Quality of food with healty and a complete safe nutrient is the most important things in the food material. Because of food that consume influencing people brain and health. The aim of this research was to determine the content of formaldehyde, salt and Total Plate Count of bacteria in the tenggiri salty fish from Sarmi Papua. Formsaldehyde was indentificated by using cromatofat acid method as qualitative and spectrophotometer as quantitative method. Choman method was used to analize salt content. Total Plate Count (TPC) was used for bacterial content analysis. The result showed that Tenggiri salty fish from Sarmi is not contain formaldehyde. About 9.76 % to 16.31 % of salt contant and approximately 24.5 x 10- 5- 49.5 x 10 5 colony/gram of bacterial in total. This conclude that Tenggiri salty fish have already contaminated by bacterial because it’s higher than Standard National Indonesia obligation for fisheries product about 1 x 105 colony/gram. Keywords: Food safety, chemical and microbiology Abstrak.

<text>Abstract. A study of HBV hydrological model in Peusangan watershed Aceh as a preface study to the development of sustainable ecohydrological concept was done. The objective of the study was to apply and to test the HBV subtropical model into a tropical region Peusangan watershed. Peusangan watershed, situated in northern Aceh, covers an area of 2268.39 km2 and 128 km in length. The HBV model was manually calibrated by trial adjustment of each parameter to obtain the appropriate physical characteristics of Peusangan watershed. The result showed that the model was nearly consistent with the observation data. In fact, the correlation and error bias of the model were 0.623 and 0.11, respectively. However, the weakness of the model reported in the study is due to the coverage of the weather station data whi ch locate far in the downstream of Peusangan watershed. In the meantime, both of model result and observation showed a good agreement to catch the peakflow of Peusangan watershed. The two peakflow arise on May and October which were 212 m3dt-1 and 250 m3dt-1, respectively.Keywords. HBV Hydrological model, Peusangan watershed, peakflow</text>

<text>Abstract. The oysters (Ostreidae) isone of economically important bivalves for urban community in Kuala Gigieng, Aceh Besar District. Presently, the quality and quantity of oyster is decreased over the years by intensive exploitation and water pollution. Therefore, theobjective of the present study was to analyze population structure and habitat condition of oystersin estuary area of Kuala Gigieng, Aceh Besar District, Aceh Province. The sampling was conducted at three locations during August to September 2013. The sampling locations were determined based on anthropogenic activities. A total of two genus of oysters were recorded during the study i.e Crossastrea with four species (C. gigas, C. iridescens, C. angulata, C. virginica) and and Ostrea edulis with one species (O. edulis). The highest density (>39 ind m-2)of oysters were found at undisturbed and less pressure environment. The distribution pattern of Ostreidae in the Kuala Gigieng water was clustered where frequency of occurrence wasin small class size of 24 mm to 37.20 mm with optimum harvested of 32.27 mm. The growth of the oysters was relatively slow as shown by the maximum length (Lmaks) that can only reach 37.91-72.81 mm within 0 to 3.42 years. Generally, oysters population structure and habitat conditions in Kuala Gigieng Water was declined over the yeras. Therefore, it is a crucially needed to plan a management strategy for oysters with regulation on fishing, shellfish farming and waste disposal regulation to ensure the oysters population remains sustain. Keywords : Environment factors; fishing, growth; Kuala Gigieng; Oyster; population structureAbstrak.

<text>Abstract. The objective of present study was to evaluate the possibility of papaya’s latex (Carica papaya) as anti stress or larvaside for tiger shrimp (Panaeus monodon) post larvae Pl 14-30 during transportation. The tiger shrimp post larvae was collected from BBAP Ujung Batee, Aceh Besar on September, 2012. Reseach method used the completely random design with two factors, density of post larvae with three treatments (1000; 1500 dan 2000 ind/l) and concentration of papaya’s latex with four treatments (0; 100; 200 dan 300 ppm) and three replications for each treatments. The effect of papaya’s latex on tiger shrimp post larvae was observed by calculating the percentage of post larvae’s survival rate. The calculation was only done after twelve hours of transportation, due to the everage of survival rate percentage of post larvae on all levels of density was less than 50%. The ANOVA test showed that the density and the concentration factors gave significance effect on survival rate of tiger shrimp post larvae (P<0,05). The results showed that survival rate of tiger shrimp post larvae (PL 14-30) were decreased with increasing of larvae density and concentration of papaya’s latex. However, Duncan’s test showed that the highest survival rate was obtained at 1.000 ind/l and 0 ppm of papaya’s latex. Hence, the effect of papaya’s latex concentration treatments in this study was larvaside on tiger shrimp post larvae.Key words: Closed transportation system, dissolved oxygen, enzyme papain, tiger shrimp post larvae. </text>

