                <text>Abstract: The strategic role of the school principal can be done by improving the quality of Human Resources (SDM) in accordance with the needs of schools and education specifically, by making adjustments to education and schools are able to thrive and maju. The purpose of this study was to determine the principal strategy in improving teacher performance, with include: (1) Discipline;     (2) Competence; and (3) Responsibility of teachers. Through a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, techniques of data collection is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. Subjects were principals, teachers and supervisors at SMP Negeri 2 Sigli Kabupatem Pidie. Research results found: (1) The principal strategy in addressing the problem of teachers who lack the discipline that is by calling the teacher personally to take advice, so it does not negatively impact other teachers, and invited together to improve the discipline that can be exemplified by the students ; (2) The principal strategy in addressing the problem of teachers who lack competence is by calling the teachers concerned to be fostered, guidance and training to use innovative media so that learners have a high motivation in participating in the classroom; and (3) The principal strategy in addressing the teacher's responsibility is by way of training for teachers who have not been regular in menjabar lesson plans and syllabi, even principals have recourse to the supervisor or the relevant office to socialize teachers in improving the administration of the teacher. It is expected that supervisors in order to direct and supervise principals in improving teacher performance on discipline, competence, and responsibility of teachers to effectively and efficiency so that performance can be improved.Keywords: Strategy Principal and Teacher Performance.Abstrak: Peran strategis kepala sekolah dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) sesuai dengan kebutuhan sekolah dan dunia pendidikan secara spesifik, dengan melakukan penyesuaian agar pendidikan dan sekolah mampu untuk berkembang dan maju.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru, dengan meliputi: disiplin; kompetensi; dan tanggung jawab guru. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan pengawas pada SMP Negeri 2 Sigli Kabupaten Pidie. Hasil penelitiannya ditemukan: (1) Strategi kepala sekolah dalam mengatasi masalah guru yang kurang disiplin yaitu dengan cara memanggil guru yang bersangkutan secara personal untuk dinasehati, sehingga tidak berdampak negatif terhadap guru lain, dan diajak bersama-sama untuk meningkatkan disiplin supaya dapat dicontohi oleh siswa; (2) Strategi kepala sekolah dalam mengatasi masalah guru yang kurang kompetensi yaitu dengan memanggil guru yang bersangkutan untuk dibina, pengarahan dan pelatihan agar mempergunakan media yang inovatif sehingga peserta didik memiliki motivasi tinggi dalam mengikuti pembelajaran di kelas; dan (3) Strategi kepala sekolah dalam mengatasi masalah tanggung jawab guru yaitu dengan cara mengadakan pelatihan bagi guru yang belum teratur dalam menjabar RPP dan silabus, bahkan kepala sekolah meminta bantuan kepada pengawas atau dinas terkait untuk mensosialisasikan guru dalam peningkatan administrasi guru. Diharapkan kepada pengawas agar dapat mengarahkan dan mengawasi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru tentang disiplin, kompetensi, dan tanggung jawab guru secara efektif dan efesiensi sehingga kinerjanya dapat ditingkatkan.Kata kunci: Strategi Kepala Sekolah dan Kinerja Guru.</text>

                <text>Abstract: Learning management has a big role in providing contribution for the moral coaching of the students in school. This study aimed to find out: planning, organization, implementation, evaluation, and supporting factors of Islamic religious learning in Bambong Islamic State Junior High School of Pidie Regency. This study used descriptive method and qualitative approach. Data were collected by using observation, interview, and documentation study technique. Subject of the study were principal, Islamic religious education teachers, students, and school supervisors. The results of the study showed that: 1) Planning prepared by Islamic religious Education teachers were in the form of annual program, semester program, syllabus, and lesson plan which were well prepared and documented. Planning related to student coaching such as the addition of learning materials in Arabic learning (local content subject), citation of Yasin at the beginning of every month on Friday, Dhuhur prayer in congregation, Ramadan activities, and religious competition at the end of every semester were not going well. 2) Organization of Islamic religious learning was in good direction so that there were no overlapped and wasted time in learning process in the class. Good learning organization enabled the achievement of efficiency in the school. 3) The implementation of learning was in compliance with the applicable curriculum but the learning implementation was not optimal because teacher did not implement the learning based on the lesson plan. 4) Evaluations carried out by the teacher in the class were pretest and posttest in the form of oral, written (multiple choice and essay), and practice test.Keywords: Management, Islamic Religious, Bambong Islamic State Junior High SchoolAbstrak: Manajemen pembelajaran memiliki peran besar dalam memberikan kontribusi terhadap pembinaan moral siswa di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan faktor pendukung pembelajaran agama Islam pada MTsN Bambong Kabupaten Pidie. