<text>Aerobic gymnastics is a sport that is very popular in today's society, especially for those who want to lose or control body weight. But sports alone is not enough to lose weight and it must be coupled with good eating pattern settings. The problem is many of us are very difficult to control our diet and it needs to be analyzed further. This research aims to carry out an analysis of the influence of aerobic gymnastics to weight loss without diet interventions given. The subject was 15 women, aged 20-25 years old, have a normal body weight. The intervention provided in the form of gymnastic aerobics three times a week, performed for 45-minutes practice session, and each was given for 1 month. This research was a quasi experimental research with one group pretest-posttest design. Weight measurement was done before and after aerobic gymnastics given. The results indicated that the aerobic gymnastics for 1 month losing 0.73% of body weight, but the decline was not statistically meaningful. This showed that aerobic gymnastics for 1 month for women in the age 20-25 years has started to give response, but the duration has not been enough to lose significantly of body weight. It was concluded that in order to lose or control body weight, besides takes aerobic gymnastics with the duration of up to 1 month, it has to accompany with diet arrangement. This would give effect to prevent overweight and obesity</text>

<text>This paper conceptually analyzed the concept of empowerment using the strategies of Walker & Avant (2005) the objective is to clarify the meaning of the concept and to clearly identify empowerment characteristic that will provide consistent definition for practice and future research. Empowerment is defined and examined using relevant resources of literatures and selected empirical referents that described empowerment as a complex and multidimensional concept. Within nursing context empowerment can be conceptualized as a combinations of attributes that relate to the empowerer (the client), and attributes that belong to the empowered (that can be both client and nurse). In a broad sense, empowerment is the process that involves two parties or more that are dynamic and multidimensional, where the activity is sharing power, and create mutual relationship, making it possible for people to increase their sense of control and can help optimize their independence. To clearly distinguish between empowerment and other concepts, related concepts are presented and by using related case we compared the concept with empowerment. The analysis demonstrates that the defining attributes of the concept are (1) a helping process, (2) A partnership which values self and others, (3) mutual decision making, identified resources and set goals, (4) opportunity and authority, (5) open communication, (6) freedom to make a choice and accept responsibility and (7) should come with honesty, openness and genuineness. Antecedents of the concept are (1) respect, (2) trust, (3) education or previous knowledge or experience, (4) interpersonal and communication skills, (5) acceptance of people as they are, and (6) shared visions. Consequences of empowerment are (1) enhanced and improved self esteem, (2) ability to set goals and reach goals, (3) a sense of control over life and change process, (4) a sense of hope for the future, (5) increase problem solving ability, (6) better communication and leadership skills, and (7) have the autonomy and responsibility. To understand the concept better all the defining attributes are identified and applied in the model case, while borderline, related and contrary case are also used to explicate the concept. Empirical referents were also provided. There are limited tools available to measure empowerment, which create the availability to develop tools to measure empowerment based on the context. In conclusion, empowerment is useful and significant concept for nursing practice, administration, education and research. Empowerment emphasizes in engaging the resources within self to create well - being. Therefore, clients need to become aware of their resources and need to purposefully participate in working toward the attainment of heath goals</text>

<text>It has been pointed out that cavitation, i.e., super cavitation regime may occur in a nozzle of pressure atomizers, and may influence atomization of a liquid jet discharged from the 2D nozzle. Once we clarify the mechanism of atomization induced by the supercavitation, we will be able to develop new atomizers in which the atomization mechanism is utilized more efficiently. Hence, this study has been conducted to clarify the mechanism in the 2D nozzle. As a result, the following conclusions are obtained: (1) The frequency of the shedding and collapse of cavitation clouds in the supercavitation regime agrees with that of strong turbulence near the exit; (2) When the trace of a cavitation cloud comes out of the 2D nozzle, a ligament is formed at the liquid jet interface; (3) Strong turbulence is produced by the collapse of cavitation clouds near the exit of the 2D nozzle.and induces ligament formation, which, in turn, causes liquid jet atomization.</text>

