<text>The supply of stone dust as filler and asphalt as binder is limited, therefore it is necessary to use an alternative to filler and asphalt import. The problem is expected to be overcome by the presence of rice husk ash as a filler and natural asphalt of Buton Island (Asbuton) as a binder. This study aims to evaluate the performance of Asphalt Concrete-Wearing Course (AC-WC) mixture by using rice husk ash as a filler and asphalt penetration 60/70 as binder with the addition of Asbuton. The specimens were made into two major groups: (i) the specimens using stone dust and asphalt pen 60/70 (ABA), and (ii) the specimens using rice husk ash and asphalt pen 60/70 with the addition of asbuton (ASA). The last group was performed with four variations: 0% (ASA 0), 5% (ASA 5), 10% (ASA 10), and 15% (ASA 15) over the total weight of the mixture. Total specimens were 75, each has 15 specimens. Asphalt contents used were 4.5% to 6.5%. Specifications used the standards of the Departemen Permukiman dan Prasarana Wilayah (2005) by using Marshall method Optimum asphalt contents (OAC) for each mixture were 5.6% (ABA), 6.0% (ASA 0), 6.3% (ASA 5), 5.9% (ASA 10), and 5.8% (ASA 15). In sum, the asphalt concrete mixture using rice husk ash as filler was able to compete with the one using stone dust as filler, and therefore can be used as alternative materials to road pavement construction.</text>

<text>Rabies control programs, including extensive vaccination with attenuated or inactivated vaccines. However, such vaccines are not without problems and can have detrimental effects. Indeed attenuated vaccines can revert to a more virulent form, and inactivated vaccines may produce serious side effects. These facts, have led to the creation of a new generation of vaccines: recombinant-DNA vaccines, synthetic peptide vaccines, and anti-idiotypic vaccines. The aim of this study is to study the result of anti-idiotypic immunization methods in dogs detected by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-idiotype antibodies against rabies (Ab2) were isolated from chicken blood, separated by means of ammonium sulfate precipitation, then dialyzed using PBS pH 8.0 for 24 hours at 2 – 8 oC and purified using affinity chromatography column. Three groups of dogs were immunized, group I was immunized intramuscularly (i.m) with purified IgY, group II was immunizded oraly (p.o) with purified IgY and group III was immunized intramuscularly (i.m) with rabies viral vaccines.  The antibody response (Ab3) was detected using Agar Gel Precipitation Test (AGPT). The efficacy of Ab3 was detected using ELISA. By ELISA, the result of immunization indicated that the level of Ab3 titers of anti-idiotypic vaccine immunized dogs intramuscularly are more than 0.5 IU/ml (protective according to WHO standard), and significantly higher than oraly immunization, but it significantly lower than Ab3 titers of rabies viral vaccine immunized dogs. The conclusion of this study is intramuscularly immunization of anti-idiotypic antibodies can induce protective immune response against rabies virus, although its lower than antibodies titer of viral vaccine, it has a good prospect for vaccine development in controlling rabies</text>

This information is inadequate to represent the performance of the PV device under real operating conditions. This paper investigates the performance of a double-junction solar cell under different climatic conditions, i.e. temperature, irradiance, solar spectrum, and the angle of incidence. The effects of environmental conditions on the cell’s performance are observed by simulating their current and voltage characteristics using a one-diode. The results show that the short-circuit current of a double-junction device is spectrally sensitive to the incident irradiance and solar spectrum. When the angle of incidence is greater than 60°, the maximum power of a double-junction solar cell reduces significantly</text>

<text>Consider the matrix Riemann-Hilbert problem. In contrast to scalar Riemann-Hilbert problems, a general matrix Riemann-Hilbert problem cannot be solved in term of Sokhotskyi-Plemelj integrals. As far as the authors know,  the only known exact solutions known are for a class of  matrix Riemann-Hilbert problems with commutative and factorable kernel, and a class of homogeneous problems. This article employs the well known Shannon sampling theorem to provide exact solutions for a class of matrix Riemann-Hilbert problems. We consider matrix Riemann-Hilbert problems in which all the partial indices are zero and the logarithm of the components of the kernels and their nonhomogeneous vectors are functions of exponential type (equivalently, band-limited functions). Then, we develop exact solutions for such matrix Riemann-Hilbert problems. Several well known examples along with a remark on the case of functions not of exponential type  are given. </text>