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik: observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari: kepala sekolah, guru pendidikan Agama Islam, siswa, dan pengawas sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan pembelajaran yang dibuat oleh guru agama Islam berupa program tahunan, program semester, silabus, dan rencana pembelajaran (RPP) telah tersusun dengan baik dan terdokumentasi. Perencanaan yang berkaitan dengan pembinaan siswa meliputi penambahan materi pelajaran Bahasa Arab (Mulok), baca Yasin setiap awal bulan pada hari Jumat, shalat Zuhur berjama’ah, kegiatan Ramadhan, serta perlombaan keagamaan setiap akhir semester belum berjalan dengan baik; 2) Pengorganisasian pembelajaran agama Islam pada MTsN Bambong sudah berjalan ke arah yang lebih baik, sehingga tidak terjadi tumpang tindih dan pemboroson waktu dalam proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Melalui pengorganisasian pembelajaran yang baik, memungkinkan tercapainya efisiensi dalam lembaga MTsN Bambong; 3) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan kurikulum yang berlaku, pelaksanaan pembelajaran belum berjalan optimal, dikarenakan guru belum menerapkan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan bukti fisik tertulis sebagaimana tercantum dalam rencana pembelajaran (RPP); dan 4) Evaluasi yang dilaksanakan oleh guru agama Islam dalam kegiatan tatap muka meliputi pretest dan post test, jenis tes yang dilaksanakan tes secara lisan, tulisan (pilihan ganda dan uraian), dan tes perbuatan atau praktik.Kata kunci: Manajemen, Agama Islam, dan MTsN Bambong</text>

                <text>Abstract: The quality of education will be well implemented if the principal has professionalism so that the principal, with broader and flexible authority, can manage the decision independently. This research aimed to find out program planning, program implementation, and obstacles faced by principal in improving education quality at Wira Bangsa State Senior High School 4 of Meulaboh. This research employed descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data was collected through interview, observation and documentation study. The research subjects were principal, teachers, supervisors, and students. The results showed that: 1) the efforts of principal made in preparing school program, which was accordance with school’s vision and mission, was well implemented; 2) The implementation program was aimed to establish the effective school models with the professionalism and empowerment of all school staffs for quality of education improvement program. The principal try to improve teacher’s performance in order to achieve the effective learning process; and 3) The obstacle in improving quality of education was planning for teachers’ coaching was not achieved the expected target because of unavailable time, facilities, and staffs that primarily concerned in teachers’ educational principles. Besides, the teachers are not active in Teacher Discussion activities, seminars, coaching and others activities in attempt to improve teachers’ professionalism competence.Keywords:  Professionalism, principal, and education qualityAbstrak: Peningkatan mutu pendidikan akan terwujud jika sekolah dengan potensi yang dimiliki diberi kewenangan yang lebih luas dan fleksibel untuk mengelola secara mandiri melalui keputusan-keputusan yang partisipasif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan program, pelaksanaan program, dan evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMA Negeri 4 Wira Bangsa Meulaboh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru, pengawas, dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Upaya yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah  dalam menyusun program sekolah sesuai dengan visi dan misi sekolah yang dijabarkan dalam tujuan dan dapat dinyatakan sudah berjalan ke arah yang baik;  2) Pelaksanaan program mengarah pada pembentukan sekolah model efektif, yaitu menempatkan profesionalisme dan pemberdayaan semua personil sekolah  bagi program peningkatan mutu pendidikan.  Upaya  kepala sekolah adalah meningkatkan kinerja guru demi keefektifan proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru; dan 3) Kendala dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan antara lain dalam membuat perencanaan untuk pembinaan guru masih belum tercapai sasaran sebagaimana yang diharapkan. Hal ini juga disebabkan karena waktu, sarana dan personil  yang  tersedia terutama menyangkut dengan penguasaan landasan kependidikan guru-guru.  Kendala lain, dalam peningkatan kinerja guru, kurangnya pelatihan bagi guru-guru, tidak aktifnya sebagian guru dalam kegiatan MGMP, seminar dan kegiatan peningkatan profesi keguruan yang mampu meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru.Kata Kunci: Profesionalisme, Kepala Sekolah, dan Mutu Pendidikan </text>

