                <text>Abstract: Physical education is education that uses motion media to achieve the goal of physical education. Based on the observation of high school (SMA) State 6 Banda Aceh can be drawn that the implementation of the teaching of physical education subject development activities have not reached mastery. The purpose of this study to determine the application of media using balls, cardboard and rope to mastery learning class X student development activities SMA 6 Banda Aceh. This research is action research as for the instruments used to collect observation data format. Data were analyzed by tabulating the results of observations, see mastery learning in accordance with the plans and objectives of this study based on the results of this study concluded that the application of basic instructional media development activities to complete the learning in class X SMA 6 city of Banda Aceh, the first cycle develops implement media such as ball strength, speed rope and cardboard mengembangkan to develop agility to the completeness 86.66% were 26 people who completed the second cycle while still using the ball, cardboard and rope with the changing pattern of play then increased to 100%. Mastery consists of Fitness, active, creative / intellectual, basic movement, social, happy, emotional / of mental.Keywords: Media and Development Activities.Abstrak: Pendidikan jasmani adalah pendidikan yang menggunakan media gerak untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan jasmani. Berdasarkan hasil observasi Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Negeri 6 Banda Aceh dapat digambarkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani pokok bahasan aktivitas pengembangan belum mencapai ketuntasan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan media menggunakan bola, kardus dan tali untuk ketuntasan pembelajaran aktivitas pengembangan siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 6 Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian tindakan adapun instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data ini format observasi. Data yang dianalisis dengan mentabulasi hasil pengamatan, melihat ketuntasan pembelajaran sesuai dengan perencanaan dan tujuan penelitian ini berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan media pembelajaran pokok aktivitas pengembangan dapat menuntaskan pembelajaran pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 6 Kota Banda Aceh siklus pertama menerapkan media seperti bola mengembangkan kekuatan, tali mengembangkan kecepatan dan kardus untuk mengembangkan kelincahan dengan ketuntasan 86.66% sebanyak 26 orang yang tuntas sedangkan siklus kedua masih menggunakan bola, kardus dan tali dengan merubah pola bermain maka naik menjadi 100%. Ketuntasan terdiri dari Kebugaran, keaktifan, kreatif/intelektual, gerak dasar, sosial, gembira, emosional/mental.Kata Kunci: Media, dan Aktivitas Pengembangan. </text>

                <text>Abstract: Children’s moral behavior is influenced by formal and non-formal education. The system of education is also influenced by educational policy. Formulation, implementation of educational policy needs to be evaluated for being appropriate to the objective of education. This research aimed to find out the implementation of educational policy, which included: 1) Program of family education, 2) Implementation of educational policy, and 3) Educational obstacles for improving children’s moral behavior in Aceh Tengah District. The research used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through interview, documentation and observation. The subjects of research were Head of Education Ministry in Aceh Tengah District and society figure. From the research results, it was found that there was no one of government policy which was established into regional government regulations (qanun) about children’s moral education, and many family education programs were still run based on parents experience by generation to generation. For children’s moral education out of school time, a regional government issued appeals of reading Al Quran after magrib and activating communal Quran reading. The obstacles of family education in Aceh Tengah were that unequal parental education and weak economy so that children’s development was given over to education institutions. There were no programmed, detailed socialization and society mapping,and the role of society in educating a generation had already been decreased since it was oriented materials. It is recommended that a program of family education about children’s moral should be formulated to be a regional policy by involving all stakeholders. Keywords: Educational policy and family education                          Abstrak: Perilaku moral anak dipengaruhi oleh pendidikan formal dan non formal. Sistem pendidikan juga dipengaruhi oleh