                <text>Recently, the authors establised a number of inequalities involving Khatri-Rao product of two positives matrices. Here, in this paper, the result are establised in three ways. First, we find new Holder-type inequalities for Tracy-Singh and Khatri-Rao products products of positive semi-devinite matrices. Second, the result are extended to provide estimates of sums of the Khatri-Rao and Tracy-Singh products of any finite number of positive semi-definite matrices. Three, the result lead to inequalities involving the Hadamard and Kronecker, as a special case.</text>

                <text>Abstract: This research aimed to determine the planning, implementation, evaluation, and obstacles found in the implementation of learning management training prajabatan the Personnel Board of Education and Training Aceh. This research used descriptive method with qualitative approach, data collection techniques were interviews, observation and documentation study. The results of research showed that: (1) Planning of training prajabatan according to its competence established Institute of Public Administration of the Republic of Indonesia; (2) Implementation of training prajabatan learning by trainers (3) The evaluation study conducted to determine the ability of the participants in the mastery of the material through a written exam once all eyes are given training in the curriculum; and (4) The obstacles encountered in the implementation of learning management training prajabatan is the lack of ability to effectively manage learning by trainer, lack of intrinsic motivation training participants, and the lack of monitoring by the organizers of the training.Keywords : learning management and trainingAbstrak: Peneli­tian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan hambatan-hambatan yang ditemukan dalam pelaksanaan manajemen pembelajaran diklat prajabatan pada Badan Kepegawaian Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Aceh. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:(1) Perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran diklat prajabatan dilakukan oleh tenaga pengajar sesuai kompetensi yang ditetapkan Lembaga Administrasi Negara Republik Indonesia; (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran diklat prajabatan dilakukan oleh widyaiswara sesuai kompetensi yang ditetapkan Lembaga Administrasi Negara Republik Indonesia; (3) Evaluasi pembelajaran dilakukan untuk mengetahui kemampuan peserta dalam penguasaan materi melalui ujian tertulis setelah seluruh mata diklat dalam kurikulum diberikan; dan (4) Hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan manajemen pembelajaran diklat prajabatan adalah kurangnya kemampuan pengelolaan pembelajaran secara efektif oleh widyaiswara, kurangnya motivasi intrinsik peserta diklat, dan kurangnya pemantauan oleh penyelenggara diklat.Kata kunci: manajemen dan pembelajaran diklat.</text>

                <text>Abstract: This study aims to determine ofplanning, implementation, and assessment of curriculum in improving student achievement in High School 1 Mesjid Raya Aceh Besar. To achieve these objectives, this study uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The procedure of data analysis is data reduction, data display, and verification. While the subject of research is the principal, vice-principals, and teachers. The results showed that:(1) learning management planning is done by the teachers to prepare a number of needs of learners with regard to the development of science, technology, and art as a whole and sustainable; (2) The implementation of learning management is done with the purpose of formulating the subjects to be taught, to set standards of competence, basic competence to formulate, determine teaching materials in the form of subject and sub-subject, teaching and learning strategies, instructional media, learning activities, evaluation techniques, allocation time, and learning resources; and (3) management of the learning is done through evaluation of mastery learning materials at the beginning of each meeting which aims to determine the students' understanding of and insight into the material that is being and has been delivered, then adapted to the learning needsKeywords: Learning Management, Educational of School Level Curriculum, and Learning AchievementAbstrak: Peneli­tian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian KTSP dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Mesjid Raya Aceh Besar. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Prosedur analisis data adalah reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi.Sedangkan subjek penelitian adalah kepalasekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan manajemen pembelajaran dilakukan oleh guru-guru dengan mempersiapkan sejumlah kebutuhan peserta didik dengan memperhatikan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, dan seni secara menyeluruh dan berkesinambungan; (2) Pelaksanaan manajemen pembelajaran dilakukan dengan merumuskan tujuan mata pelajaran yang akan diajarkan, menetapkan standar kompetensi, merumuskan kompetensi dasar, menentukan materi ajar dalam bentuk pokok bahasan dan sub pokok bahasan, strategi belajar mengajar, media pembelajaran, kegiatan pembelajaran, tehnik evaluasi, alokasi waktu, dan sumber belajar; dan (3) Penilaian manajemen pembelajaran dilakukan melalui kegiatan evaluasi terhadap penguasaan materi pembelajaran pada setiap awal pertemuan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman dan wawasan siswa/i terhadap materi yang sedang dan sudah disampaikan, selanjutnya disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran.Kata kunci : Manajemen Pembelajaran, KTSP, dan Prestasi Belajar</text>

Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Prosedur analisis data adalah reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi. Sedangkan subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pelaksanaan manajemen peningkatan MBS dilakukan melalui: (a) tahapan sosialisasi, (b) perumusan visi, misi dan tujuan sekolah, (c) melibatkan sejumlah sumber daya pendidikan untuk ketercapaian prorgam sekolah, (d) melakukan analisis SWOT terhadap program pendidikan yang sudah dilaksanakan, (e) penyusunan rencana dan program kerja peningkatan mutu, dan (f) pelaksanaan program dan evaluasi; (2) Peran kepala sekolah dalam implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah sudah difungsikan dengan baik dan benar, hanya saja dalam aspek manajemen tenaga kependidikan dan manajemen keuangan dan pembiayaan perannya belum dijalankan secara optimal; dan (3) Faktor yang dominan yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan manajemen peningkatan mutu berbasis sekolah antara lain kemandirian sekolah dan manajemen pengelolaan anggaran belum dilaksanakan secara transparan dan akuntabel.Kata Kunci: Manajemen Peningkatan Mutu Berbasis Sekolah, dan Pemberdayaan Sekolah</text>

                <text>Abstract: Determination of standard cost of education is a criterion for good measure the overall expenditure in the form of cash and non-cash as an expression of the sense of responsibility of all parties (the public, parents, and government) to the development of education in order to achieve educational goals efficiently and effectively. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of the principal to establish the cost of education, including: (1) Preparation of the cost of education; (2) The use of the cost of education; and (3) Auditing the cost of education. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, techniques of data collection is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. Subjects were principal, treasurer and inspectorate Nagan Raya. The research found: (1) Preparation of educational costs through Plan Budget (RKA) and Draft Budget Shopping Opinions School (budgets) are discussed in a budget meeting in the DPRK; (2) The use of the cost of the education budget comes from the state budget, and the budget and other sources of educational expenses of parents, private, business, and alumni of the largest education budget priorities is to pay the salaries of teachers / employees, which is between 75-80% of the total budget, and the rest for non-teachers' salaries; and (3) the cost of education is an activity Auditing look carefully, investigate, study, examine and investigate the cost of education, including procedures for investigating its books, one truth in a case, the events that have been recorded, placed on their posting, as well as the receipt of cash flows and goods owned by a school organized by the government and society. It is expected that the inspectorate in order to direct and supervise the principal standard-setting the cost of education on the preparation, use, and effective auditing and efficiency so that the cost of education in school on target.Keywords: Determination of Standard Cost of Education and SupervisionAbstrak: Penetapan standar biaya pendidikan adalah suatu kriteria untuk mengukur keseluruhan pengeluaran baik yang berupa uang maupun bukan uang sebagai ungkapan rasa tanggung jawab semua pihak (masyarakat, orang tua, dan pemerintah) terhadap pembangunan pendidikan agar tujuan pendidikan tercapai secara efesien dan efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan kepala sekolah dalam menetapkan biaya pendidikan, meliputi: (1) Penyusunan biaya pendidikan; (2) Penggunaan biaya pendidikan; dan (3) Pengauditan biaya pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, bendahara dan inspektorat Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Hasil penelitian ditemukan: (1) Penyusunan biaya pendidikan melalui Rencana Penggunaan Anggaran (RKA) dan Rancangan Anggaran Pendapat Belanja Sekolah (RAPBS) yang dibahas dalam rapat anggaran di DPRK; (2) Penggunaan biaya pendidikan bersumber anggaran pemerintah berasal dari APBN, dan APBD dan sumber biaya pendidikan lainnya dari orang tua, swasta, dunia usaha, dan alumni dengan prioritas anggaran pendidikan terbesar adalah untuk membayar gaji guru/ pegawai, yaitu antara 75-80% dari total anggaran, dan selebihnya untuk non-gaji guru; dan (3) Pengauditan biaya pendidikan merupakan kegiatan melihat dengan teliti, menyelidiki, mempelajari, menelaah dan mengusut biaya pendidikan, termasuk mengusut tata cara pembukuannya, salah benarnya suatu hal, peristiwa yang telah dicatat, ditempatkan pada pos-posnya, serta proses arus penerimaan uang dan barang yang dimiliki oleh suatu sekolah yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah maupun masyarakat. Diharapkan kepada inspektorat agar dapat mengarahkan dan mengawasi kepala sekolah penetapan standar biaya pendidikan tentang penyusunan, penggunaan, dan pengauditan secara efektif dan efesiensi sehingga biaya pendidikan di sekolah tepat sasarannya.Kata Kunci: Penetapan Standar Biaya Pendidikan, dan Pengawasan</text>