                <text>Abstract: Supervise instruction represent one of activity able to improve teacher performance. This research aim to for the mendeskripsikan of process compilation program, program execution and factors influencing execution supervise instruction by headmaster at SMPN 12 Banda Acheh. This Research use approach qualitative. Data collecting observation, documentation and interview. Source of data headmaster, curriculum area headmaster proxy, student and teacher. Result of research indicate that (1) Compilation program supervise instruction every early school year, in the form of activity class observation, individual meeting, staff meeting, senior tuition, workshop, permit and training learn. (2) Execution supervision; activity Observation class by headmaster visit class to see directly ability teacher teach. Individual meeting at the time of there teacher discipline collision, good intern conflict teacher with sejawat or teacher with student. Activity Workshop scheduled and packed into Cost Estimate Plan School. Activity Training usually learn only as participant, where headmaster send delegation learn to follow various activity training, hereinafter the teacher obliged to socializing in the form of activity staff meeting. Headmaster also always give recommendation to continue education to teacher according to regulation going into effect, (3) Factors influencing execution supervise instruction by headmaster in improving performance learn SMP Country 12 Banda Acheh, that is: fund supporting activity supervise not yet is adequate, (b) support On duty Education to activity supervise not yet is optimal, (c) essence supervise not yet been comprehended by all teacher so that activity supervise kadangkala interpreted as effort look for weakness teacher, (d) teachers owning old year of service or almost pension not too care to make-up of its profession development and performance.Keywords :Abstrak: Supervisi pengajaran merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses penyusunan program, pelaksanaan program dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan supervisi pengajaran yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah pada SMPN 12 Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, guru dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Penyusunan program supervisi pengajaran dilakukan setiap awal tahun ajaran, dalam bentuk kegiatan observasi kelas, pertemuan individu, rapat staf, bimbingan senior, workshop, pelatihan dan izin belajar. (2) Pelaksanaan supervisi; Kegiatan observasi kelas dilakukan dengan cara kepala sekolah mendatangi kelas untuk melihat secara langsung kemampuan guru mengajar. Pertemuan individu dilakukan pada saat ada guru yang melakukan pelanggaran disiplin, konflik intern baik antara guru dengan sejawat atau antara guru dengan siswa. Kegiatan workshop dijadwalkan dan dimasukkan dalam Rencana Anggaran Belanja Sekolah. Kegiatan pelatihan biasanya guru hanya sebagai partisipan, dimana kepala sekolah mengirim perwakilan guru untuk mengikuti berbagai kegiatan pelatihan, selanjutnya guru tersebut diwajibkan untuk mensosialisasikannya dalam bentuk kegiatan rapat staf. Kepala sekolah juga selalu memberikan rekomendasi untuk melanjutkan pendidikan bagi guru sesuai peraturan yang berlaku, (3) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan supervisi pengajaran oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 12 Banda Aceh, yaitu; (a) penyediaan dana yang mendukung kegiatan supervisi belum memadai, (b) dukungan Dinas Pendidikan terhadap kegiatan supervisi belum optimal, (c) hakekat supervisi belum dipahami oleh semua guru sehingga kegiatan supervisi kadangkala diartikan sebagai upaya mencari kelemahan guru, (d) guru-guru yang memiliki masa kerja lama atau hampir pensiun tidak terlalu peduli terhadap peningkatan kinerja dan pengembangan profesinya.</text>

                <text>Abstract: The school supervisor is one of the elements that have an important role in improving the quality of education through an increase in the ability of school personnel working in the management of the school administration. This study aimed to get an idea of the implementation of managerial supervision on Private High School Banda Aceh. By using descriptive research methods, qualitative approach, and data collection techniques such of observation, interviews and documentation. Research subjects to the school supervisors, headmaster, and staff at private high school in Banda Aceh. The results of research have been analyzed qualitatively show that: The school supervisors has prepared supervision program together at the beginning of the school year, coordinated by the Supervisory Coordinator, organized program assessment results-oriented, monitoring and coaching from previous year. Managerial supervision carried out by applying a procedure that starts with pre supervision activities through coordination and socialization to target schools (sekolah binaan). Furthermore, the scope of supervision is started with the performance appraisal headmaster, teachers and educational staff focused on the management of the school administration. Monitoring activities are directed at the implementation of eight National Education Standards (NES). While development activities directed to school management in order to work in accordance with their duties and functions. Obstacles of implementation managerial supervision is supervisors's own self and from