                <text>Abstrak: Manajemen berbasis sekolah merupakan salah satu usaha untuk meningkatkan kreatifitas pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses penyusunan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, partisipasi masyarakat dan faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan manajemen berbasis sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sakti Pidie. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses perencanaan dalam penerapan manajemen berbasis sekolah meliputi penetapan, visi missi, tujuan dan sasaran yang ingin dicapai dengan melakukan asesmen tentang kekuatan, hambatan, peluang dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sakti Pidie.Pelaksanaan manajemen berbasis sekolahpada Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sakti Pidie menyusun RAPBS, Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan, mengikutsertakan komite sekolah. Partisipasi masyarakat atau komite sekolah mempunyai tugas dan fungsi untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan pada satuan pendidikan. Komite sekolah mendukung, memberi masukan, motivasi dan mengawasi kinerja guru serta mengadakan hubungan kerja sama dengan pihak lain dalam mencari dana dan ekstrakurikuler.Faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sakti Pidie. Warga sekolah, wali siswa dan komite sekolah ikut mendukung kemajuan sekolah. Hal ini terbukti komite sekolah selalu memberi masukan dan membantu program sekolah, warga sekolah dan komite sekolah selalu ikutserta dalam penyusunan program sekolah dan pelaksanaannya.Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah. </text>

                <text>Abstract: Academic supervision carried out due to low student achievement in the study of chemistry, as a result of poor performance and lack of chemistry teacher motivation and guidance of the principal. Important academic supervision to be carried out by the principal of SMAN 1 Teunom to be able to improve the performance of a chemistry teacher who will have an impact on increasing student learning outcomes in the study of chemistry. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are interviews, documentation and observation. Subjects were headmaster and chemistry teacher. Based on the results of the study showed that: (1). Academic supervision program designed by the principal based on the needs of a chemistry teacher, improve the situation of learning, curriculum development and evaluation (2). Supervision techniques used are individualized supervision techniques, namely classroom visits, classroom observations and personal conversations, as well as engineering group, namely the meeting during the board meeting of teachers, (3). Follow-up of academic supervision, namely the implementation of learning workshops, clinical supervision and subject teachers conduct discussions. Conclusion: The program provides academic supervision of activities designed to help chemistry teachers to improve their performance, academic supervision techniques are used to directly observe the appearance and abilities of teachers, as well as activities and student learning directly, follow-up carried out in three ways, namely guidance to teachers either directly and indirectly, strengthening supervision and reporting of the results of the instruments academic supervision. Keywords: Academic Supervision and Teacher PerformanceAbstrak: Supervisi akademik dilaksanakan karena rendahnya prestasi belajar siswa pada bidang studi kimia, yang diakibatkan dari rendahnya kinerja guru kimia serta kurangnya pemberian motivasi dan bimbingan dari kepala sekolah. Supervisi akademik penting untuk dilaksanakan oleh kepala sekolah SMAN 1 Teunom untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerja dari guru kimia yang akan berdampak pada meningkatnya hasil belajar siswa pada bidang studi kimia. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan guru kimia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1).Program supervisi akademik dirancang oleh kepala sekolah berdasarkan kebutuhan guru kimia. memperbaiki situasi pembelajaran, pengembangan kurikulum serta evaluasi, (2).Teknik supervisi yang digunakan adalah teknik supervisi individual, yaitu kunjungan kelas, observasi kelas dan percakapan pribadi, serta teknik kelompok, yaitu pertemuan pada saat rapat dewan guru, (3). Tindak lanjut supervisi akademik, yaitu workshop pelaksanaan pembelajaran, supervisi klinis dan kegiatan MGMP. Kesimpulan: Program supervisi akademik berisi rancangan kegiatan untuk membantu guru kimia meningkatkan kinerjanya, teknik supervisi akademik digunakan untuk melihat langsung penampilan dan kemampuan guru, serta aktivitas dan cara belajar siswa secara langsung, tindak lanjut dilaksanakan dengan tiga cara, yaitu pembinaan terhadap guru baik secara langsung dan tidak langsung, pemantapan instrumen supervisi dan pelaporan hasil supervisi akademik. Kata kunci: Supervisi Akademik dan Kinerja Guru </text>

