Low electrical power supply as compared to the need causes lack of supply. Thus, new alternative electrical energy resource such as micro hydro is required. Micro hydro plant is an electrical power generators that uses water to rotate the turbine. This research designs a monitoring system for micro hydro plant. The monitored micro hydro plant employs water turbine that is constructed using bicycle pedal and a water pipe installed on the pedal . The pipe flows the water to energize the turbine. Turbine rotation will generate electricity. The amount of power resulted by generators depends on the number of turbine rotation. The power is used to turn on the lamp. Some sensors are used to monitor generator performance. Current, voltage, and rotation sensors are used to monitor the resulted current, voltage, the turbine rotation respectively. The output power is stored in the battery. The micro Arduino and the ethernet shield capture the monitored data and send it to the computers using Wi-Fi connection. Measurement results show that the output voltage produced by the generator is 10 Volts when the water volume is high. Finally, it is found that the micro hydro generator is able to supply 5 Watts to the load. Automatic lisence plate recognition systems (ALPRS) based on those technologies are not exceptions. In general, the ALPRSs required several steps including image capturing, plate location searching, character segmentation and character recognition. Successful of the whole systems depended heavily on the used segmentation method. A common drawback of many segmentation techniques is that they are very sensitive to illumination variability. The paper proposed a method for license plate recognition based on correlation of phase componenet with limited bandwidth. The method is widely known as band-limited phase only correlation (BLPOC). Untuk menjangkau masyarakat pendengar sebagai konsumen yang ditargetkan, kualitas penerimaan siaran menjadi hal yang sangat krusial. Daya pancar dan propagasi dari pemancar dapat mempengaruhi teknis kualitas layanan pada penerima. Masalah kualitas ini menjadi obyek yang dikaji dan pendekatan yang dilakukan untuk mendapatkan hasil, dilakukan pengukuran lapangan dengan menggunakan instrumen spectrum analyzer dan ditambah GPS sebagai penentu keakuratan lokasi pengukuran. Lima radio pemcancar swasta di kota Banda Aceh yang beroperasi pada frekuensi kerja 98,5 MHz hingga 103,6 MHz menjadi obyek penelitian dan akan dievaluasi. Hasil pengukuran lapangan didapati bahwa semua stasiun radio FM yang dievaluasi memenuhi standar kuat medan minimum yang diperbolehkan (Eμ) sesuai standar untuk kategori daerah rural, 54 dBμV/m  dan daerah urban, 66 dBμV/m. Hasil lain juga tidak ditemukan interferensi frekuensi dan semua stasiun masih dalam batas toleransi deviasi frekuensi kerja yang diizinkan. IC AD9851 is an analog waveform generator to implement the DDS method, which generates a frequency that can be changed according to the needs of its users. The digital signal is generated using a PIC 18F4550 microcontroller that has a full-speed USB 2.0 feature to interface with the computer via USB without the need of special drivers to do the communication. Setting of the output frequency can be done via the keypad or buttons programmed via computer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan JPCAP Library dalam perancangan dan pembuatan aplikasi monitoring paket data sehingga didapatkan sebuah aplikasi open-source dan free sebagai alternatif untuk digunakan dalam pemantauan paket data dalam jaringan komputer. Dari penelitian didapatkan bahwa aplikasi menggunakan JPCAP Libarary dapat digunakan untuk memantau adanya paket-paket yang melalui network interface.