the field, namely: supervisors has not been uniform level of understanding, number of supervisors is not comparable with the number of schools that fostered. Obstacles in the field, namely; number of administrative staff of the school is not sufficient. Based on the research results, it is suggested that the implementation of managerial supervision implemented more intensively to improve job skills. Keyword: Managerial Supervision, School Supervision and School Manager   Abstrak: Pengawas sekolah merupakan salah satu elemen yang memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatan kemampuan kerja personil sekolah terutama dalam hal pengelolaan sekolah. Salah satu tugas pengawas untuk mengendalikan pengelolaan sekolah dilakukan melalui pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapat gambaran pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial yang dilaksanakan pengawas pada SMA Swasta di Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini melaui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi, sedangkan yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah pengawas sekolah, kepala sekolah, dan tenaga kependidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Para pengawas sekolah menyusun program supervisi secara bersama dan dikoordinir oleh Kordinator Pengawas (KORWAS). Program yang disusun sudah mengikuti pedoman dan berorientasi pada hasil supervisi tahun sebelumnya. Supervisi manajerial dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan pra supervisi dan selanjutnya melakukan tiga tahapan kegiatan, yaitu penilaian kinerja kepala para pengelola sekolah, kegiatan pemantauan pada pelaksanaan delapan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP). Sedangkan kegiatan pembinaan mengarahkan para pengelola sekolah agar dapat bekerja sesuai dengan tugas pokok dan fungsinya. Hambatan pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial dari pengawas sendiri dan dari lapangan, yaitu: tingkat pemahaman pengawas belum seragam, sedangkan hambatan dilapangan staf pelaksana adminsitrasi sekolah belum mencukupi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disarankan agar pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial dilaksanakan lebih intensif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kerja tenaga kependidikan. Kata Kunci: Supervisi Manajerial, Pengawas Sekolah dan Pengelola Sekolah</text>

                <text>Abstrak. Proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di Kabupaten Aceh Selatan pada umumnya berjalan belum efektif. Hal ini disebabkan oleh keberadaan sarana dan prasarana olahraga pendidikan di Kabupaten Aceh Selatan sebagai faktor pendukung dalam proses pembelajaran jasmani masih belum memadai. Sesuai dengan permasalahan tersebut, penulis tertarik melakukan penelitian dengan judul pendataan, pemetaan sarana dan prasarana olahraga pendidikan di Kabupaten Aceh Selatan dari tahun 2002 sampai dengan 2012. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keberadaan sarana dan prasarana olahraga pendidikan di Kabupaten Aceh Selatan dari tahun 2002 sampai dengan 2012 dan mengetahui peningkatan sarana dan prasarana olahraga pendidikan di Kabupaten Aceh Selatan dari tahun 2002 sampai dengan 2012 dengan jumlah sampel 18 sekolah. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian survei. Sedangkan instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah menggunakan format observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan mentabulasi hasil pengamatan ke dalam tabel dan grafik untuk mengetahui keberadaan sarana dan prasarana olahraga pendidikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara umum keberadaan sarana dan prasarana olahraga pendidikan masih belum memadai. Keberadaan sarana dan prasarana untuk materi senam, atletik, sepak bola, bola voli, bola basket, bulu tangkis dan tenis meja berada pada kategori kurang lengkap. Sedangkan untuk materi tenis lapangan, bela diri, dan renang berada pada kategori tidak lengkap. Adapun pemetaan keberadaan sarana dan prasarana olahraga pendidikan di Kabupaten Aceh Selatan masih belum merata untuk setiap sekolah penelitian.Kata Kunci : Pendataan, Pemetaan, Sarana dan Prasarana</text>

                <text>Abstract: This study aims to determine of academic supervision programming, implementation of academic supervision, and the principal efforts in the implementation of academic supervision to the improved performance of teachers. To achieve these objectives, this study uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The procedure of data analysis is data reduction, data display, and verification. While the subject of research is the principal, vice-principals, and teachers. The results showed that: (1) Preparation of the principal academic supervision program involves a number of teachers and education personnel; (2) Implementation of academic supervision conducted by academic supervision approach different techniques by each principal, there are there are groups and the individual; and (3) the principal efforts in the implementation of academic supervision to the improved performance of teachers include implementing teacher meetings at school, send some teachers to take refresher courses, requires all teachers to create lesson plans, and collect all subsequent evaluation instruments were translated into the final evaluation report learning.Keywords: Academic Supervision, and Teacher Performance.Abstrak: Peneli­tian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyusunan program supervisi akademik, pelaksanaan supervisi akademik, dan upaya kepala sekolah dalam pelaksanaan supervisi akademik terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru-guru. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Prosedur analisis data adalah reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi. Sedangkan subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Penyusunan program supervisi akademik kepala sekolah melibatkan sejumlah guru dan tenaga kependidikan; (2) Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik dilakukan dengan pendekatan tehnik supervisi akademik yang berbeda oleh masing-masing kepala sekolah, ada yang bersifat kelompok dan ada yang bersifat individual; dan (3) Upaya kepala sekolah dalam pelaksanaan supervisi akademik terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru-guru antara lain melaksanakan rapat guru di sekolah, mengirimkan sejumlah guru untuk mengikuti penataran, mewajibkan seluruh guru untuk membuat RPP, dan mengumpulkan seluruh instrumen evaluasi selanjutnya dijabarkan dalam laporan evaluasi akhir pembelajaran.Kata kunci: Supervisi Akademik, dan Kinerja Guru</text>

                <text>Abstract: Employee development is one of factors that influences organization productivity and can improve the quality of university. This research objective was to figure out employee development program, employee development process, and obstacles faced in employee development. This research used qualitative approach and descriptive approach. Data collection technique used was observation, interview, and documentation study. Subject of the researchwere rector, vice rector for general and finance affairs, head of general and finance administration bureau, head of personnel division, staff of personnel division, Dean, vice dean II, head of faculty administrative office, and administration staff. The result showed that: 1) employee development program was good and service procurement training, laboratory training,computer training, financial training, archive management training, and leadership training. Malikussaleh University of Lhokseumawe also gave study permit to take undergraduate and post graduate program for the employees who wanted to improve their competence. There was also a training program that is a follow-up of the ministry of national education. 2) The employeedevelopment process was through education and training, that is granting permit to the employees to take undergraduate and post graduate program, computer training, was good and service procurement training, financial training, archive management training, and leadership training, laboratory training, and also prajabatan training (a training for civil servant candidates before appointed as permanent employee). The promotion was based on the length of service, rank, and the performance of employee. Job rotation was not performed in order to make the employees become more professional in their own field and the discipline should be improved. 3) The obstacles faced in improving the competence of the employee were internal and external factor. Internal factor was the low of work motivation of the employee, the low of coordination with vertical organizations and the ministry of national education, Internal factor was there was government’s regulation that only employee with superintendent rank can take the leadership training, and there was lack of budget due to no cash injection from the vertical organization (Province, Regency, City).Keywords : Employee Development Management</text>

                <text>Abstract: In this globalization era and the development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). moving so fast, and the system requires all educational settings to adjust well, vision, mission, objectives and strategies for the achievement of quality education and quality. One way to carry out the management of learning the Arabic language based on the Information Technology at Arabic Department of Tarbiyah Faculty IAIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire interview and observation documentation. Based on the results of the study indicate that the Arabic lecturers at Arabic Department of Tarbiyah Faculty IAIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh who taught in the classroom is not yet entirely in the form of lesson planning Lectures Events Unit. properly in Microsoft Word typing Arabic. In the implementation of learning show that in opening the lesson, explaining the lecture material, mostly Arabic professors are capable and proficient in doing well, especially in the setting up of learning support tools such as leptop, flash, infokus, wifi internet and online services. The results of the assessments through observation of student is not good. The results of interviews with lecture in the Arabic Tarbiyah Faculty IAIN AR-Raniry Banda Aceh, indicates that not all working to improve the evaluation of learning in the classroom, because the assessment is the evaluation process and the product. Keyword  : Learning Management,  Arabic Language  and  Information Technology (I.T.)Abstrak: Dalam