kebijakan pendidikan. Perumusan, implementasi kebijakan pendidikan perlu dievaluasi agar sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kebijakan pendidikan keluarga dalam memantapkan perilaku anak di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah, mencakup, 1) Program pendidikan keluarga, 2) Pelaksanaan kebijakan pendidikan, dan 3) Hambatan-hambatan pendidikan dalam memantapkan prilaku moral anak di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan tekhnik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Subjek penelitiannya adalah Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Aceh Tengah dan tokoh masyarakat. Hasil penelitian, ditemukan belum adanya satupun kebijakan pemerintah yang ditetapkan ke dalam peraturan pemerintah daerah (qanun) untuk pendidikan moral anak, program pendidikan keluarga masih banyak dijalankan berdasarkan pengalaman orang tua secara turun temurun. Pendidikan moral anak di luar jam sekolah, pemerintah daerah mengeluarkan himbauan mengaji ba’da magrib dan mengaktifkan pengajian-pengajian. Hambatan pendidikan keluarga di Aceh Tengah yaitu tidak meratanya pendidikan orang tua, ekonomi lemah, sehingga perkembangan anak  diserahkan kepada lembaga pendidikan. Sosialisasi dan pemetaan masyarakat yang rinci dan terprogram belum ada, peran masyarakat dalam mendidik generasi sudah mulai berkurang karena berorientasi pada materi. Perlu direkomendasikan, program pendidikan keluarga tentang moral anak harus dirumuskan menjadi kebijakan daerah dengan melibatkan seluruh stakeholder. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan keluarga dan kebijakan pendidikan</text>

                <text>Abstract: Implementation of School-based management (SBM) is one attempt to raise the quality of education in an effective and productive. A good financial management as one of the MBS can expedite the implementation of the learning process. This study aims to reveal and analyze the financial management of SD Negeri 4 Banda Aceh. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used interviews and documentation studies. Subjects in this study were school principals, representatives, committees and four elementary school teachers Banda Aceh. The research results showed that the Planning financing in SD Negeri 4 Banda Aceh compiled based on plan school development and it’s part of operationalplans the annual. Financing plan in the SD Negeri 4 Banda Aceh include budgeting for competency development activities, curriculum development, development of the learning process, educators and educational staff development, school facilities and infrastructure development, development and implementation of school management, development and excavating the source of funds for education, and development and systematic assessment implementation. The preparation of financial planning was based on the composition of a very urgent priority and precedence in its budget each year. Implementation or use of a series of events beginning with the budget and approval to ensure that funds are spent as planned, carried out by utilizing the available resources, and funds not spent for activities that are not approvedor provided to the receiving party without consent. Evaluation is done every quarter or per semester. Funds are used properly accountable to the sources of funds by the city, province, central although parents / guardians and the community.Keywords: School-Based Management, Manage Financing</text>

                <text>Abstract: The strategy of school committee is one factor of the success of educational program that includes the knowledge and motivation in improving the education quality. This study aimed to find out what the program of school committee, the strategy/approach used by the school committee, and the obstacle faced by the school committee in improving the education quality. This study used qualitative approach with descriptive method. Techniques of data collection used were observation, interview, and documentation study. Subjects of this study were chairperson of school committee, principal, and teachers. The results of the study showed that: (1) the programs of school committee in improving the education quality included regular meeting of school committee for each semester, participating to approve the School Activity and Budget Plans (RKAS)/School Budget (RAPBS), giving suggestion and recommendation to local government to improve the quality of educational services based on the school’s need. However, the implementation of these programs was not effective yet. (2) The strategies of school committee in improving the education quality were regular meeting with school community at the end of each semester, together with the school, formulating vision and mission of school, formulating RKAS and RAPBS, and developing the potential to better prospect. (3) The