                <text>Abstract: Management of financing is one way to improve the quality of education and learning. The aim of the research is to understand how the implementation of financial management can increase the quality of education and learning at Islamic Janarata Junior High School ( MTsN janarata). The method used is descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques, performed with data reduction, data display, conclusions and prefikasi. That is the subject of this research is the principal, vice-principal, teachers, and school treasurer. The results showed that (1) Planning of education financing at MTsN Janarata done with discussions that involve all school personnel. (2) allocation technique based on the standard of education funding priority to improve the quality of learning (3) Supervision of financing is passed by internal and external, that is internally done by the Ministry of Religious Affairs in the field of finance and ekstren by BPK. (4) Barriers experienced by principals in education funding is not fit between planning and the use of education funding allocated by the government. Clash of opinion between the principal components of the use of budget madrasah schools. The implication of this research is the establishment of a constructive management style that is encouraging every school personnel know and understand about the financing, the creation of a culture of transparency about the financing and management, the creation of a sense of responsibility attitude towards improving the quality of education in..MTsN..Janarata. Keywords: Finance Management, Education and Quality of Learning.Abstrak: Manajemen pembiayaan merupakan salah satu upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah untuk memahami bagaimana pelaksanaan manajemen pembiayaan dapat meningkatakan kualitas pendidikan dan pembelajaran pada MTsN janarata. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data, dilakukan dengan reduksi data, display data, pengambilan kesimpulan dan prefikasi. Yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, Guru, dan bendahara sekolah . Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan pembiayaan pendidikan pada MTsN Janarata dilakukan dengan musyawarah yang melibatkan seluruh personil sekolah. (2) Teknik pengalokasian pembiayaan pendidikan berdasarkan kepada standar yang diprioritaskan untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran (3) Pengawasan pembiayaan dilalukan secara intern dan ekstern, yaitu secara intern dilakukan oleh Kementerian Agama bidang keuangan dan secara ekstren oleh BPKP. (4) Hambatan yang dialami oleh kepala sekolah dalam pembiayaan pendidikan adalah tidak sesuai antara perencanaan dengan penggunaan pembiayaan pendidikan yang dialokasikan pemerintah. Benturan pendapat antara kepala sekolah dengan komponen sekolah tentang penggunaan anggaran madrasah. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah terbentuknya gaya manajemen konstruktif yaitu upaya mendorong setiap personil sekolah paham dan memahami tentang pembiayaan, terciptanya budaya transparansi tentang pengelolaan pembiayaan serta, terciptanya sikap rasa tanggung jawab terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan pada MTsN Janarata.Kata kunci: Manajemen Pembiayaan, Pendidikan dan Mutu Pembelajaran</text>

                <text>Abstract: Academic supervision is strongly important to be conducted by the principal in order to improve the ability and professionalism of teachers. The purpose of this research is to find out the program of academic supervision, the implementation of academic supervision and the approach used in implementing academic supervision at State Junior High School (SMPN) 3 Peusangan of Bireuen Regency. The method employed within this research was qualitative approach. The data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation study. The subjects of this research were the principal and teachers ofSMPN 3 Peusangan, Bireuen. The results revealed that (1) the principal compiles the program of academic supervision through discussion with the vice principals and teachers; (2) the implementation of academic supervision conducted by the principal is regularly scheduled based on teachers’ invitation and also unscheduled without advance notification. The principal and vice principal of academic affairs share their duty in implementing academic supervision; (3) the technique of supervision performed by the principal is through visiting, observing and grouping classes. Yet, the supervision method used has not varied yet. It can be seen from the implementation of supervision including its process that the implementation of supervision by the principals of SMPN 3 Peusangan, Bireuen has not fully maximized yet. In order to follow up the results of academic supervision, the principal is expected to supervise, guide and assist the teachers such as encouraging them to take part in seminar and training through inviting skilled and competent speakers. Finally, the principal is also expected to provide the opportunity for the teachers to continue their study to the university.Keywords: Supervision and Teachers’ ProfessionalismAbstrak: Supervisi akademik sangat penting dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan profesionalitas guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui program supervisi akademik, pelaksanaan supervisi akademik, dan teknik yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan supervisi akademik di SMP Negeri 3 Peusangan Kabupaten Bireuen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data: observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan guru SMP Negeri 3 Peusangan Bireuen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepala SMP Negeri 3 Peusangan Bireuen menyusun program supervisi akademik secara musyawarah dengan melibatkan wakil kepala sekolah dan para guru , (2) Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik oleh kepala sekolah dilakukan secara terjadwal atau berdasarkan undangan guru dan tidak terjadwal atau tanpa pemberitahuan kepada para guru terlebih dahulu. Dalam melaksanakan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah juga membagi tugas supervisi dengan wakil kepala bidang akademik (3) Teknik supervisi yang digunakan kepala sekolah adalah kunjungan kelas, observasi kelas, dan teknik kelompok. Namun, teknik supervisi yang digunakan belum bervariasi. Dilihat dari pelaksanaan supervisi serta prosesnya, maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi oleh kepala sekolah SMP Negeri 3 Peusangan Bireuen dikategorikan belum begitu maksimal. Untuk menindak lanjuti hasil supervisi akademik ditempuh dengan membimbing, mengarahkan, membantu para guru, mengikuti seminar, penataran dan mengundang narasumber yang kompeten. Disamping itu kepala sekolah juga memberikan kesempatan kepada para guru melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi.Kata Kunci: Supervisi dan Profesionalitas Guru.</text>

                <text>Abstract: Evaluation of curriculum is important to know the achievements of the program implemented, implementation, monitoring and supporting the implementation of SBC factors. This study aimed to describe the data on the evaluation of the implementation of curriculum in 67 public primary schools in Banda Aceh. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation as well as filling a questionnaire study. Data analysis techniques such as data reduction, data display and conclusion. Subjects in this study were principals, vice-principals, and teachers. the conclusion is: (1) Content Document 1 curriculum according to the guidelines but still lacking an explanation of life skills education, education-based local and global. Syllabus and RPP was adopted from examples issued by the National Education Standards, but most of the teachers have been adapted according to the conditions of the school. Syllabus and RPP are still weak in terms of withdrawal indicators and assessment as well as low-grade lesson plan is not thematic. (2) Implementation of SBC Document 1 is in accordance with the plan, but in self-development activities there is little difference for not conducting counseling. Implementation has not been fully based learning lesson plans. Low-grade teacher is not using a thematic approach. Teachers in core activities already conducting exploration activities, elaboration and confirmation as well as carry out the grip so that the students active and creative, but there is still a small proportion of teachers who have not been able to do well. Teachers already use a variety of media and learning resources, but there is still a small fraction of teachers who have not used it. Teachers at the preliminary event does not convey the purpose, benefits, coverage of materials and learning strategies, and the cover does not carry out the activities of reflection. Teachers in implementing learning assessment still shortcomings, such as is found to be less variability assessment technique, lack of due indicators to the basic competencies and the assessment techniques used and the results of the assessment has not been used as a follow-up plan. (3) Supervisors and principals have oversight of curriculum through supervision activities are done once a year. (4) The availability of a complete infrastructure, support parents, and principals, high student motivation, and cooperation among teachers is supportive of curriculum implementation and the weak ability of teachers in planning thematic lesson plans, thematic application and design instructional materials and assessment , is a barrier in the application of the SBC.Keywords: Evaluation, Implementation, Curriculum Education UnitAbstrak: Evaluasi KTSP penting dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui capaian program, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan faktor pendukung penerapan KTSP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan data tentang evaluasi penerapan KTSP pada SD Negeri 67 Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data berupa reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru. kesimpulannya adalah: (1) Isi Dokumen 1 KTSP sesuai panduan namun masih kurang penjelasan tentang pendidikan kecakapan hidup, pendidikan berbasis lokal dan global. Silabus dan RPP diadopsi dari contoh yang dikeluarkan oleh BSNP, namun sebagian besar guru sudah mengadaptasi sesuai dengan kondisi sekolahnya. Silabus dan RPP masih lemah dalam hal penarikan indikator dan penilaian sertaRPP kelas rendah belum tematik. (2) Pelaksanaan KTSP Dokumen 1 sudah sesuai dengan perencanaan. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran belum sepenuhnya berdasarkan RPP. Guru kelas rendah belum menggunakan pendekatan tematik. Guru pada kegiatan inti sudah melaksanakan kegiatan eksplorasi, elaborasi dan konfirmasi serta melaksanakan pakem sehingga siswa aktif dan kreatif namun masih ada sebagian kecil guru yang belum dapat melakukannya dengan baik. Guru sudah menggunakan berbagai media dan sumber belajar, namun masih ada sebagian kecil guru yang belum menggunakannya. Guru pada kegiatan pendahuluan tidak menyampaikan tujuan, manfaat, cakupan materi dan strategi belajar, dan pada kegiatan penutup tidak melaksanakan refleksi. Guru dalam melaksanakan penilaian pembelajaran masih terdapat kelemahan-kelemahan, seperti masih ditemukan kurang bervariasinya tehnik penilaian, kurang sesuainya indikator dengan kompetensi dasar dan dengan tehnik penilaian yang digunakan serta hasil penilaian belum dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan menyusun rencana tindak lanjut. (3) Pengawas dan kepala sekolah telah melakukan pengawasan KTSP melalui kegiatan supervisi yang dilakukan setahun sekali. (4) Tersedianya sarana prasarana yang lengkap, dukungan orang tua, dan kepala sekolah, motivasi siswa yang tinggi, serta kerjasama antar guru menjadi faktor pendukung penerapan KTSP dan masih lemahnya kemampuan guru dalam hal perencanaan RPP tematik, penerapan tematik dan perancangan bahan ajar serta penilaian, menjadi faktor penghambat penerapan KTSP.Kata Kunci: Evaluasi, Implementasi, Kurikulum Satuan Pendidikan</text>

                <text>Abstract: Abstract: is a science that is needed in organizing education, both for general education and Islamic education. The purpose of this study was to find out the description of education management in Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School of Peudada District that related on the program management, the learning, the students, the facilities, the relationship with the community, and the teachers. This study used qualitative method. Techniques of data collection used were observation, interview, and documentation study. The information and the data were analyzed correctly and properly in order to be able to be interpreted, so that they had meaning in each indication. The subjects of the study were the principal and three teachers of Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School of Peudada District. The results of the study showed that Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School has carrying out religious activities like other Islamic boarding schools. However, its implementation was not optimal and needed improvement in some things. The students had to be handled better and the facilities had to be more organized. As the follow-up, there were some recommendations that needed to be conveyed to the principal especially those that related on the teachers’ quality as the main factor in improving the quality of students.Keywords: Management and EducationAbstrak: Manajemen adalah ilmu yang diperlukan dalam pengelolaan pendidikan, baik pendidikan umum atau dalam pendidikan Islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran dari bidang manajemen pendidikan di Dayah Nurul Huda Kecamatan Peudada yang berhubungan dengan manajemen program, pembelajaran, santri, fasilitas, hubungan masyarakat, dan guru pengajian. Penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif di dalam penelitian ini. Teknik yang penulis gunakan dalam mengumpul data adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi dukumentasi. Informasi dan data dianalisa secara tepat dan sesuai, untuk di interpretasi sehingga bisa berarti dari setiap gejala yang terjadi. Subjek penelitian adalah pimpinan dayah, dan tiga guru pengajian dari Pasanteren Nurul Huda Kecamatan Peudada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pasantren Nulul Huda Peuadada telah menjalankan kegiatan- kegiatan keagamaan sebagaimana Dayah lainnya, tetapi pelaksanaannya belum optimal dan masih memerlukan peningkatan dan perbaikan dalam beberapa hal. Dalam aspek santri, perlu penaganan yang lebih baik, dan pengaturan fasilitas yang lebih teratur. Sebagai tindakan lebih lanjut, ada beberapa rekomendasi yang perlu disampaikan kepada pimpinan Dayah untuk di tindak- lanjuti terutama sekali yang berhubungan dengan tenaga guru pengajian sebagai faktor utama untuk peningkatan kualitas santri dari Pasantren Nurul Huda Kecamatan Peudada.                                                                                          Kata Kunci: Managemen dan Pendidikan</text>