<text>Household poisoning is a public health issue in developing countries. This study was conducted to determine the perceptions of residents in Pasay City towards household poisoning, using a quantitative descriptive design, through a survey-interview data collection method. The study found that 58% of the respondents perceived improper food preparation as the most common source of poisoning, while 14% reported the absence of poisonous substances in their homes. Only 64% reported seeking medical consult as a priority intervention. Lastly, 83% identified proper labeling as a prevention method for poisoning. The researchers recommend increased public awareness regarding household poisoning, more visibility of therole of NPMCC in the community, and a second interventional phase of the study.</text>

<text>Much Japanese watched the tsunami video attacking Banda Aceh on the 2004 Sumatra, and they have a lot of tsunami disaster memories, and early tsunami warming system. However, we lost about 20,000 people by the 2011 Tohoku earthquake tsunami. It makes clear that we never rescue the people from the tsunami only by an early warming syste. In February 2004, a research team of Nagoya University was coming to Banda Aceh to investigate the disaster on th 2004 Sumatra earthquake tsunami (I was a research member of Nagoya University at the 2004 Sumatra earthquake, and joint the research team since the first field survey in 2012). Not only the natural scientists but also the humanities’ scientists, including Indonesians join the research team, and field researches in Aceh have been continued every year until now. As results of the research, eight annual reports totally to 1,000 pages and four books, including writings in Indonesia are published. Through the first interviews in Banda Aceh, we understand that not so many peo- ple remained the tsunami coming after the earthquake felt, and when they watched the tsunami they never shouted ”Tsunami!”. They shouted out,”Sea is ascending”. As re- sults, there are many fatalities by the tsunami along the coastlines. They had no time to evacuate from the tsunami, because they started the evacuation after they watched the attacking tsunami. In one village, only the people going out the village to the down-town were saving their lives.</text>

<text>Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is one of the vital food staples in our daily life, amongst the oldest cultivated crops worldwide, ranks as the most widely grown crop. It serves as a vital nutritional material to more than half of the world increasing crowd. This experiment was conducted for evaluation and selection of the most ranked rice cultivars: Kamfirooz, Yasouj, Dom Siah, Gharib, Dollar, Hassan saraei, 304, Lenjan, and Musa Tarom (MTA) as the well-known and prevalent varieties in the 'Fars' and 'Kogilouyeh-o-BoyreAhmad' provinces, Iran, along with other countries. Rough rice grains of the varieties were randomly selected and their principal dimensions were imaged using camera and a special box for light controlling and including Perimeter, Area, MajorAxis Length, MinorAxis Length, Solidity, Eccentricity, and Equiv Diameter, following with image analyzing by image processing software, in a labratroy experiment. The data were statistically analyzed and graphically plotted using SPSS v.17 and MINITAB v.16 software programs. The results of the image analysis indicated that there were significantly differences between most cultivars in the case of physical traits. The cluster categorization of the cultivars showed also that 9 cultivars clustered in 5 groups, i.e. Yasouj and Lenjan cultivars were located in different groups individually, where cultivars: Kamfirrooz, Dom Siah and Dollar in a unique cluster, but Gharib and 304 in the 4th group and MTA and Hassan Saraei in the 5th group. The results of this experiment showed the separateness of rice most recent cultivars according to agronomic and physical status, and leads to picking the most valuable cultivars for upcoming food nutritional values and also experiments</text>