obstacle faced by school committee in improving the education quality was the lack of communication between school and school committee because of the lack of time had by school committee, so that the programs of school committee became less effective.Keywords: Strategy, Education Quality, and School CommitteeAbstrak: Strategi komite sekolah merupakan salah satu faktor keberhasilan program pendidikan yang meliputi pengetahuan dan motivasi dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana program komite sekolah, strategi/pendekatan komite sekolah dan kendala komite sekolah dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah komite sekolah, kepala sekolah dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Program komite sekolah dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan meliputi: rapat rutin komite sekolah setiap semester, ikut mensahkan RKAS/RAPBS, Menyampaikan usulan dan rekomendasi kepada pemerintah daerah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pendidikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan sekolah, namun dalam pelaksanaannya belum efektif (2) Strategi komite sekolah dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan melalui kegiatan diantaranya: Rapat rutin dengan warga sekolah pada setiap akhir semester, Bersama-sama sekolah membuat rumusan visi dan misi sekolah, menyusun RKAS dan RAPBS serta mengembangkan potensi kearah yang lebih baik, (3) Kendala komite sekolah dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan adalah kurangnya komunikasi antara sekolah dengan komite sekolah karena kurangnya waktu yang dimiliki oleh komite sekolah, sehingga program komite sekolah menjadi kurang efektif.Kata Kunci: Strategi, Mutu Pendidikan, dan Komite Sekolah</text>

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Prosedur analisis data adalah reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi.Sedangkan subjek penelitian adalahkepala dinas, kepala bidang, kepala seksi, kepala sub bagian, sekretaris, dan karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Proses pembuatan program dilakukan melalui pendekatan need assessment, pencapaian tujuan, prioritas dan kebijakan, rumusan program dan pelaksanaan kegiatan operasional, uji kelayakan program; (2) Implementasi program dilakukan melalui: (a) sosialisasi program dilaksanakan dengan memperkenalkan sejumlah kegiatan dengan melibatkan seluruh Kepala Dinas Pendidikan, Pemuda, dan Olahraga Kabupaten/Kota, (b) sumber daya yang terlibat dilakukan dengan menempatkan sejumlah individu yang berkompeten dan bertanggungjawab untuk mewujudkan visi dan misi organisasi, (c) analisis SWOT dilakukan dengan menganalisis fungsi untuk mencapai sasaran internal dan eksternal; dan (3) Evaluasi program dilakukan dengan mendayagunakan sumber daya pendidikan yang tersedia di sekolah dengan optimal dan tepat sasaran, sedangkan tindak lanjut program dilakukan dengan pembenahan sejumlah personil tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dalam struktur organisasi sekolah yang akan berdampak pada peningkatan mutu tenaga pendidik.Kata kunci:Perencanaan Kerja, Pendidikan, dan Mutu Pendidikan </text>

                <text>Abstract: Teacher empowerment is an effective strategy to produce professional teachers in islands area. This study aimed to obtain about the effectiveness of teacher empowerment in excellent schools of Sabang City. This study used qualitative approach and descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation study. Subjects of the study were principals, school committees, head of education agency, and local government. The data was analysed through data reduction, display, decision taking, and verification. The results of the study showed that: (1) teacher empowerment in excellent schools in Sabang City was prepared based on need assessment, ability to solve teacher’s problems in the field, and stakeholders’ support, (2) the implementation of teacher empowerment in excellent schools of Sabang City has met the criteria of the implementation of an activity and it has implemented various strategies, (3) the local government and all related parties in the development of excellent schools in Sabang City had a high commitment to improve the education quality in Sabang City, and (4) teacher empowerment system implemented was the system that has been existed in the schools such as providing training, activating teacher professional development networks (MGMP), conducting effective learning supervision, giving opportunity for teachers to obtain a higher education and supporting teachers to participate in scientific meetings.Keywords: Teacher Empowerment and Excellent SchoolsAbstrak: Pemberdayaan guru merupakan salah satu strategi yang efektif untuk menciptakan guru profesional pada sekolah unggul, khususnya di wilayah kepulauan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pemberdayaan