<text>AbstractThe purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of an iso-intense continuous and intermittent training program on maximum aerobic capacity ( O2 max) and other anthopometric profiles, like, body mass index (BMI) and fat mass of sedentary males. 24 healthy sedentary males of 21.8±3.7years participated in this study. They were divided into 3 groups, like, control group (n=9), continuous training group (n=7) and intermittent training group (n=8). Exercise group performed the training 3 days per week up to 12 week. The study was approved by ethical committee of the UniversitiSains Malaysia, KubangKerian, Kelantan, Malaysia. O2 max of each individual was determined following a graded exercise protocol to exhaustion, on an Excalibur Lode Cycle ergometer. For continuous exercise, subjects cycledat 60% of individual O2 max for 45 minute on an ergometer. In intermittent training, the subjects cycled at 45% of individual O2 max for 10 min followed by 5 min rest and then at 75% of individual O2 max for 10 min followed by 5 min rest. This repetition continued until 45 min. Both the training programme were madeiso-intense. The relative O2max of both the continuous and intermittent training groups improved significantly, but the degree of improvement was more in intermittent training programme. No improvement was observed in BMI. Regular physical activity is a part of healthy lifestyle that is known to reduce risk of cardiovascular disease. Hence, in conclusion, our study indicated a beneficial effect of exercise training in improving the cardiorespiratory fitness ( O2 max), through continuous and intermittent training programme.</text>

<text>The research has been carried out in the laboratory scale to create and assess the ability of membrane cellulose from nata. Nata was produced from coconut-water and nira aren with a ratio 100%: 0%, 0%:100% and 50%:50%, which fermented with the addition of sugar and without the addition of sugar. Acetobacter xylinumwas added in medium as starter. The fermentation process was be done at 5, 7 9 days. The objective of this research was to study the influence of membrane cellulose as filter for Pliek U oil. Pliek U oil was filtered through membrane cellulose. Pliek U oil which was resulted have a good quality than before. Where membrane cellulosehas been able to reduce Free Fatty Acid (FFA), the results showed that the use of membrane cellulose from nata significantly reducesFree Fatty Acid (FFA). The membrane cellulose from coconut-water and nira aren without the addition of sugarat 9 days was reduced Free Fatty Acid from 2,43 % to 1,2%. But for density and index bias of Pliek U oil does not reduced with using membrane cellulose</text>

The optimized parameters obtained were 3-4mm of PLBs precultured in 0.2M sucrose for 1 day, treated with a mixture of 2M glycerol and 0.4M sucrose supplemented with half strength liquid MS media at 25°C for 20 minutes and subsequently dehydrated with plant vitrification solution 2 (PVS2) at 0°C for 20 minutes prior storage in liquid nitrogen. Following rapid warming in a water bath at 40°C for 90 seconds, PLBs were washed with a half strength liquid MS media supplemented with 1.2M sucrose. Subsequently, PLBs were cultured on half strength semi-solid MS media supplemented with 2% (w/v) sucrose in the absence of growth regulator. The optimized vitrification method was successful in preserving this orchid as it produced growth recovery in cryopreserved PLBs up to 40%. Ascorbic acid was added in the media to evaluate the regeneration process of cryopreserved PLBs. However, growth recovery rate was only 10% at 0.6mM ascorbic acid. RAPD analysis using 6 primers indicated that cryopreserved and non-cryopreserved PLBs from vitrification method were genetically faithful to the mother plant. However, 3 primers showed polymorphism and 1 primers indicated partial polymorphism between the cryopreserved and non-cryopreserved PLBs in comparative to the mother plant.</text>

This research was conducted using a randomized factorial block design consisting of two factors that is moisture content of jatropha seeds (2% and 3%) and amount of hexane that used as a co-solvent (0 ml, 75 ml, 95 ml, 115 ml and 135 ml). The experimental result shows that the highest yieldbiodiesel of 78.72 % obtained at process condition of jatropha seeds moisture content of 2% and amount of hexane of 115 mL. The physico-chemical analysis of biodiesel procured the acid number of 0.35 mg KOH/g, density of 0.89 g/mL and viscosity of 3.04 mm2/ s that meet requirement of Indonesian Nasional StandardNo. 04-7182-2006.</text>

<text>The development of information and communication technology application is growing rapidly. It has motivated the use of mobile devices for various social networking mobile services such as android based multimedia disaster information transmission. Disaster multimedia information is important for quick response and recovery phases of the disaster management. In previous work, an online disaster information system based on location (we called it ASIKonLBS) has been proposed. However, it was only providing the coordinate information of the disaster location by using short message service (SMS) gateway and global positioning system (GPS). In this paper, we propose the design of prototype for online disaster multimedia data transmission based on android. Such that, the ASIKonLBSv2 can provide not only the information of the location, but also the situation of the disaster area including news, picture, and video. The research method refers to a spiral model that begins with conceptual design, prototype development and evaluation. The result shows that the designed prototype can be implemented for online disaster multimedia data transmission (news, photo and video) using Android Developer Tools. Furthermore, the prototype can be installed in the android-based smartphone and map the disaster multimedia data onto the web of ASIKonLBS. Therefore, the proposed prototype is useful for the disaster agencies and practitioners in order to give the first aid for the victim in the disaster area</text>

