cm for the z axis.
