The species of HHV-6 is divided into two variants, HHV-6A and HHV 6-B, which might be detected and identified by PCR and RE methods. The three samples of eye swabs from children with suspected HHV-6 neurological illness were extracted by guanidium isothiocyanate method before running in PCR followed by agarose electrophoresis as a detection stage. The positive results were then identified by RE analysis to determine the variant of the viruses. One of the three samples (sample 2) shows positive result in direct electrophoresis and it was identified as HHV-6B which produced two fragments of 153bp and 70bp in the RE analysis. The research aimed to know the activity and studenst’ response in Basic Science Concept lecture by using multimedia based material to the students of PGSD S1 Almuslim. Qualitative and descriptive statistic are used to analysed the data. The result shows that the average of exam 1 is 72,32 increase to 78,00 at exam 2. Observation Data towards teaching activity shows that 83,16% has fit to teaching scenario. Observation Data towards students’ activity shows the average score 85,71% good chategory. Students give positive response to all aspects with the range of 79 – 97%. As a conclusion, the use of interractive multimedia based material could improve teaching effectivity to Basic Science Concept lecture. Finally, it is recommended that lecturers should apply interractive multimedia based material in other subjects as a teaching model at PGSD S1 Almuslim. The objectives of this research are to determine species composition, importance value of species, diversity index and evenness index, similarity index, distribution pattern of species, and species association. This research used quadratic method. The determination of the species distribution was calculated using Poisson distribution formula. The determination of association was calculated using contingency table and classification of community using similarity index formula and cluster analysis. The results of this research indicated that, there were 63 species of plants including 18 family. The importance value was between 0, 97-42,58 and species with high and medium importance value are Brachiaria reptans, Tespesisa lanpas, Oplismenus burmanii, Dichantium coricosum, Axonopus compressus, and Synedrella nudiflora. The diversity index was between 1, 1504-2, 7556 and evenness index was between 1, 1067-1, 7854. The distribution pattern of species indicated that 16 species were distributed in a clumped, 5 species were in a reguler, and 4 species were at random distribution pattern. The grass-group tend to have a clumped distribution pattern, and non-grass-group tend to have a reguler or random distribution pattern. The determine association indicated that 6 species had very high association index :: Brachiaria reptans, Dichantium coricosum, Tespesia lanpas, Achyrantes aspera, Stachytarpeta indica, Axonopus compressus and Oplismenus burmanii. The result of classification community indicated that savanna Baluran National Park can be devided three group (a). Open savanna no A. nilotica stand, (b). Savanna with density of A. nilotica stand 1500-3000 individuals/ha, and (c). savanna with dense  A. nilotica stand  > 3000 individuals/ha. Teknik pengumpulan datanya survei, dengan instrumen pengumpulan data adalah lembar observasi kinerja guru. Data dianalisis dengan teknik persentase. Untuk mengetahui perbedaan kinerja guru yang belum dan sudah sertifikasi diuji dengan chi-kuadrat (X2). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kinerja guru biologi yang belum sertifikasi dengan guru biologi yang sudah sertifikasi pada SMA Negeri Rayon 01 Kabupaten Pidie. BKL-1 crude protease were obtained after 27 hours incubation period in Nutrient Broth (NB) medium added with peptone 0.5%, NaCl 0.5%, lactose 0.1%, and CaCl2 0.1%. BKU-31 crude proteases were obtained in NB medium added with 0.1% skimmed milk (NBS) for 18 hours incubation period. The highest activity of proteases of S. marcescens biogp 1 BKL-1 reached after 27 hours of incubation, namely 0.002 U/ml with protein concentration 0.064 mg/ml. The proteases of S. marcescens BKU-31, on the other hand, reached their highest activity (0.064 U/ml) at 24 hours of incubation with protein concentration 0.056 mg/ml.The optimum temperature crude BKL-1 proteases were 30°C, whereas BKU-31 proteasess had the optimum temperature of 50 ºC. An alternative attempt to do to make continuous improvement is through Lesson Study. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of RQA learning combined by TPS through lesson study on student learning outcomes. Lesson Study conducted in three (3) stages: Plan (planning), Do (implement), and See (reflection). Subjects in the test phase the product user groups through lesson study, were 29 students (rombel 1), 3 members from the team of Plant Anatomy course, and 4 graduate students of Biology Education FKIP Syiah Kuala who has got the socialization Lesson study as an observer. Learning materials that has been agreed is: plant cells. The data analysis was conducted descriptively on the observation sheet, sheet discussions, and learning outcomes (postes), and student responses. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that: The application of RQA strategy combined with TPS through lesson study can improve student learning activity in plant cell material. Postes values shown 44.83% of students obtained A, 41.37% of students obtained B +, and 13.80% of students obtained B. Student response to the strategy that used by the implementation of lesson study is very good. Learning strategies which received is a new thing for them, make them aware about the importance of independence in learning. In addition, the learning that they follow, have been able to set up a new way of their learning, and able to evaluate the learning that they do. They agreed to implement these strategies in studying other biology course.