<text>Candida albicans is a dimorphic fungus that can grow in a wide range of temperature. In such case, this microorganism has the potential to produce enzymes that able to function at elevated temperature. These enzymes are also essential in the field of molecular biology and recombinant technologies. Therefore, the enzymes produced by Candida albicans could be applied in the polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The PCR is the most widely used in DNA amplification. In this study, Candida spp. were successfully isolated and collected from Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia, Kubang Kerian, Kelantan, Malaysia. Different culture media were used to identify the morphology of colony. Based on the colonies growth on chromogenic agar, Candida sp. was identified. Microscopic examination (light and scanning microscopy) was carried out to identify the morphology of the isolate. A presumptive identification of germ tube test was performed to find out the dimorphic and pathogenicity characteristic of isolate. The formation of germ tubes from the isolate showed positive result of Candida albicans. A commercial Analytical Profile Index (API) Candida identification kit was used in this study as a phenotypic identification of Candida sp. The result of API Candida was confirmed that the isolate was the Candida albicans. Candida albicans was successfully isolated and identified phenotypically in this study for future in house helicase production.</text>

<text>Marble goby (Oxyeleotris marmorata(Bleeker, 1852)) is a freshwater fish species with high demand on market. However, its culture is under production due to insufficient fish seeds. High mortality rate of goby juvenile in hatchery are obtained partly because of an unsuitable culture condition and lack of appropriate larval feed. Therefore, this study aims to improve growth performance and also survival rate of marble goby fingerlingsthrough the alteration of stocking density and shelter existence. After two months of experiment, the results showed that both factors had a positive role on growth performance and survival rate of marble goby fingerlings. Marble goby juveniles reared at 50 fish/m2 and 250 fish/m2 gained higher weight, length, and survival rate than the one reared at 500 fish/m2 (P<0.05). Moreover, marble goby juveniles cultured with a shelter produced significantly higher length and weight gain (P<0.05) than the fish without a shelter. The survival rate of the experimented fish also was higher in fish with shelter than without shelter but the difference was not significant (P>0.05). In conclusion, it is suggested that the best stocking density for 0.17±0.01 g marble goby should be 250 fish/m2 coupled with a shelter. More environmental factors for marble goby culture such as photoperiod and light intensity are also under investigation.</text>

<text>Green peach aphid (MyzuspersicaeSulze) represents one of the major pest affecting decreased production which found in different potato fields in Karo highland. Decreasing incurredin two ways: the direct damages that are caused by the insectfeeding on the plants and the indirect damages caused to potato planting materials as a virus vector. There are different methods for controlling green peach aphids, all of them relying inthe use of chemicals and this method makes food production contaminated by pesticide residu. So, using non-chemical methods of cultivation contribute to “ecological” food production.Intercropping is one way of reducing pest insect populations in such vegetable crops. This study was conducted to determine the population dynamics of Myzuspersicae (Sulzer) on Intercropping system of potato plant with other vegetables plant on Karo Highland. The host plant was cultivar Granola of potato and the intercropping plant respectively were cabbage, mustard, celery, onions, carrot and bean. The results showed that M. persicae was consistently at different densities in different intercropping plant on potato. The aphid was first recorded at three week until planting. The kind of inter cropping culture plants significantly reduced the number of aphid. The lowest number of aphid found respectively inintercroppingpotatoesandmustard, potatoesandonions, andpotatoesandcelery. There was 0.80 aphids /leaf, 1,12aphids/leaf, 1,48 aphids/leaf. At the 2nd observation found the number of aphid was lowest atpolyculture potatoes and mustards were 1,68 aphid/leaf, at popatoes and onions were 3,28 aphid/leaf, at popatoes and celery 3,00 aphid/leaf. The number of aphids steadily increased with significant at differencesintercroppingplant till the 3rd observation (9 weeks until planting) respectively where 2,80aphid/leaf, 3,42 aphid / leaf and 4,20 aphid/leafwere recorded. Observation for natural enemies of M. persicaeshowed that fewnatural enemiesfound in theagro-ecosystem. There are Episyrphusbalteatus, Chrysoperlacarnea, phidiusmatricarieae and Coccinellaseptempunctata. The population density of all of the natural enemies was highest at polyculture than monoculture of potato. After that, as the population of M. persicae started decline, the same trend was followed by all of its natural enemies.</text>
