                <text>Aceh is known as the most religious province in Indonesia, which has been granted by the central government, Jakarta to implement Islamic law in regulating the state affairs. Ironically, the province has been ranked as the third corrupted province in Indonesia. This study analyse descriptively the role of the higher education institutions in combating the corruption in Aceh. The efforts to empower the universities in combating the corruption were proposed in the study. The universities are supposed not only to transfer knowledge but it also to transfer the values. The universities should educate student to become a good citizen, intellectually and spiritually. The values, norms, and Islamic ethics should be inculcated into the students during the studying and learning process at the universities. The content of the curricula needs to be developed, inculcating these Islamic values, i.e., amanah (trustworthy), honesty, responsibility, ikhlas (sincerity), ihsan (benevolent), ‘adil (just), and teaching for the sake of Allah. It is strongly believed that by inculcating Islamic principles and values into the students’ mind, the university graduates will be able to free themselves from any corrupted activities and even they emerge as the heroes who readily stand in forefront to combatcorruption in Aceh.</text>

Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala Madrasah, pengajaran, pegawai Tata usaha dan guru-guru madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Fauzul Kabir Kota jantho. Teknik analisis data dengan analisis kualitatif yang dapat memberikan hasil bahwa (1). Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah dalam meningkatkan komitmen kerja melalui pemberdayaan guru sesuai bidangnya masing-masing. Melakukan evaluasi supervisi kelas, pembinaan rutin intern sekolah dan memberikan reward kepada guru yang berprestasi. (2). Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan semangat kerja melalui pembinaan profesional kerja, mengevaluasi program mengajar guru, kesepakatan dalam hal kedisiplinan waktu serta kerja sama intern dengan kepala madrasah dan guru. (3). Hambatan yang dialami kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru adalah adanya keterbatasan waktu  dalam melaksanakan supervisi kelas, pembinaan profesionalisme guru dan evaluasi PBM guru serta alokasi dana yang terbatas di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Fauzul Kabir Kota Jantho</text>

                <text>This study - through content and descriptive analyses - seeks to explore Ibn Jama'ah thought about his ethical code educators in Tazkirah al-Sami'. To that end, the book Tazkirah al-Sami' will be discussed in depth. The study obtained that the code of ethics educators in Tazkirah al-Sami' generally consists of three categories, namely; The first, code of personal ethics educator, consists of 12 chapters sequentially explain the relationship between educator and God (verse 3); glorify science (3 verses); ascetic (4 verses); the use of science (paragraph 2); away from the action and place reprehensible (fourth paragraph); implement and support the symbols of religion (4th paragraph); maintaining practice sunnat (4 verses); norms of social interaction (paragraph 13); purify themselves of bad moral character and cultivate commendable (second paragraph); the deepening of knowledge (paragraph 6); learn from the juniors (second paragraph); and write (4 verses). Second, the code of ethics educators in teaching, which consists of twelve chapters sequentially explained about: preparation before teaching (3rd paragraph), praying and teaching behavior (paragraph 7), classroom management (paragraph 5), the initial act of teaching (4 verses ), hierarchy  and transfer of knowledge (paragraph 6), voice teacher and an opportunity to ask (third paragraph), the function of discussion in Majlis (fourth paragraph), the role of educators in the discussion (paragraph 3); fair, intelligent and fair (paragraph 6), an appreciation of non-regular students (second paragraph), the cover learning (6 verses) and professional (third paragraph). Third, codes of conduct interaction with the student teachers, which consists of fourteen chapters, each associated with; the purpose of teaching (verse 9); directing learning objectives (3 verses); motivator (paragraph 6); treat students like their own children (4 verses); attention to student ability and openness delivery of science (4 verses); earnest and convincing (fourth paragraph); ability test (paragraph 5); reward, motivation and learning groups (paragraph 3); the intensity and scale of learning priorities (paragraph 3); learning resources (paragraph 4); to be fair and considerate (4 verses); monitoring and warning (paragraph 5); moral and material support (paragraph 6); humble and meek (fourth paragraph).</text>

Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan sebagai berikut: Sekolah telah melakukan penyusunan program pembelajaran berdasarkan kurikulum yang meliputi analisis materi pelajaran (AMP), penyusunan program tahunan (Prota), penyusunan program semesteran (Prosem), penyusunan rencana pelaksanan pembelajaran (RPP), dan pendalaman materi (bahan ajar).Pelaksanaan program pembelajaran dalam penerapan model Pakem, proses belajar mengajar guru masih belum optimal diakibatkan guru masih dominan menggunakan metode ceramah dan belum maksimal dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran.</text>

Aspek-aspek pendidikan Islami yang dibahas terbatas pada Islamisasi landasan filsafat dan tujuan pendidikan, Islamisasi kurikulum, Islamisasi buku pelajaran, dan Islamisasi metode mengajar. Pembatasan ini mengikut pada aspek-aspekyang dibicarakan dalam ke empat seri konferensi dunia yang dirujuk. Disebut strategi baru karena hasil ke empat konferensi tersebut belum pernah dirujuk oleh Majelis Pendidikan Daerah (MPD) Aceh sebagai lembaga yang diberi tanggung jawab mengembangkan konsep pendidikan Islami di Aceh.</text>

                <text>Manajemen pembelajaran Al-Qur’an yang efektif merupakan salah satu faktor pendukung tercapainya tujuan pembentukan nilai-nilai Qur’ani.. Tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang Perencanaan Program pembelajaran, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi program pembelajaran Al-Qur’an pada Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Cabang III  Ingin Jaya Aceh Besar serta hambatan yang dihadapi oleh guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru pada SDIT Nurul Fikri Aceh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Perencanaan program pembelajaran; perencanaan yang dibuat oleh guru dengan menyusun Rencana Program Pembelajaran (RPP) dengan cara membentuk Kelompok Kerja Guru Al-Qur’an, RPP disusun secara bersama-sama oleh guru bidang studi Al-Qur’an, guru terlebih dahulu menentukan indikator yang akan dicapai dan disesuaikan dengan kompetensi dasar, selanjutnya guru menentukan metode dan langkah-langkah pembelajaran 2). Pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada kegiatan awal dimulai dengan membaca do’a belajar bersama-sama, absensi dan muraja’ah secara klasikal, pada kegiatan inti, siswa menyetor hafalannya secara individual kepada guru, kemudian siswa muraja’ah dan talaqqi hafalan surah-surah secara individual, pada kegiatan akhir guru memberikan motivasi kepada siswa untuk mengulang hafalannya di rumah  dan membaca do’a penutup secara bersama-sama. 3). Evaluasi yang dilakukan melalui ujian praktik membaca  dan menghafal. Aspek yang dinilai adalah kualitas bacaan atau hafalan, makharijul huruf, tajwid serta kelancaran. 4). Hambatan yang dihadapi oleh guru adalah kurangnya motivasi intrinsik siswa, kurangnya bimbingan dan dorongan orang tua di rumah serta kurang baiknya  manajemen pengelolaan kelas oleh guru.</text>