                <text>Abstract: The management of teachers is one of the factors that affect the quality of learning in schools. Learning is the duty and responsibility of a professional teacher in implementing quality management in schools. The purpose of this study is to determine (1) the planning of learning programs, (2) the implementation of teaching methods, (3) the obstacles faced by teachers in improving the quality of learning, and (4) solution that teachers do in the face of obstacles. This study uses descriptive qualitative approach. Collecting data using the techniques of interview, observation and documentation. Test the validity of the data by reducing, display and verification of data. Subjects in this study were PAI teacher, school principal and chairman MGMP. Research results: (1) applied learning teacher planning PAI prepared in accordance with the instructions guided the development of the syllabus with the standard of competence and basic competences and formulate indicator, preparing lesson plans and make skenorio prepared in accordance with the learning activities; (2) implementation method starts with learning by teachers to plan learning programs, set the mood of the class, and conducting initial, and final core activities; (3) the obstacles faced by teachers in learning, namely: declining student motivation and lack of hours of lessons available; (4) solutions which do teachers in learning, are: students equipped with the tenets of Islam as the foundation of human morality, equipped with a variety of educational skills, and equipped with a wide range of sporting activities.Keywords: Teacher Management and Quality of Learning.Abstrak: Manajemen guru merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Pembelajaran merupakan tugas dan tanggung jawab seorang guru profesional dalam melaksanakan manajemen yang berkualitas di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui (1) perencanaan program pembelajaran, (2) pelaksanaan metode pembelajaran, (3) hambatan yang dihadapi guru dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran, dan (4) solusi yang dilakukan guru dalam menghadapi hambatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru PAI, kepala sekolah dan ketua MGMP. Hasil penelitiannya: (1) perencanaan pembelajaran yang diterapkan guru PAI disusun sesuai dengan petunjuk pengembangan silabus dengan mempedomani pada SK dan KD serta merumuskan indikator, menyusun RPP dan membuat skenorio disusun sesuai dengan ketentuan kegiatan pembelajaran; (2) pelaksanaan metode pembelajaran oleh guru dimulai dengan: merencanakan program pembelajaran, mengatur suasana kelas, dan melaksanakan kegiatan awal, kegiatan inti dan akhir; (3) hambatan yang dihadapi guru dalam pembelajaran, yaitu: menurun motivasi belajar siswa dan kurangnya jam pelajaran yang tersedia; (4) solusi yang dilakukan guru dalam pembelajaran, adalah: siswa dibekali dengan ajaran Agama Islam sebagai pondasinya akhlak manusia, dibekali dengan berbagai keterampilan pendidikan, dan dibekali dengan berbagai kegiatan olahraga.Kata Kunci: Manajemen Guru dan Mutu Pembelajaran</text>

                <text>Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the program, implementation, follow-up and the obstacles faced by principals in the implementation of academic supervision in improving the professional competence of teachers. This study used descriptive qualitative approach. The technique of data collection used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Subjects of study were principals, vice-principals, teachers and supervisors. Data were analyzed with data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing and verification. The results showed that: 1) Programs are arranged at the beginning of each school year based on the results of the follow-up implementation of supervision in the previous year based on the instructions given by the Department of Education. Teachers were not fully involved in setting the programs and it was planned twice in one semester. 2) Implementation of supervision begins with socialization activities for teachers and pre-observation meeting. Supervision activities were carried out by providing guidance and direction on the preparation of learning tools, learning implementation and evaluation of learning through meetings, discussions, individual meetings and classroom observations. Principal recorded all activities on a classroom observation on instrument sheet that will be used as input and consideration for guidance in improving teachers' professional competence. 3) Follow-up is done through discussions between principals and teachers to provide feedback from the results of classroom observation. Results of follow-up were concluded with concrete steps contextually as a way out of the problems faced by teachers in the learning process and as an improvement in the future to improve the quality of learning. 4) Obstacles faced were the supervision schedule was often shifted, the use of teaching methods were still centered on the teacher, the teacher felt clumsy when supervised and teachers were less active in seeking new information about learning. Keywords: Academic Supervision and Teacher Professional Competence. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui program, pelaksanaan, tindak lanjut dan hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi oleh kepala sekolah dalam pelaksanaan supervisi akademik untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru dan pengawas. Data dianalisis dengan cara mereduksi, display, mengambil kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Program disusun pada setiap awal tahun pelajaran berdasarkan hasil tindak lanjut pelaksanaan supervisi pada tahun sebelumnya dengan berpedoman pada petunjuk yang diberikan oleh Dinas Pendidikan. Penyusunan program tidak sepenuhnya melibatkan guru dan direncanakan sebanyak dua kali dalam satu semester. 