Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2013-12-31 Description An account of the resource Telenomus sp. is one of the most important biological control agents for several Hemipterous and Lepidopterous  insects.  This study was performed to determine the effect of host diets on host preference and host suitability in Telenomus parasitoid.    In this research, the hosts (Nezara viridula) was reared on the different diets, i.e. Vigna sinensis, Phaseolus vulgaris, and Indigofera suffruticosa.  The result of this experiment showed that the parasitization level of Telenomus sp was not affected by host diets.  However, host diets affected on the percentage of the parasitoid offspring. The percentage offspring was 96%, 81% and 44% from host fed on I. suffruticosa, V. sinensis,and P. vulgaris, respectively. The offspring for all of treatments was biased to female (more than 70%), however it was not affected by host diets. The white rats use 24 tails and devided into 4 groups with each group replicates 6 times. There are A0 as control which give with aquadest, A1 give with ethanol extract of Premna pubescens leaves, A2 give with ethanol extract of Premna pubescens leaves and Sheep Red Blood Cells (SRBC), and A3 give with SRBC only. White Wistar rats aged 3 months with body weight 100-300 grams. Aquadest and ethanol extracts of Premna pubescens given orally every day and SRBC given by injections on the 8th and 15th day . The rats blood taken by decapitation on 31th day. Measurements antibody titer of the rat as humoral immunity used hemagglutination method using a V microplate 96. The results were analyzed statistically with ANOVA. The result showed that the antibody titer at A2 increased significantly , where t (65,78) > t table (4,94). This suggests that the ethanol extract of Premna pubescens leaves influence the humoral imunnity of Wistar strains rats using SRBC, The result of body weight statistically, tcount 0.23 < ttable 3.10. It means that ethanol extract of Premna pubescens leaves did not influence the body weigh. An information system especially a database is designed with a high data availability. One of the database systems is MySQL cluster. Sometimes, its performance decreased because of the system’s incapablity to handle the data. To overcome this problem, the research of load balancing systems for MySQL cluster is needed. This research is intended to analyze the effect of load balancing clustering methods on MySQL cluster which by default has been set as failover clustering. The analysis is done through data collection and database transactions test to get the number of Transactions per second (TPS) and response time parameter using SysBench. The test is divided into two main scenarios, the simple and complex-mode that running on 4 computers. The tests were conducted by giving workloads from 8 up to 128 threads respectively to the server through a client on default conditions and load balancing. The test results showed the number of TPS at MySQL cluster default is 536.61. In contrast, number of TPS at load balancing is better at 2261.22. Likewise, the response time at MySQL cluster load balancing is 147.55 ms faster than that of the default one at 335.00 ms. At first, the image is transformed into frequency domain with Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT), and then DCT coefficients are scanned in zigzag, and elements of the low-frequency sub-band are extracted. Encryption is performed only on selected elements by scrambling them using 2D chaos map, namely Arnold Cat Map. Next, IDCT is applied to obtain the encrypted image. The encryption algorithm is included in lossy encryption. Experiments on both grayscale images and color images show that the images can be encrypted succesfully. Histograms of the encrypted images differ significantly from histogram of the original images, and the pixels in the encrypted images are not longer correlated. PLN P3B Aceh 150-20 kV by using Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) method. The toolbox used to predict short-term electric load in this research is by using MATLAB software R2007b and Microsoft Excel 2007. ANFIS structure is trained using ANFIS Sugeno models, three types of membership functions with three and four fuzzy sets for each type of membership function. ANFIS structure is trained using a hybrid algorithm. From the simulation results obtained that the structure of the input membership functions of ANFIS 3 gbell with three fuzzy sets as the ideal structure. Further results of ANFIS estimation compared with the moving average method. From the simulation results is shown that ANFIS models generate MAPE 3.42%, while the forecasts using the moving average method generate MAPE 6.58%. Proofing process requires a stable temperature to ensure that the dough is well rising. The purpose of this research is to make a proofing machine that uses DHT11 as a temperature sensor. Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) controller is implemented to guarantee that the machine remains at the temperature of 350Celcius, in which the fermentation process would success. PID control has been implemented in fluorescent lamp which been set its dim light to generate heat until it reach a predetermined set point value. The temperature was monitored using LCD and set to remain stable with the help of fan. The proofing process will last for 15 minutes which ended by the sound of the buzzer.