                <text>Abstract: Performance is an accomplishment, result or capability is achieved in the performance of duties and responsibilities. Both poor performance is determined by many factors, including development, enforcement of discipline, and availability of facilities and infrastructure that supports the learning process so that the efforts in improving the learning process can be achieved. Research is done to see how the performance of teachers in the planning, implementation and execution of the learning process and the evaluation of learning outcomes. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach to the subject of the study is the entire board of the teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Babahrot Southwest Aceh. The techniques used to collect data such as interview techniques, observation and study documentation. The results are show the performance of teachers in the planning, implementation and evaluation of dikatagorikan still lacking. It is recommended that the performance of teachers in the planning, implementation, providing assistance to students who have difficulty with the evaluation of the learning process can be improved, then the teacher should be coaching and guidance of the principal and related agencies. Implementation of the learning process should be carried on in accordance with a learning plan.Keywords: Performance, Teacher and increase achievementAbstrak: Kinerja merupakan prestasi, hasil atau kemampuan yang dicapai dalam pelaksanaan tugas serta tanggung jawab. Baik buruknya kinerja ditentukan oleh banyak faktor diantaranya pembinaan, penegakkan disiplin, tersedianya sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung proses belajar mengajar sehingga usaha-usaha dalam peningkatan proses belajar bisa tercapai. Penelitian di lakukan untuk melihat bagaimana kinerja guru dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan proses belajar mengajar serta pelaksanaan evaluasi proses dan hasil belajar mengajar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian adalah seluruh dewan guru yang mengajar pada SMP Negeri 2 Babahrot Aceh Barat Daya. Adapun teknik yang di gunakan dalam mengumpulkan data berupa teknik wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian adalah kinerja guru yang di perlihatkan dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi dikatagorikan masih kurang. Direkomendasikan agar kinerja guru dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pemberian bantuan kepada siswa yang mengalami kesulitan serta pelaksanaan evaluasi dari proses belajar mengajar dapat ditingkatkan, maka para guru harus dilakukan pembinaan dan bimbingan dari kepala sekolah dan instansi terkait.                 <text>Abstract: Unit Level Education Curriculum (KTSP) curriculum constitutes one of constituent in teaching and learning process. This research intent to inspect, observe and describe the implementation Unit Level Education Curriculum in particular area Social study at MTs Swasta Al Furqan Bambi Pidie Regency, as follows: (1) Program developmental activities syllabi, RPP and SKL; (2) Material preparations for teaching; (3) Learning performings; and (4) Estimation perfor-ming/evaluations. This research utilizes qualitative descriptive method. Data collecting tech that is utilized is observation, interview and documents study. Subjects in this observational were principal, vice principal, and social study teachers.                 <text>Abstract: The early childhood education has an important role in human development resources. The performance of early childhood education requires a right approach in order to optimize all children’s potential to unleash children’s potential intelligence. This study aimed to find out a description of learning management in planning, implementation, and learning evaluation of Beyond Center and Circle Time (BCCT) in Subulussalam Early Childhood Education of Banda Aceh. This research employed a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interview, observation, and documentation. The source of research data were principal and teachers. Data was tested with credibility test. Techniques of data analysis used were data reduction, display, and data verification. The results showed that: 1) planning for Beyond Centers and Circle Time learning was organized in new academic year meeting in the form of annual, semester, monthly and weekly program, and then presented in detail in daily activities plan made by teachers. 2) The implementation of Beyond Center and Circle Time learning centered on the centers of the game and when the children sit in a circle by using the scaffoldings. There are four types of scaffolding to support a child's development, namely (a) scaffolding playing environmental, (b) scaffolding before the play, (c) scaffolding during play, (d) scaffolding after the play. 3) The evaluation of Beyond Center and Circle Time learning was implemented since children came to school until they returned to home including evaluation aspect of children development in the form of religious value, moral, motor, cognitive, language and socio-emotional.Keyword: Learning ManagementAbstrak: Pendidikan anak usia dini memiliki peran sangat penting dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Penyelenggaraan pendidikan anak usia dini memerlukan pendekatan yang tepat agar dapat mengoptimalkan seluruh potensi yang dimiliki anak, terutama dalam melejitkan potensi kecerdasan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh suatu gambaran tentang bidang manajemen pembelajaran berupa penyusunan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran Sentra dan Lingkaran pada PAUD Subulussalam Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sumber data penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan guru. Untuk keabsahan data penelitian ini dilakukan uji kredibilitas. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara: reduksi data, display dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan pembelajaran sentra dan lingkaran disusun dalam rapat kerja (raker) pada awal tahun ajaran baru berupa program tahunan, semester, bulanan dan mingguan yang kemudian dijabarkan secara rinci dalam Rencana Kegiatan Harian (RKH) yang dibuat setiap hari oleh guru. 2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran berpusat di sentra-sentra main dan saat anak duduk dalam lingkaran dengan menggunakan pijakan. Ada empat jenis pijakan untuk mendukung perkembangan anak yaitu (a) pijakan lingkungan main, (b)  pijakan sebelum main, (c) pijakan selama main, dan (d) pijakan setelah main. 3) Evaluasi pembelajaran sentra dan lingkaran dilakukan sejak anak datang ke sekolah sampai pulang, yang meliputi evaluasi aspek perkembangan anak yaitu nilai-nilai agama dan moral, motorik, kognitif, bahasa dan sosial emosional.Kata kunci: Manajemen Pembelajaran</text>