guru pada sekolah unggul di Kota Sabang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah pengawas, kepala sekolah, komite sekolah, kepala Dinas Pendidikan dan pemerintah daerah. Data dianalisis dengan cara mereduksi, display, mengambil kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Program pemberdayaan guru disusun berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan (need asesment) sekolah dengan melibatkan seluruh unsur terkait dan pakar pendidikan. Program yang direncanakan meliputi merekrut guru dengan cara memutasikan guru yang berprestasi ke sekolah unggul, peningkatan kompetensi guru dan memberdayakan guru yang sudah berada di sekolah unggul. (2) Pelaksanaan program pemberdayaan guru dilakukan secara efektif, transparan, dan akuntabilitas. Setiap guru diberikan deskripsi tugas untuk dijadikan sebagai pedoman dalam melaksanakan tugasnya serta diberikan motivasi secara terus menerus untuk meningkatkan kompetensinya. (3) Pemerintah Kota Sabang memiliki komitmen untuk pengembangan sekolah unggul dengan memberikan dukungan berupa moral, kebijakan, finansial serta memenuhi fasilitas, baik sarana maupun prasarana. (4) Sistem pemberdayaan guru yang diterapkan adalah memberdayakan guru yang sudah ada pada sekolah unggul dengan cara memerikan pelatihan, mengaktifkan MGMP, mengefektifkan supervisi pengajaran, memberi kesempatan bagi guru yang ingin melanjutkan pendidikan dan mendorong guru untuk mengikuti pertemuan-pertemuan ilmiah.Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan Guru dan Sekolah Unggul</text>

                <text>Abstract: Success or failure of education and learning in school is influenced by the ability of principals to manage every component of the school. In his capacity as the leader of the principal obligation to improve the performance of teachers, especially in implementing an effective learning process. The purpose of this study to determine: the principal's managerial ability in the preparation of the teacher's performance improvement program, the managerial ability of the principal in the implementation of the program to improve teacher performance, and barriers encountered principals in improving teacher performance in MIN Rukoh Banda Aceh. The study used descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Subjects were principals and teachers. The results showed that; 1) Preparation of a teacher's performance improvement program carried out at the end of each school year that include intra and extra-curricular activities, school facilities and infrastructure improvements, preparing administrative / learning tool by teachers and others as deemed necessary, including the need for the funds necessary to support learning activities teaching; 2) In the exercise program to improve teacher performance principals apply democratic leadership style. Facing the teachers are usually the principal the principal exchange ideas with teachers so finding an effective way to improve teacher kinetrja teachers in the development of the learning process; and 3) the principal obstacle encountered in improving the performance of teachers, among others, the lack of availability of funds for teacher training outside office hours, there is still a small proportion of teachers are not active and have not been able to induce the result of upgrading to his friend. A small percentage of teachers who have not been able to in the mastery of the foundation of education, so that the impact on performance in implementing the learning.Keywords: Managerial Principal and Teacher PerformanceAbstrak: Sukses tidaknya pendidikan dan pembelajaran di sekolah sangat dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan kepala sekolah dalam mengelola setiap komponen sekolah. Dalam kapasitasnya sebagai pemimpin kepala sekolah berkewajiban untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru khususnya dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran yang efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dalam penyusunan program peningkatan kinerja guru, kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dalam pelaksanaan program peningkatan kinerja guru, dan hambatan-hambatan yang ditemui kepala sekolah dalam peningkatan kinerja guru pada MIN Rukoh Banda Aceh. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik  pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan guru-guru. Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Penyusunan program peningkatan kinerja guru dilakukan pada setiap akhir tahun pelajaran yang meliputi kegiatan intra dan ekstrakurikuler, perbaikan sarana dan prasarana sekolah, menyusun administrasi/perangkat pembelajaran oleh guru dan lain-lain yang dianggap perlu, termasuk kebutuhan dana yang diperlukan untuk menunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar;  2) Dalam pelaksanaan program peningkatan kinerja guru kepala sekolah menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis. Menghadapi guru-guru biasanya kepala sekolah kepala sekolah bertukar pikiran dengan guru-guru sehingga menemukan satu cara efektif  untuk meningkatkan kinetrja guru guru dalam pengembangan proses pembelajaran; dan 3) Hambatan yang ditemui kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru antara lain kurangnya tersedianya dana untuk pelatihan guru di luar jam dinas, masih ada sebagian kecil guru tidak aktif dan hasil penataran belum mampu mengimbas kepada temannya. Sebagian kecil guru yang belum mampu dalam penguasaan landasan kependidikan, sehingga berdampak terhadap kinerjanya dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran.Kata kunci: Manajerial Kepala Sekolah dan Kinerja Guru</text>

                <text>Abstract: The management curriculum is a very important factor for any educational institution to support the success of the educational program. This research aims to study, observe and describe the curriculum management FKIP Unsyiah Sendratasik Education, include: 1) The process of curriculum planning; 2) Implementation of the curriculum; and 3) Evaluation of the curriculum. This study used a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. Subjects in this study maids Dean, Chairman and Secretary Prodi Sendratasik, lecturers and students. The results showed that the management education curriculum Prodi Sendratasik include: 1) The Curriculum education Sendratasik Unsyiah was referring to the Malang University Sendratasik Curriculum. The curriculum planning process, conducted according to the provisions and regulations of the department of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education UNSYIAH. 2) The implementation of the entire learning program based on the vision, mission, and goals are already running but has not yet been fullest. Implementation of the curriculum include: lesson planning, lesson implementation, and evaluation of learning, has been running well and all the activities run in accordance with the academic calendar, but it still faces various problems due to infrastructure inadequate.3) Evaluation of the curriculum is done every end of the semester, the curriculum revision is done periodically when needed. Education study program curriculum Sendratasik imposed four curriculum structure that is not in accordance with the nomenclature of Higher Education, is considered less effective relevance to junior high / high school curriculum as well as the application of the four structures are not supported by adequate human resources.Keywords: Management Curriculum and Arts Education CurriculumAbstrak: Manajemen kurikulum merupakan faktor yang sangat penting bagi setiap institusi pendidikan guna mendukung keberhasilan Program pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji, mengamati dan mendeskripsikan manajemen kurikulum program studi Pendidikan Sendratasik FKIP Unsyiah, meliputi: 1) Proses perencanaan kurikulum; 2) Implementasi kurikulum; dan 3) Evaluasi kurikulum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini pembantu Dekan I, Ketua dan Sekretaris Prodi Sendratasik, dosen-dosen dan mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kurikulum Prodi Pendidikan Sendratasik meliputi: 1) kurikulum Prodi Pendidikan Sendratasik Unsyiah merujuk pada kurikulum Sendratasik Universitas Malang, prosesnya dilaksanakan sesuai ketentuan prodi dan ketentuan dari Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Syiah Kuala. 2) Implementasi kurikulum yang meliputi: Pelaksanaan seluruh Program pembelajaran berdasarkan visi, misi dan tujuan, sudah berjalan namun belum maksimal, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran, sudah berjalan dengan baik dan segala kegiatan berjalan sesuai dengan kalender akademik, namun masih menghadapi berbagai kendala dikarenakan sarana dan prasarana yang kurang memadai. 3) Evaluasi kurikulum yang dilakukan setiap berakhir semester, revisi kurikulum yang dilakukan secara berkala apabila dibutuhkan. kurikulum prodi Pendidikan Sendratasik memberlakukan empat struktur kurikulum yang tidak sesuai dengan nomenklatur Dikti, dianggap kurang efektif relevansinya dengan SMP/SMA serta penerapan empat struktur kurikulum tidak ditunjang SDM yang memadai.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Kurikulum dan Kurikulum Pendidikan Seni</text>