This factorial experiment of research was carried out 3 replication and in the form of the randomize complete blocks design. Cultivars factor were placed in the blocks at 3 levels including M7, M9, and Gorgan3 and density factors at 3 levels including plant were placed on 3, 5, 7 (cm) intra rows spacing in the blocks. The results showed that with increasing density, number of node per plant, number of pod per plant, number of grain per plant and numbers of branches were decreased. The most number of pod per plant and 100 grain weight was observed at the M7 cultiva. The highest number of branches relate to7cm intra rows spacing and the M7 cultivar had highest yield on 3 cm intra row spacing</text>

<text>The progressive depletion of fossil fuels has been causing increasing concern on rising energy consumption and environmental issues, such as greenhouse gas emission (GHG) and global warming. Due to low productivity of oil-palm tree after 20 - 25 years, the trees passed their economic age followed by the cutting-activity for replanting. Consequently, the old oil-palm trunks are one of the most abundantly available renewable resources produced, especially by Indonesia and Malaysia. We found that the felled oil palm trunk contains large quantity of sap with high concentration of free sugar contents. The oil-palm trunk residues which are the residual substances after squeezing sap will be discharged in large quantity. Composition analysis revealed that oil-palm residues mainly consisted of 73.12% holocellulose (cellulose and hemicellulose) and 24.6% of lignin. We tried the screening of filamentous fungus which can produce high-activity enzyme against oil-palm trunk residues as feedstock of bioethanol production.  A filamentous fungus, which is Penicillium rolfsii with strong activity against oil-palm trunk residues was selected for saccharification experimental study. The result showed that higher amount of sugar production was achieved comparing to the commercial enzymes (Celluclast 1.5L and Accellerase®1500) on hydrolysis of oil palm residues, which is 1 to 2-fold of higher activity. Hence, Penicillium rolfsii have attracted a great deal of interest as oil-palm residues degrader due to their superiority activity against commercial enzymes.</text>

This system identification consisted of construction related Causal Loop Diagram and Input-Output Diagram. It was foundthat system approach was an effective tool in identifying an complicated system. It could provide a set of holistic information necessary for solving such intricate problem systematically. The study conclude that beside favorableincentives created by the Government, accurate information along with a synergetic network among the actors involved were the key elements to develop small scale fisheries. Accurate information were needed on business forsmall scale fisheries and industrial capacity on the effectiveness of suitable fisheries and also for the processing technology, on the quality and quantity of accessible raw materials could be on the proper product prices and finallyon the appropriateness of labor wages. The system development should also explore a control subsystem to repress trade monopoly practices, diminution in product quality, excessive payment transaction and damage of theenvironment.</text>

The aim of this research is to determine the optimum allocation unit arrest in the utilization of small pelagic fish in the Kei Island waters. An instrument grap used for catching small pelagic fish in the waters Kei Island is a lift net, purse seine, drift gill net and encircling gill net. A method of collecting data covering data resources fish, fuel, perational cost labor, the number of units arrest, and tracing of references pertaining to an object research. Analysis of data using linear goal programming ( LGP ) to provide information is important in allocating a unit of catching small pelagic fishoptimally, and that is how allocation grap, optimal an instrument used how big achievement the purpose of which is willed according to the target, and just how much resources be used in achieving its goal. A kind of small pelagic fish widely distributed in Kei Island waters is Decapterus sp., Rastrelliger sp., Selaroides spp., Sardinela sp., Clupea s.p and Stolephorus sp. The result of this research is optimum allocation unit catching small pelagic fish in the Kei Island waters for the implementation of allocation technology usually in the utilization of resources fish</text>

<text>The objective of the present case report was to improve knowledge in the management of pregnancy and delivery with Graves’ disease in 32-34 weeks of pregnancy. Primigravida with Graves’ disease was detected at 28 weeks gestational age in patients Mrs. H, 26 years old came with complaints : shortness of breath, leg sweeling, a lump in the neck, the eyes stood out, finger tremors, can not stand the heat, often sweaty, the hearts was tachycardia, increased appetite but weight doesn’t increase and even decreased 8 kg since last five years ago.  Patients had a history of goitre since five years ago, with an irregular treatment. Pregnancy can be maintained after being treated in Departement of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and routinely controlled to assess fetal wellbeing. At 32-34 weeks of gestational age, the pregnancy was terminated by caesarean section, born baby boy, 1930 gr, Apgar Score 8/9. Mother was in good condition after caesarean section. Baby was dead in six days after birth with respiratory distress syndrome DD/ pneumonia aspiration. Hyperthyroidism which not handled will have a serious complications, but if properly handled and monitored, maybe the results of maternal and fetal outcomes expected good. Antepartum fetal assessment include fetal heart rate, the amount of amniotic fluid can be a parameter for pregnancy termination planning. The results of poor outcomes are things that must be observed that Graves’ disease in pregnancy have a risk of neonatal mortality</text>