                <text>Abstract: Supervision of teaching is a principal effort in coaching teachers in order to improve their quality of teaching. The aim of the study was to identify the teaching supervision programs, teaching supervision implementation, supervision techniques, and inhibiting factors in supervision implementation conducted by principal. This research used descriptive method and qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used was observation, interview, and documentation study. Subjects of the research were principal, vice-principals, senior teachers and head of the program expertise. The results of the research showed that 1) Teaching supervision programs at State Vocational High School (SMKN) 1 Banda Aceh were oriented to the guidance of the task of teachers in order to improve their performance by involving the vice principals, senior teachers and head of the program expertise. During the drafting of the program, the formulation of objectives was poorly supported by the supporting facilities and implementation strategies. 2) There are several stages (cycles) in the implementation of teaching supervision to improve the performance of the teachers. It starts from the initial planning stage, the observation stage, and the final stage (discussion feedback), so that the learning process will be more effective, but not all teachers have been supervised yet in compliance with the program. 3) Techniques used by the principal were individual, group, and clinical supervision technique. 4) Follow-up is done by providing assistance and guidance to teachers who are experiencing difficulties in carry out their duties as a teacher, and improving teacher’s professionalism through teacher conferences and training courses. However, it was not implemented as planned in the supervision program. 5) Inhibiting Factors in the implementation of the teaching supervision is low competence of supervisor appointed, there were unplanned activities outside supervision schedule, and it is hard to change old habits.Keywords: Teaching Supervision and Teachers’ PerformanceAbstrak: Supervisi pengajaran kepala sekolah dilakukan untuk pembinaan guru dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program supervisi pengajaran, pelaksanaan supervisi, teknik-teknik supervisi, tindak lanjut hasil supervisi, dan faktor-faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan supervisi pengajaran oleh kepala sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek Penelitian adalah kepala sekolah,wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa,1) Program supervisi pengajaran SMK Negeri 1 Banda Aceh disusun berorientasi pada bimbingan terhadap guru untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru melalui kompromi dan diskusi bersama guru. Dalam merumuskan tujuan kurang didukung oleh sarana penunjang dan strategi pelaksanaannya. 2) Pelaksanaan supervisi pengajaran ini mengikuti tahapan, yaitu perencanaan awal, pelaksanaan observasi, dan tahap akhir, proses pembelajaran menjadi efektif, namun belum tercapai semua guru disupervisi sesuai program. 3) Teknik-teknik yang digunakan oleh kepala sekolah adalah teknik individu, teknik kelompok dan supervisi klinis. 4) Tindak lanjut yang dilakukan adalah pemberian bantuan dan bimbingan kepada guru yang masih mengalami kesulitan dalam pelaksanaan tugas sebagai guru, peningkatan profesional guru melalui kegiatan pertemuan guru mata pelajaran dan mengikuti pelatihan. Tetapi belum terlaksana sebagaimana rencana dalam program supervisi. 5) Faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan supervisi pengajaran adalah rendahnya kompetensi sebagian supervisor yang ditunjuk, adanya kegiatan di luar jadwal supervisi yang tidak direncanakan, sulit merubah kebiasaan lama.Kata Kunci: Supervisi Pengajaran dan Kinerja Guru</text>

                <text>Abstract: Style or manner of a school principal in his capacity as leader largely determine success in improving teacher performance under his leadership. The purpose of this study was to obtain data on (1) the principal's leadership style in improving labor discipline, (2) the principal's leadership style to motivate the work of teachers, (3) the principal's leadership style in increasing responsibilities and (4) constraints faced by principals in improving teacher performance. By using a qualitative approach, data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentary studies, research subjects principals, and teachers, the data analysis techniques with qualitative analysis. This study shows that (1) the principal's leadership style instructive apply (telling) in improving discipline, (2) applying the principal consultative leadership style (selling) in improving work motivation of teachers, (3) the principal's leadership style apply discretionary (delegating) in improving the teacher's responsibility, and (4) the obstacles faced by the school principal that the decline in teacher discipline, teacher performance lack of motivation, and low sense of responsibility in the learning of teachers. It is recommended that the principals can implement a better leadership style or varied so that the desired goal can be achieved with good and maximum.Keywords: Principal Leadership Styles and Teacher PerformanceAbstrak: Gaya atau cara seorang kepala sekolah dalam kapasitasnya sebagai pemimpin sangat menentukan keberhasilan peningkatan kinerja guru di bawah pimpinannya.