The objective of the present study was to determine the condition of the mangrove ecosystem and how to the influence of physic-chemical environment parameters on community structure of mangrove vegetation in Kaitehu Tibar and Ulmera in Bazartete coastal areas District of Liquisa, Timor-Leste. The parameters observed include the condition of mangrove vegetation, soil substrates, plankton abundance and Nutrient Elements in the area. The results showed that, the Sonneratia alba species is the most dominating in Bazartete area, compared with Rhizophora and Brugueira cylindric species, ie 967 threes /ha, 967 threes /ha, and 1333 threes /ha, The results of laboratory analysis quality of physical-chemical conditions of the environment shows that, there are significant differences in soil nutrient substrate in the 3 observation areas. such as follows: Substrate ground, the average content of C-organic were 0.67%, 2.47% and 0.21%, K = 1.17 Me/100g, 1.20 Me/100g , and 1.14 Me/100g; Ca = 32.39 Me/100g, Me/100g 25.83, and 27.09 Me/100g; Me/100g Mg = 11.46, 9.81 and 9.78 Me Me/100g / 100g; Me/100 g Na = 8.47, 8.26 and 9.78 Me/100g Me/100g. <text>Abstract. This study presented an economic analysis of nursery operation for tiger and green grouper with different production scales. The result highlighted small scale nursery of tiger grouper with a 3 year projected both positive cumulative cash flows and NPV. Small scale of green grouper highlighted both positive cumulative cash flow and NPV, also IRR and B/C higher than the medium and large scale. Medium scale of tiger grouper generated both positive cumulative cash flow and NPV. In addition, medium scale of tiger grouper generated IRR and B/C higher than small and large scale. Medium scale of green grouper generated IRR and B/C higher than large scale. The results of the financial analysis indicated the income of large scale of tiger grouper higher than medium scale, but the ratio benefit of medium scale higher than large scale. Small scale of green grouper indicated ratio benefit higher than medium and large scale. The sensitivity analysis showed decreased survival rate to 60% affects a negative contribution to the NPV, IRR and B/C on a large scale of green grouper. On the other side, small scale of green grouper obtained higher profit ratio despite a decline in survival rate, an increase in seed costs and falling seed prices. This suggests that small scale of green grouper not affected to volatility of the main variable costs. Keywords: Nursery; tiger grouper; green grouper; production scaleAbstrak.

<text>Abstract. Mayalibit Bay has an unique topography due to it has only one way long canal , narrow, and devious that connecting to open sea. Study on the water mass dynamics concerning to elevation and tidal current in Mayalibit Bay was conducted by constructing the 2D numerical hydrodynamics model which was simulated for 30 days to describe the pattern of elevation and water current which was resulted from tidal processes. The 2D hydrodynamic equation was employed by finite difference methods. Validation result showed that the model has a good performance and it was relevance to in-situ measurement. The pattern of elevation and water current from many tide periods had been spatially analyzed. Generally, simulation showed that there was a significant difference between the elevation and water currents pattern inside and outside the bay during high and low tides.. Elevation and water current have higher value during highg tide (maximum 0.35 m and 0.2 m/s) than low tide period (maximum 0.14 m and 0.1 m/s ) with the velocity of water current was faster at ebb-tide or low tide. The water current in entry canal has higher value than in any part of the bay which themaximum velocity was varied from 1.6 m/s (flood-tide) to 3.7 m/s (ebb-tide). The direction of current during high tide flows was dominantly to the West-Northwest or enters the bay by following its geometric and to the East-Southeast or exits from the bay during the ebb-tidesKeywords : Tidal; quasi-enclosed waters; numerical models; finite difference Abstrak.