era globalisasi dan perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (T.I.K) yang bergerak begitu cepat, mengharuskan semua sistem dan tatanan pendidikan untuk menyesuaikan diri baik, visi, misi, tujuan serta strateginya demi tercapainya pendidikan yang berkualitas dan bermutu. Salah satunya  dengan melaksanakan pengelolaan pembelajaran bahasa arab berbasis Teknologi Informasi pada Jurusan Bahasa Arab Fakultas Tarbiyah IAIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. Teknik  pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket wawancara dan observasi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para dosen bahasa Arab pada jurusan bahasa Arab Fakultas Tarbiyah IAIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh yang mengajar di kelas ternyata belum seluruhnya membuat perencanaan pembelajaran berupa Satuan Acara Perkuliahan (SAP) dengan baik dan benar dalam ketikan Microsoft Word bahasa Arab. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa dalam membuka pelajaran, menjelaskan materi perkuliahan, kebanyakan para dosen bahasa Arab sudah mampu dan mahir dalam melaksanakannya dengan baik terutama dalam menyiapkan alat-alat pendukung pembelajaran seperti leptop, flashdisk, infokus, dan layanan wifi internet online. Hasil penelitian tentang penilaian perkuliahan mahasiswa  belum baik. Hasil wawancara dengan salah seorang dosen pada jurusan bahasa Arab Fakultas Tarbiyah IAIN AR-Raniry Banda Aceh menunjukkan bahwa belum semuanya berupaya meningkatkan evaluasi dalam pembelajaran di ruang belajar, karena penilaian yang dilakukan adalah penilaian proses dan produk.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Pembelajaran, Bahasa Arab, dan Teknologi Informasi.</text>

                <text>Abstract: State Government Elementary School Cempala Kuneng is an educational institution that serves as a base level finance management education research and discussion of the results of this study, the management of the financing of education at the Min Cempala Kuneng have been implemented as programmed. This study used a descriptive approach and qualitative methods of data collection techniques documentation, observations and interviews, the research subject chief Madrasah, committee, treasurer, operator / administrative staff and teachers councils in Cempala Kuneng MIN. This study shows that: 1) planning on BOS MIN Cempala Kuneng already accordance with prevailing regulations. implementation is transparent and used in accordance with the existing guidelines, previously held a meeting with the school committee and the board of teachers. 2) Financing on BOS MIN Cempala Kuneng guided by the guide book for the procurement of BOS is the subject of books, teacher training, purchase of consumables, implement student activities, for transport costs, procurement of laboratory supplies, documentation, maintenance costs and the cost of making and lightweight procurement report. 3) Monitoring of the implementation of BOS MIN Cempala Kuneng made superintendent of schools and education authorities who are monitoring the implementation of government's efforts mesikpun indirectly but very helpful in preventing the abuse of authority and misconduct. 4). BOS funds MIN Cempala Kuneng very supportive school students to free tuition, support schools in implementing the program activities, either to improve the infrastructure and improve the competence of teachers and educators.Keywords: Management, Financing, and Supervision.Abstrak: Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Cempala Kuneng  merupakan suatu lembaga pendidikan tingkat dasar yang berperan sebagai Pengelolaan pembiayaan pendidikan Dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan penelitian ini, maka pengelolaan pembiayaan pendidikan pada Min Cempala Kuneng  sudah dilaksanakan sesuai yang diprogramkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara, Subjek penelitian kepala Madrasah, Komite, bendahara, operator/tenaga administrasi dan dewan guru di MIN Cempala Kuneng. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) perencaan dana BOS pada MIN Cempala Kuneng   sudah sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku. pelaksanaannya sudah transparan dan dimanfaatkan sesuai dengan juknis yang ada, sebelumnya diadakan rapat dengan komite sekolah dan dewan guru. 2) Pembiayaan dana  BOS pada MIN Cempala Kuneng  berpedoman pada buku panduan BOS  yaitu untuk pengadaan buku pokok pelajaran, pelatihan guru, membeli bahan habis pakai, melaksanakan kegiatan kesiswaan, untuk biaya transport, pengadaan bahan laboratorium, dokumentasi, biaya perawatan ringan dan  biaya pembuatan dan pengadaan laporan. 3) Pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan dana BOS MIN Cempala Kuneng  dilakukan  pengawas sekolah dan dinas pendidikan yang merupakan upaya pengawasan penyelenggaraan pemerintah mesikpun secara tidak langsung namun sangat membantu dalam mencegah adanya penyalahgunaan wewenang dan tindakan pelanggaran hukum. 4). Dana BOS  MIN Cempala Kuneng  sangat mendukung sekolah untuk membebaskan iuran siswa, mendukung program sekolah dalam melaksanakan kegiatannya baik untuk meningkatkan sarana dan prasarana serta meningkatkan kompetensi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan.Kata kunci : Pengelolaan, Pembiayaan, dan Pengawasan   </text>