2) Pelaksanaan supervisi diawali dengan kegiatan sosialisasi kepada guru dan melakukan pertemuan pra observasi. Kegiatan supervisi dilakukan dengan memberikan bimbingan dan arahan tentang penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan evaluasi pembelajaran melalui kegiaran rapat, diskusi, pertemuan individu dan observasi kelas. Kepala sekolah mencatat seluruh kegiatan observasi kelas pada lembar instrumen yang akan dijadikan sebagai masukan dan pertimbangan untuk pembinaan dalam meningkatkan profesional guru. 3) Tindak lanjut dilakukan melalui diskusi antara kepala sekolah dengan guru sebagai pertemuan balikan dari hasil observasi kelas. Hasil tindak lanjut diakhiri dengan langkah-langkah kongkrit secara kontekstual sebagai jalan keluar dari masalah-masalah yang dihadapi guru dalam proses pembelajaran dan sebagai upaya perbaikan pada masa yang akan datang  untuk perbaikan dan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. 4) Hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi adalah sering bergeser jadwal supervisi, penggunaan metode mengajar masih berpusat pada guru, guru merasa kaku ketika disupervisi dan guru kurang aktif dalam mencari informasi baru tentang pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Supervisi Akademik dan Kompetensi Profesional Guru</text>

                <text>Kompetensi guru dapat memberikan kontribusi atas peningkatan prestasi belajar mampu menjadi teladan aktif kreatif inovatif dan mempunyai integritas yang tinggi di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi profesional guru dalam peningkatan prestasi belajar pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama di wilayah Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, guru, ketua musyawarah guru mata pelajaran dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Kompetensi Pedagogik lebih diprioritaskan kepada pengelolaan peserta didik dengan memahami potensi dan keragaman peserta didik, memahami akan landasan dan filsafat pendidikan, mampu menyusun rencana dan strategi pembelajaran, menggunakan informasi hasil penilaian dan evaluasi untuk merancang program remedial dan pengayaan dan tidak semua guru mampu melaksanakan penelitian tindakan kelas. (2) Kompetensi kepribadian antara lain, guru menghargai keanekaragaman suku dan agama yang dianut oleh masing-masing peserta didik dan menjadi teladan yang jujur, tegas, bijaksana dan mampu menjaga nama baik. (3) Kompetensi sosial, guru dapat berkomunikasi secara lisan dan tulisan, mampu bergaul secara efektif dengan peserta didik, sesama pendidik, tenaga kependidikan, orang tua/wali peserta didik; dan dapat bergaul secara santun dengan masyarakat sekitar. (4) Kompetensi profesional, guru sudah menguasai substansi keilmuan yang terkait dengan bidang studi, memahami materi ajar yang ada dalam kurikulum sekolah, memahami struktur, konsep dan metode keilmuan yang menaungi atau koheren dengan materi ajar, Mengembangkan keprofesionalan secara berkelanjutan dengan melakukan tindakan refleksi dan Memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk mengembangkan diri.Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Guru, Prestasi Belajar Siswa</text>

                <text>Abstract: Educational supervision is an effort of teachers’ establishment for improving the quality of teaching learning process in school or madrasah. The purposes of this research were aimed to find out: 1) the program of educational supervision. 2) the technical of educational supervision. 3) the process of educational supervision and 4) to follow-up the educational supervision. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive method. To gain the data needed, the writer applied some techniques; observation, interview and documentation. The subjects of this research were the supervisors from The Ministry of Religious Affairs Pidie, the principal, the vise principal and the teachers MAN 1 Sigli. After analyzing the data, it has been found that: 1) the program of educational supervision organized at the beginning of the semester each year by the supervisors, the principaland the senior teacher. Supervision program includes the analysis of teachers’ ability, development of teaching learning process, development of teacher professionalism and development of curriculum analysis. 2) the appli-cation of educational supervision technique has not been optimized, so, it could not reveal the weakness of teaching learning process in detail. 3) the imple-mentation of educational supervision was conducted in regular schedule byeach teacher, the process would done through a meeting before observation, obser-vation of teaching learning process and a meeting after observation. 4) the findings of educational supervision followed by the supervisor through humanistic and professional approach. Keywords : Educational Supervision and Teaching Learning Process</text>