<text>Irrigation water management problems will arise if there is a shortage of waterin rice fields. Shortage of water in rice fields can be evaluated by the efficiency of existing irrigation.Based on the Indonesian‟s irrigation design criteria 65%, the project efficiency for Irrigation Planning is 65%. This value when compared to some countries in Asia was still much greater. This might be caused by undeterminating the water losses in the rice field. The study aims to determine the efficiency of irrigation in rice fields (Field Application Efficiency) is actually through direct measurements in the field, started at the land preparation up to the growth of rice plants. Measurements were taken at one tertiary JKr21Kr in Krueng Jreue Irrigation Region. To evaluate the efficiency of irrigation in ricefields used two methods of measurement. Inflow-outflow method for measuring the delivery of irrigation water in rice fields (Vf) which use the modified pipes that serves as the entrance and exit of water in the tertiary, the difference between incoming water and outgoing water is the amount of water used in rice fields. Water balance in the field is measured using Drum technique method with a diameter of 50 cm and height 125 cm. The drums are planted in the ground and a quarter of the height of the drum located above thesurface. By this equipment, the evapotranspiration parameters, percolation and effective rainfall can be obtained. These results showthat the efficiency of irrigation in rice fields (Ea) of 65.29%. It means that actually the project efficiency is 42.44% far below than Indonesian‟s criteria.</text>

Brastepu) free from citrus vein phloem degeneration (CVPD) is explained in this research. The method is conducted by using a diseased plant and is then propagated in optimum conditions. The research is conduted in Tissue Culture Laboratory Department of Biology, University of North Sumatra, Indonesia. Optimum conditions for citrus propagation have been obtained to produce good quality of Citrus seedlings that is free from CVPD. The analysis of the DNA using PCR method has confirmed that the seedlings are healthy and free from CVPD. Genomic analysis using 10 RAPD markers show the planlets regenerated from the cultures are 100% similar with the mother plant. </text>

The study area was divided into four locations that were the upstream of the tunnel (Location 1), bridge area at the south (Location 2), branch of the river area (Location 3), and the downstream of the two creeks. The study was done from April to June 2012. The method was survey and destructive sampling. The species of benthos was analysed descriptivelly and the diversity was analysed by diversity index formula (H). The results showed that there were 20 species of benthos found in the area and the index of diversity was between 1.996 and 2.652. In brief,  River Bale is still suitable as the habitat of aquatic organisms.</text>

<text>In this study, composites were made from source of virgin HDPE and rice husk/natural bentonite as combined filler and mechanical properties of composites were measured. The purpose of study is to find the best condition of the ratio of rice husk/natural bentonite as matrix and the percentage of polyethylene-graft-maleic anhydride (MAPE) as coupling agent on quality of formed composites. In order to form these composites a hot press method was performed. The composite formation process was conducted at temperature of 170 oC for half hour. After pressed and heated then composites was cooled to room temperature and finally composites were tested to know its mechanical properties of tensile strength and bending strength. The results showed that addition of natural bentonite into matrix of rice husk have increased mechanical properties of composite compared to composites prepared by using only rice husk and virgin HDPE. Percentage of added MAPE also affect values of tensile and bending strength of composites. The effect of MAPE and natural bentonite which added during formation of composites caused the increasing adhesion bond between matrix and filler and as a result also increased the mechanicalproperties of composites. The highest tensile strength value of 18.2 MPa was found on composite with filler rice husk/natural bentonite ratio of 70:30 with addition of 5 wt% MAPE. While the highest bending strength value of 9.2 Mpa was obtained on composite with filler rice husk/natural bentonite ratio of 70:30and addition of 5 wt% MAPE</text>

ET.2.5% + 1/2Sd/3 and intervalgivingstimulants (W) consists of 2 levelsie W1 = 1 time a month; W2 = 2 times a month.Thesystem of exploitation affect plant physiological conditions, which increase the dryrubbercontent, thecontent of sucrose, lowerthiolcontentresults, and increasethecontent of organic phosphate, but the physiological condition of the plant is still quite normal and does not cause stress in plants. Tapping system that produces the highest production is S4 (1/2s + 1/2Sd/3 d/3.ET.2.5%) and lowest in S1 (1/4S d/3.ET 2.5%). Highest dry rubber content is S4 (1/2s + 1/2Sd/3 d/3.ET.2.5%) and lowest in S1 (1/4S d/3.ET 2.5%.);Highestthiollevels S1 (1/4S d/3.ET 2.5%.) and lowest in S4 (1/2s + 1/2Sd/3 d/3.ET.2.5%); levels of sucrose and organic phosphate levels are highest S4 (1 / 2S + 1/2Sd/3 d/3.ET.2.5%) and lowest in S1 (1/4S d/3.ET 2.5%.). Intervals giving stimulants that produce the highest production is W2 (2 times a month) and lowest in W1 (1 time a month). Highest dry rubber content is W2 (2 times a month) and lowest in W1 (1 time a month); highestlevels of thiolis W1 (1 time a month) and lowest in W2 (2 times a month); levels of sucrose and the highest levels of organic phosphate is W2 (2 times a month) and lowest in W1 (1time a month).</text>