                <text>Abstract: The purpose of this research was to know the program plan, implementation, and evaluation of teacher performance at State Elementary School Lamklat of Darussalam sub district of Aceh Besar regency. This study used descriptive method by qualitative approach. The techniques of data collection used in this study were observation, interview, and documentation. The subjects of the study were the principal, vice principals, teachers, school committee, head of Teacher Working Group, and supervisor. The data were analyzed by reducing, displaying, summing up the conclusion, and verifying data. The results of the study showed that: 1) the program was compiled by discussing to teachers, supervisor, school committee, and representatives of students’ trustees. The programs to improve teacher performance were by involving teachers in student admission program, improving the services in supporting learning activities, using the ICT for school management improvement, monitoring the implementation of school activity programs, compiling the school activity report, and planning the follow up program for the evaluation results of school activities; 2) the program implementation was initially begun with task distribution according to capability and skill by implementing Lesson Plan approach among teachers. The implementation of the program was not fully accordance with schedule listed on school plan document. It can be seen on the frequency of supervision, meeting, meeting schedule, and unpreparedness optimally in implementing curriculum 2013, using ICT for teachers to optimize the learning and implementation of learning evaluation and 3) The evaluation done has not conformed to the schedule and was done naturally without instrument of valid and reliable evaluation. The activity evaluation is used to be done annually on the last month of academic year. The evaluation result was not implemented in the form of documentation of report on the implementation of principal management.Keywords: Managerial Competence, Principal and Teacher PerformanceAbstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perencanaan program, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi untuk kinerja guru pada SD Negeri Lamklat Kecamatan Darussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru, komite, ketua KKG dan pengawas. Data dianalisis dengan cara mereduksi, display, mengambil kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Program-program untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru adalah menyusun perangkat perencanaan pembelajaran, merancang dan memanfaatkan media pemebalajran, pemanfaatan ICT dalam pembelajaran, pengembangan tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan, meningkatkan pelayanan dalam mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran, merencanakan dan melakukan tindak lanjut hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran. 2) Pelaksanaan program diawali dengan pembagian tugas sesuai kemampuan dan keahlian dengan menerapkan pendekatan lesson study antara sesama guru. Pelaksanaan program belum sepenuhnya berdasarkan jadwal yang tercantum pada dokumentasi perencanaan sekolah. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada frekuensi pelaksanaan supervisi, banyaknya pertemuan atau kegiatan rapat, jadwal kegiatan rapat, belum maksimal dalam pengembangan kurikulum 2013, pemanfaatan teknologi dan informasi bagi guru untuk memaksimalkan pembelajaran dan pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran. 3) Evaluasi yang dilaksanakan oleh kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru belum sesuai dengan jadwal dan dilaksanakan secara alamiah serta belum adanya instrumen pelaksanaan evaluasi yang jelas dan terukur. Kegiatan evaluasi biasanya dilakukan setahun sekali pada akhir tahun pelajaran.                 <text>Abstract: This study will talk about how the curriculum management based School Based Curriculum (SBC) may be walking in vocational schools have a curriculum that is more complex than the other high school. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. This study took place in Public Vocational High School I Sabang which is the only vocational school in Sabang. Although it can be run, after evaluation of the implementation of curriculum management SBC apparently having some problems in the absence of which Congress Subject Teacher (CST) forum to expand the horizons of teachers, lack of media practices and tools, and limited the location of industry practices and qualifications of teachers are not qualified.Keywords: Curriculum, Management and Learning.Abstrak: Studi ini akan berbicara mengenai bagaimana manajemen kurikulum yang berbasis KTSP dapat berjalan di sekolah kejuruan yang memiliki kurikulum lebih kompleks dibandingkan sekolah menengah atas lainnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di SMKN I Sabang yang merupakan satu-satunya sekolah kejuruan di Sabang. Meskipun dapat berjalan, setelah melalui evaluasi ternyata pelaksanaan manajemen kurikulum KTSP mengalami beberapa kendala di antaranya ketiadaan forum MGMP untuk memperluas wawasan guru, kekurangan media dan alat praktik, serta terbatasnya lokasi prakerin dan kualifikasi guru yang belum mumpuni.Kata Kunci : Manajemen, Kurikulum, dan pembelajaran</text>
